I was told that the hotel buffet restaurant is only open on weekends during the New Year's Eve. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but the taste and quality of the ingredients did not meet my expectations. The hygiene of the plates also needs to be improved. In addition, the service speed is not fast enough, and sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get served. As a ten-year hot spring hotel, some of the equipment here does look a bit old. The tiles and decorations in the hot spring area are beginning to wear and tear, and the furniture in the guest rooms also needs to be updated. Although the hot spring water itself is very comfortable, the overall maintenance and modernization of the facilities can be improved. The overall feeling is like a rural resort. If this is the expectation, it may be easier to accept. Overall, the butler service is a highlight and makes people feel the warmth of home. However, the aging of catering and facilities and the inability to keep up with the service are issues that cannot be ignored.
