Yuan Garden Pasar Baru

We visited this hotel 2 weeks ago, receptionist greeted us with smile, booking process only need several minutes, there is comfortable lobby for waiting and very wide pool. We booked suite room because its the biggest room for us to take maternity photo and there is bathup with nice night city view. BBQ night dinner taste was awesome with butter rice, various fresh fish, sirloin corner, salad bar and lot of desserts. Breakfast taste is good and mostly indonesia traditional food, you should try their porridge. Dental kit using great quality with branded toothpaste. Checkout process very fast and after that we go to pasar baru with 3 minutes walk. Special thanks for receptionist staff and restaurant staff for your friendly services. We definitely will be back if there is chance.
Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel and Conference Center
4.2/5180 Reviews
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aston Priority Simatupang during my visit to Jakarta, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. Located in the vibrant Simatupang business district, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and amenities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby exuded an elegant ambiance with its modern decor and tasteful furnishings. The hotel's attention to detail was evident from the moment I stepped foot inside. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite the bustling city outside. The contemporary design elements and soothing color palette added a touch of sophistication to the space. The hotel's dining options left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The attentive staff made sure to cater to my dietary preferences, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's bar served a fantastic selection of cocktails, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day. Aston Priority Simatupang boasts impressive amenities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine during my stay. The rooftop swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the city heat, accompanied by breathtaking views of Jakarta's skyline. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every staff member was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers due to its proximity to the business district, but it's also well-suited for leisure travelers looking to explore Jakarta. There are shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, offering convenience and a taste of the city's vibrant culture. If I were to offer one area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connectivity, which occasionally experienced minor disruptions during my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at Aston Priority Simatupang was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stylish accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location made it an excellent choice for my visit to Jakarta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in the city.

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

Service was really good and the rooms were spacious comfortable. Location is also good with easy access to the old town. I have to say the breakfast is top notch and the main reason why I enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our one week stay. Will definitely recommend others to stay here in future.

Outstanding and beautiful hotel - well organized and attentive staff. Easily comparable to top end hotels I have stayed at in Dubai and elsewhere. Food is excellent - room service is prompt and offers a wide choice from all available restaurants. Indonesia Plaza next door was hugely helpful and convenient.

Warning! The premises has three residence lifts & one staff service lift. Only one of the three residence lifts are working. One lift can accommodate 11 people. No aircon inside lift! Staff lift will zoom pass your level. If you lucky and staff lift will open at your level just hop in even though going up. Other than that location is good.
Novotel Jakarta Mangga Dua Square

A great hotel with clean amenities and a good breakfast selection, however, the reception wasn't too accommodating to our requests. Firstly, upon checking in, we were given 2 rooms side by side but were given a third room at the other end of the building. Even the porter who was transporting the luggage ended up panting upon reaching the room. When we requested a room closer to the lift/elevator, we were surprised that there was an available room right across from our first room. The second issue was concerning our request for a late checkout, i.e., from 12 to 1 pm. When we approached the reception with our request, we were told to request it on our last day and not a day earlier. When we did that, we were told that we should have made our request earlier! Also, we were informed by the manager at the reception that our request could not be accepted as the hotel was running at full capacity. When we explained our reasons as to why we needed the extention (7.55 pm flight and to say our prayer at between 12 - 1 pm, we were given an extention for just 1 room instead of 2 rooms (the 3rd room had already checked out at 10 am). We were asked to share a bedroom with another couple for the 1 hour duration, something my husband was reluctant to do due to privacy issues. We ended up checking out slightly after 12 pm. Needless to say, we were unhappy with these 2 issues which could have been easily resolved if the reception had been more accommodating and receptive to our requests instead of saying a definitive ”No”. This would be our first and only stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Hotel.

Hotel Ciputra Jakarta managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

I'll give it a 2. The staff are nice and the gym is very well equipped for a hotel gym. The gym itself ill give a 5 star but the hotel it self is very run down and old. Original room had no hot water , occasionally Luke warm at best, and the aircon was dismal. After complaining they informed me they sent a technician to the room and the water should be ok. Nothing had changed. Upon further enquiries I was shifted to a new grand deluxe room 1 floor up (15). The room was slightly fancier but still very dated. The lights occasionally made loud buzzing noises for no reason. Aircon and hot water was still an issue. For the price I paid (roughly $100 a night) I am extremely disappointed. $50 a night might be more reasonable if you can handle subpar aircon and hot water. The convenience of having a mall attached is handy for somewhere like jakarta. Oh and there was a flood in the hallway of level 14 one night.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, my experience at hotel was nothing short of excellent, and I can't wait to return for another stay.Thank you so much
