Oakville
Did you know that over 700,000 people in Canada are currently living with dementia? It’s estimated that by 2030, that number could rise to nearly 1 million!
Thanks to the incredible support from all of you who participated in last year's fundraiser, we were able to raise over $75,000 that went directly to the Alzheimer Society in the Halton region. These funds are vital in providing essential services like education, counseling, support groups, and wellness activities for individuals living with dementia, their caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
We’d love for you to join us this year to raise more funds to help us to continue providing these much-needed services. You can sign up as an individual or get together a team with your family and friends. And if you can’t make it on the day of the event, no worries! You can register as a virtual participant and take part at your own pace throughout the month of May, wherever you are!
