The hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.

One of the reliable things in life is what you get from a chain hotel and this was everything you would expect from a very well located Novotel. Nothing remarkable but comfortable clean rooms and efficient service. As the location was so good we would stay again

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for a few days as a family and we absolutely adored the room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed, the living area was great for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for relaxing and working, if needed. The hotel kept us well stocked in water and coffee too. We really enjoyed the hotel’s Asian restaurant. But we were less impressed by the breakfast restaurant. There were lots of staff on hand, but huddled together in a corner and on all but one day no one came by our table to ask if we wanted anything warm to drink.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

This is a nice hotel, good accommodation, great location within 5/10 walk mins of three railway stations and closer to tram and underground BUT……. It has real issues with staff errors and then quoting polish law giving them 14 days to fix issues / complaints doesn’t exactly give a good view of customer focus or indeed reward of loyalty to IHG’s brand or this hotel where I have stayed a few times before. Due to a queue at reception I just left the card and did express checkout, however 10 minutes after I left the hotel took a payment for DOUBLE the correct room rate. An hour after that they then took another payment for the correct amount but did not cancel the original payment - clearly someone’s made an error and charged me someone else’s room and then thought putting it through again would fix it. Wrote to hotel and got a snotty email back in a tone that did not accept they had made an error. This email didn’t apologise either but it did quote under polish law we have 14 days to fix this which is pretty bad. There was also no appreciation that taking multiple payments in error could give some people financial difficulty as they cannot then access the funds taken in error I am now having to get my bank to complete chargeback as I am not waiting 14 days for them to reverse a payment taken in error This isn’t the first staff related issue I’ve had at this hotel so I won’t be back as there are plenty of other IHG hotels nearby that can operate without errors or sending snotty emails to Diamond Elite IHG members - on a previous visit they put me in a room right above on site construction work which was nice of them! If your going to risk staying here I’d advise paying upfront and not using express checkout

This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

The hotel exceeded expectations- it truly is a 5* stay. The room was very large and comfortable bed. Breakfast was really good - one best selections had for long while. Great location opposite airport. Only challenge is stopping water escaping the shower onto floor ( minor point) . Two Sebastions at reception were helpful. Overall very much enjoyed our overnight airport stay.

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station, and is good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights, and walked to the Old Town every day to take a walk. It's not too far to walk to. Not knowing how to buy tickets for the bus or tram meant that I ended up at the tourist spots before I knew it. It was more fun to walk and discover the atmosphere of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was very quiet, even though it was in the center of Warsaw, and I slept soundly. There is air conditioning. There is no refrigerator. There is a water cooler in front of the elevator, so you don't need to buy water at a convenience store. This hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Warsaw.
