Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. Hauptbahnhof
This hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise given its close proximity to the main station (about 5 minutes walk) which can give rise to some dubious hotels. This one, however, even if it next to a major renovation project and so somewhat hidden away, is really excellent. It is smart and clean throughout and the staff are helpful and polite. The room itself was large - more like an apartment - with a work area and glass-topped desk and cooking facilities (microwave and hob). There is also a fridge which contains a range of soft drinks and beer and which are included in the room price. The well-equipped bathroom even has its own built-in radio. The hotel also provides facilities such as washing machines and, in spite of its location and the work going on around it, was peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was superb - probably one of the best in any hotel, offering a wide range of fresh and homemade fare and giving you the perfect start to a day enjoying everything the city has to offer A very pleasurable experience spending two nights here

The rooms are not as good as those in Novotel in China, but the location is good, next to the Isar River and close to the Deutsches Museum. It is also convenient to go to the subway, and there are commercial restaurants nearby. It is a very good hotel with good value for money.

This is an absolutely beautiful 2 star hotel. It is not an airport hotel. It is a hotel near the airport. Didn't have time to use sauna, so I don't know. I waited well over an hour for the hotel shuttle. Watched all the airport hotel shuttles come and go. I couldn't call hotel with either my French or US Sim card. When they started to come back I just got a taxi. Upon checking in I was informed you take the city bus. I looked at my reservation and it clearly says ”local shuttle” and on another site it says something like ”concierge car service” Absolutely no mention of taking a bus anywhere. I looked through my confirmation emails. Not one word. That is the primary attribute of an ”Airport hotel” you fly in, jump on shuttle, get a lousy night's sleep, a shower, breakfast, and back on the shuttle. No thinking required. The should either provide the advertised services, or change the advertising.

Love the building, design and the location (the physical / hard part). The soft part (people), more efforts required. They misplaced 1 of my luggage and I need to beg them to find it (as if I was lying that I have 3 begs). They pushed me around, asked me to go and ask ”that guy at the door” and asked me to go to the luggage storage room even after I clearly described my beg (not with a typical colour). And apparently, the beg was at the reception behind the counter. Wasting 1 to 2 hours.

Obersendling
The staff are generally very nice (: we were allowed to check in early since the room was cleaned by the time we arrived. The rooms are also incredibly clean. I tried to search for dust (since I have bad allergies) but didn't encounter any. Only thing is that there could be more hooks / places to hang things in the toilet, and maybe 2-4 more hangers 🤣 (I travelled with a female friend, so you can imagine the amount of clothes we had to hang up.) There's also only one plug between the beds, so that's a little troublesome since we didn't exactly have a multi plug. The hotel is pretty near Machtlfinger Straße, very accessible and there's a grocery just down the road as well.

Close to a shopping center! Breakfast is 26 per person. Not much selection. Not worth it. We arrived in the early morning.(didn't expect to have room ready) A staff is nicely offer early check in service. After that, another Asian female staff was here to charge us 30 euro per room for a total of 5 rooms. This experience was not not at all. I think the communication wasn't very clear. Water kettle was super dusty and scary! Totally, destroyed my expectations of this brand. Evening staff team is helpful and friendly. Except the am shift asian lady ...
