We were greeted by a very beautiful lobby with a view of the beach, which was very lovely. The overall theme of the place was relaxing and modern, if we could come back here again we definitely would.

We stayed in this king-size room with a mountain view. The room is spacious and brand-new. Clean and cozy. The date we stayed was during the new year festival so there were a lot of guests. Waiting for checking-in took a bit longer as there was only one staff member at the counter. Nice location in the middle of Rayong and next to a PPT petro station.

Cheap room, got room 301, found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 on the bedside table. The room is not soundproof. The bed sheet has a little stain. Breakfast is Thai food.

The overall experience of this hotel is very good, suitable for vacation and relaxation. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well without stress. The scenery on the balcony is beautiful, especially in the early morning and dusk, sitting on the balcony and blowing the wind is very comfortable. The hotel service is also very considerate, the front desk reception is warm and friendly, and the check-in is efficient and smooth. The breakfast is rich in variety, the fruit is fresh, and the coffee is mellow, which brings a good start to the day. The swimming pool is clean, the water temperature is suitable, and the infinity pool has a wide view, which is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. The location is convenient, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and it is also convenient to travel. Overall, it is cost-effective and suitable for vacation or short trips. I will consider staying again!

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

I stayed 2 night the one thing that I dislike is “ Cockroach “ in my room. There are many cockroaches 🪳 that I found since first day one fly to my face but I think that ok. Second night after I woke up I found it beside my bed and when I went to take a shower I found 1 in shower room then after that my bf went to the terrace also found 1. Omggg 😱 I already reported to receptionist when I checked out about this issue I hope the hotel will improve and solve this problem because it make me scared and feel a bit bad. About service still be okay for me. Breakfast also variety of food and fresh.

Initially booked for a business trip, but pleasantly surprised by its family-friendly features. The rooms resemble well-equipped studio apartments, featuring a small kitchenette and a comfortable living space. The beds are exceptionally cozy. The booking comes with a complimentary breakfast, providing an excellent opportunity to savor authentic Thai cuisine.

Silversand Resort offers a wonderful beachfront experience with an unbeatable location right on Ao Phai Beach. While only a few rooms are directly sea-facing, we stayed in a garden view room that was still well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The buffet breakfast features a decent variety, including a live egg station, salad bar, breads, pancakes, rice, curry, vegetables, and fresh coffee. One small note is that the 10:00 AM cutoff for breakfast felt a bit early given the laid-back island atmosphere—perhaps a slightly extended timing would better suit guests on vacation mode. The resort maintains a no-smoking policy in its restaurant area (except some designated corner space), including the beachfront section. While this is appreciated from a health and family-friendly perspective, it may feel a bit restrictive for guests looking to fully unwind in an open-air setting. That said, the overall experience—from the location and food to the service and accommodation—was excellent. It is on the pricier side, but the quality and beachfront charm make it a worthwhile choice for couples or anyone seeking a relaxing island escape.

Lovely hotel in a great location as it’s right next to a mall. The rooftop pool was nice and never too busy with lots of seating areas. There was a large selection at breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. All staff were friendly and helpful and early and late checkout is available if you want it.
