We had a very delightful stay in Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel. The room given to us was very spacious. We had a very beautiful view in our window. We had a smooth check in and check out process. The staff are very cheerful and accommodating. They have water dispenser where you can refill your water bottle. They also have an ice maker. We really love our stay here. At the end of each day, we look forward to going back to this hotel to have a rest. Highly recommend this hotel when you are in Sapporo.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

Love the proximity to Susukino shopping streets/ area without the heavy human traffic foothold and ”the noise.” . It is within 5-10mins walk (depending on your speed and pace of walking). Also within 10 minutes to Odori Park and Sapporo Clock Tower. Sapporo Station is about a 15-20mins slow stroll away. Love that the room type that I've booked come with your own washer and dryer, perfect to do some washing before departing back to your home country. As Sapporo was my last stop in Hokkaido, managed to clock 2 rounds of laundry wash/dry before my flight out.

Location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel near sapporo train station. It's just 3 minutes walk so very convenient. There are combini nearby (7-eleven and lawson). They clean my room every day. Change towels, empty the trash bins which is really good. The room size is bigger than tokyo. I just feel they can improve on food. I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast is the same menu every single day, nothing new on each day. Also, while they provide free coffee there's no bottled water given. Initially when I asked the receptionist, I was told I can drink from a cup on the 2nd floor (where food is being served and so as the free coffee) however on my 2nd night I went to the ”pantry” to get a water and there's none, when I went to the receptionist and ask, I was told to drink from the bathroom faucet.

I walked into the hotel disappointed as the parking B1 floor was dimly lit, not very welcoming. The lobby is fine, and the room is also fine. What really surprised me was how homey this hotel feels. They give out freshly cooked ramen and ice cream every night next to the onsen, in addition to Yakult-like probiotic drink every morning. The buffet breakfast is the best one I’ve had in this whole Hokkaido trip. Good selection of food, and they don’t serve anything they are not good at serving. They include grilled scallops, 2 types of soup, typical Hokkaido seafood bowl, etc. The natural onsen is a bit small but sufficient. Out of 4 hotels I’ve stayed in Hokkaido this trip, I miss this one the most although it is quite old. First impression is meh, but the stay experience was fantastic.

The hotel is located across the street from the south exit of JR Sapporo Station, and with easy access to a big shopping area as well as JR and metro systems through the underground pedestrian system. The single-person room I stayed for five nights is not large, but a comfortable one. A double bed with a high-quality firm mattress enables me enjoy my sleep every night. The central air-conditioning system works very well, not dry nor noisy. The only thing I would add in the room is a small safe box. Overall, it's a very nice deal.

The location of this hotel is only about 5 minutes from the JR train station west exit. Our room was new and clean and the Hollywood twin bed was more like a double bed size and they are very comfortable. A roomy bathroom with the toilet in a separate room equipped with a another sink. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and we never heard any noise from other guests or door closings. There's a complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby. Very good value hotel consider the rate. The only negatives are no safety box and would have been nice to have a small table in the room. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked this hotel again after a very pleasant stay years ago, despite the price being on the higher side for our travel dates. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations due to miscommunication about pricing. Somehow, it wasn’t stated in my booking that I was traveling with a child, I carefully clarified with both the hotel and the agent weeks before arrival about extra charges. I received confirmation of the exact nett amount to top up and decided not to cancel. However, upon arrival, we were informed of a different price—an additional $300+ for my child, despite not needing an extra bed. Our check-in was badly delayed, as we arrived late at night with a child and had to sort through this issue. I had to present all the email confirmations from the hotel and the agent to resolve the situation, which was frustrating and unnecessary after such thorough prior communication. On a positive note, the hotel’s location remains excellent. It provides direct access to the airport via a nearby station and is just one stop away from Otaru Canal, making it convenient for travelers. While the location is undoubtedly a highlight, the inconsistency in communication and lack of clarity about pricing policies overshadowed the experience.

Excellent location, very close to the airport bus station and the Nakajima Koen station's escalator. It is also very close to the lower part of the Susukino district and there are a bunch of restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was okay, we have had better breakfast before but to be honest the breakfast is actually very good for this price point. Delicious ice cream is available during breakfast and it's from the Niseko Takahashi Farm. There is a coffee corner at the lobby and serves drinks from 3-10pm iirc.

love the hotel!!! super clean, extremely affordable, breakfast was decent, sauna was amazing as there was outdoor and indoor and the service staff were all friendly. best part was the free drinks station at the concierge 🤣. we wanted to book a restaurant for dinner but could not speak japanese so the counter staff helped us with the booking. will definitely come back if im in asahikawa again 🌸🥰

We visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

Overall are good, value for money. Simple hotel with good location which took about 10 -15 mins walk to main attractions like Sapporo tv tower, Tanukikoji shopping street. The only thing is not sure why the room is dusty, we keep sneezing and coughing during our stay.wven with the air purifier tune on when we stay in the room. Good that they will change nre towel daily even we not request to makeup our room Reception staff is friendly and polite but no mineral water provided during check-in or daily during our stay.2nd floor has vending machine, laundry and ice machine provided. There is family mart within 5 mins walks.

Susukino and Odori are both very good location within walking distance. Also, it is a clean hotel because it is shallow. ２４ Coffee for time is also good. However, the １５００ yen breakfast was a bit poor. １ It is a buffet in the lounge on the floor. If you pay this amount, it is better to have a morning at a nearby coffee shop. Nice location next to the Hakodate market. Walking distance to most of the attractions around Hakodate city. Hotel is also pretty new and car park is provided at 1000 yen a day

I used JR INN for the first time. JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo has used it. I stayed at a railway hotel for railway fans, but I was impressed this time. From the single room I stayed in, you can see all the vehicles coming in from the top of Hakodate Station platform. If you thought you could see Twilight Express and Hokuto Star in the time of running on the bed, Cassiopeia came in. In addition, the timetable is posted on the top floor bath, and the train is seen while bathing. There are many books related to the railway in the rest place, and you can know the history of the railway in Hokkaido. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a head mark such as Hokuto star, and the track is drawn on the floor, and it is a hotel that is not able to be caught in the railway mania from the moment when it enters. The best thing about this hotel is its location as it is very close to the train station and to the restaurants and pubs of Hakodate. The twin room we booked was very basic, with enough space for two big luggages to be opened fully. Unfortunately, there is no free parking space as you are asked to pay for parking fee even in their designated parking spaces.

The room is big and comfortably host 3 adults. We are pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and other kitchen equipment in the room. Not to mention the walk in closet. It’s a full service apartment than a hotel room. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions. However, the balcony with a fantastic sea view is to well worth the effort spent getting to the hotel. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering that it was a peak season (summer vacation period).

Hotel located at the transportation hub where Jr train and bus station and tram line was just across the road. Good size of room and bathroom for Japanese standard. I enjoyed the sunset with good view. Public bath was clean and good. Breakfast has good varieties. Only feedback is internet is slightly slow.Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was in good location next to morning seafood market and short walk to red warehouse. Bath house was clean with panaromic view of the city and coastline. Room was clean and new. Comes with free washing machine. Hotel carpark was convenient although we need to pay for it (1000 yen per day) Highly recommend.

We stayed at Century Marina for our first night in Hokkaido and originally chose it for its proximity to most of the sites we wanted to see in Hakodate. It's just a few minute walk from the train station with plenty of sidewalks so pulling our suitcases was no issue. The hotel also has a large parking lot if you choose to drive. It's also just a few minute walk from the warehouse district and the older area up the hill where a lot of historical embassies and churches are. The hotel's breakfast buffet is an experience itself with an extensive spread of both Japanese and Western food options. You will reserve a time slot when checking in, but even then you should expect a 10-20 minute wait in the morning to get your table, so its best to go up before your reserved time. This hotel also has one of the best rooftop onsen I've seen, with wonderful views of the whole marina and hill. When booking I didn't realize there was a hot springs so this was a nice surprise. Our room was right next to the elevator but very quiet and clean. This is a newer hotel too so everything felt very fresh and well-maintained. We checked in using Japanese, but the hotel has check-in info packets and signs in English so this is a good option for non-Japanese speaking guests as well.

I used it for the first time. A luxury hotel, breakfast is a special mention! We chose Japanese food in Azeria for the first night １ and Matsumae for the second night. At the buffet, there was a heap of salmon roe that I had never seen before, and I was able to make a super gorgeous seafood bowl, which was really amazing. ２ Matsumae on the night was also a very nice set, and I chose the salmon roe set, but this is also super satisfying. My friend was Hitsumabushi set, which looked very delicious! The room was large and well maintained, and it was good because it had a long-established style plus modern functionality.

Toyoko Inn has two branches around Hakodate Station, ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Gate” and ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Chaoshi”, of which ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Chaoshi” is close to Hakodate Station, about two minutes walk. ”Hokkaido Hakodate Station Front Gate” is about a five-minute walk, in fact, it is quite close to Hakodate Station, it is a convenient and affordable choice for accommodation.

Excellent location and breakfast buffet. The universal twin bedroom is a bit small and facing the wall of building across but is functional clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are friendly but can’t communicate in English. We had to use Google translate. Parking across the hotel is 800 yen for 24 hours so would recommend. Beddings are comfortable and room is clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet with sashimi hot dishes and ice cream is such a delight and is the selling point of this hotel. Overall we are very pleased with what paid for as now is non peak season.

The hotel is very convenient, near to train & bus stations. There is a big Aeon supermarket opposite the hotel, lots of eateries around. The local breakfast has a lot of variety. The staff are friendly, lots of amenities provided & room is spacious for 2 persons. Will stay again!

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

I stayed ２ nights with my husband and wife to meet my friend in Asahikawa. It was very good, so I think I will be here next time I come. First of all, it is good to have a hot spring bath. One of the best hotel we stay during our trip! Great relax area with manga and ice creams. There’s yakult in the morning too. Room is big and comfortable. We will come back for sure. Good breakfast!

Spacious room, children went on the tatami sleeping on the futon. Lots of storage space too and plenty of amenities. Free coffee in lobby was nice and fresh from beans. We rang reception at 130am as next room guests were too loud and they resolved it. Close to JR train and bus station. Happy to recommend. Hotel tried their best to help make our stay comfortable.

The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.
