The front desk staff were really warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is super convenient. You can easily access People's Square Metro right outside, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is just next door, making it perfect for dining and shopping. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

It was a beautiful hotel with very unique decoration for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet away from the city noise. There are many Burger king, pizza hut, chagee, starbucks, and local restaurants around. The space is also large. It was a very nice hotel close to the airport. There were also airplane headphones and eye protection in our room 😍. It was even more convenient with the shuttle bus that goes to the airport starting at 4 in the morning. I will choose it again next time I come

Traveling with a lot of large luggage this trip, I was initially worried about the inconvenience of carrying and storing it. However, the hotel's concierge staff proactively assisted throughout the entire process, smoothly delivering my bags to the room and even thoughtfully arranging them in the custom storage area. I didn't have to lift a finger myself. Temporarily storing luggage when going out was also incredibly convenient; the check-in process was simple and efficient, and upon retrieval, my items were neatly arranged. This meticulous luggage service truly eased the hassle of long-distance travel, showcasing the professional caliber and attention to detail of a high-end hotel.

Booked this room for a client. The hotel staff contacted me in advance to help coordinate the room arrangements, which was great. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Nanjing Road, close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The service staff were warm and professional. Overall, the value for money is really good. Thanks to 066 for arranging the room, it was good!

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Shanghai and enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent ( walk right out onto Nanjing Pedestrian street) The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious! Check in was a breeze. We opted for the family room and it had a separate living area and bedroom. It was super nice. We had a view of Nanjing Rd and heard zero noise from the bustling road below us. They provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room along with a mini fridge filled with various items ( drinks, beer, water and chocolates) They provided a safe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers and robes. It was my sons birthday they day we arrived and they sent a cake to our room:) I had mentioned that in the booking along with a request for a view. Both were obliged :) The breakfast was excellent with a ton of options ( both American and Asian cuisine) There is plenty of seating and great views! The concierge was fantastic! They arranged a riverboat cruise for us and an amazing massage for my mom and I. The spa was great and we had the most relaxing massage. The spa staff was fantastic and so friendly. They even took us in very last minute without issue. Though it is separate from the hotel- they gave a fantastic discount for being a guest there. Our stay was a 10/10 and I would stay here again!!

We expected more for the price, but it is not bad. Not a 4 star for sure, but fits into a good 3 star category. Location is not great, not walkable to many places and even the riverfront promenade here is not the greatest. Taxis to anywhere will take a while. But the rooftop does have a fantastic view. They could have designed a better space u p there as it is not cozy nor pretty with the fake grass the way it is now. Breakfast was so-so with the food cluttered in a small room that gets crowded easily. AC is strong on top of the food making it very cold. Room was okay, bed quite small and door with gaps leaking lots of light during the night bothered us. They offer you a gift if you leave a 5 star review during check-out. Not a good sign..

The hotel is in a very nice location near people’s square The metro station is across the street. The hotel is very luxurious with marble everywhere The concierge service was one of the best in Shanghai and helped me get reservations in multiple michelen guide restaurants last minute, and they are very gracious to provide an endless supply of bottled water. Check in and check out were very smooth with the aid of Judy and Jackie, who serve you to the absolute limit of their aurhority.

I booked this last minute for a business trip. All the Huazhu hotels were already priced at 700-800 RMB, but then I found this hotel apartment. At under 700 RMB, it was such a great deal! It's a one-bedroom, one-living room layout, offering excellent value for money and pure comfort. The bed was super comfy, not too soft, not too hard. The decor also felt quite new. While breakfast isn't included, there's a convenience store and a McDonald's downstairs, so getting breakfast is really easy. Plus, it's right next to several big malls like Century Link, making the whole area incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, shopping areas, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel provided good facilities that made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. A special thank you to Xiao Lei for his exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. He was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist whenever needed. We especially appreciated his help in arranging a private car transfer to Pudong Airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. The combination of the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, facilities, and outstanding customer service made our stay a memorable one. Conveniently located not too far from Yu Garden. The room is in a busy area, but with double-paned windows, the noise wasn't an issue for our room. I'm not sure about the noise level in all rooms though. They offer late-night snacks, and when we went, there were a lot of people eating, probably just coming back from sightseeing. There's a shuttle bus that runs on schedule to popular nearby attractions, which is really convenient. One striking thing is the high number of international guests. I wonder if it's a popular spot for foreign tourists. There's parking available right outside, but it's quite limited. It doesn't seem like many self-driving tourists stay here.
