"Extremely satisfied, highly recommend staying here when visiting Wangxian Valley! The scenery is so different between day and night. The room type is very spacious and the facilities are quite new. The twin room easily accommodates four people. It's clean and bright. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful with parking, shuttle service, and check-in. They'll even carry your luggage to your room. Plus, there's a free butler service; Little Bear Butler was very attentive, answering all our questions, which was incredibly convenient. They even thoughtfully provided a bug repellent kit upon check-in."

The Xiansu provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Xiansu is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Shangrao. Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport is the closest major transportation option, approximately 56km away. The nearest airport is Shangrao Sanqingshan Airport, approximately 56km away. Keeping busy is easy, with Wangxian Valley Post Office, Rainbow Falls and Wangxian Valley Scenic Area - Swimming Pool all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Shangrao hotel provides parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"First off, let's talk about the shuttle service. There are too few shuttles, so you end up waiting for over 10 minutes. Also, outside vehicles aren't allowed in; they tell you to go inside to buy tickets. If you're not letting cars in, then at least provide more shuttles! Next, the cleanliness. I moved the trash can, and it was really dirty underneath, with even some leftover watermelon seeds from previous guests. The entire scenic area requires a lot of walking, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have mobility issues; it's too tiring. The worst part is that after all that walking, you can't even order takeout. They say there's a butler service, and outside vendors claim the butler will pick up your order. However, the butler for my room said I had to go pick it up myself. This means if I'm tired and want to order food, I still have to go get it, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering takeout. The artificial landscapes are just okay; I definitely won't be coming back a second time."

This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the service was good, the breakfast selection was decent, and the location was excellent. I also appreciated the security of needing a key card to access the upper floors. However, it was incredibly hot, and the elevator had no air conditioning, which was a real drawback. The downsides were significant. Upon checking in, I discovered the duvet cover was torn. After communicating with the front desk, they promptly replaced it, but unbelievably, the replacement was also damaged. At that point, I just gave up trying to get another one – you can see for yourself in the pictures. Furthermore, there weren't enough hangers in the room, so I requested more. The hangers they brought were completely different and much lower quality than the ones already in the room. The wall near the TV was covered in grease stains, which was pretty off-putting. And I'm not sure if it was because of the heat, but whenever I was near the sink, there was a persistent foul smell coming from the pipes below. I've never encountered that in any other hotel. Overall, my stay was just mediocre."

Hotel near Wanda Plaza/Qiushui Park,Nanchang
The Shangri-La Nanchang is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Shangri-La Nanchang offers a pleasant stay in Nanchang for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 8km from Nanchang Railway Station and 24km from Nanchang Changbei International Airport. In addition, Qiushui Square Metro Station is just a short walk away. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Tengwang Pavilion Cruise (Qiushui Square Pier), Music Fountain, Qiushui Square, Nanchang and Asian Bay Water Club (Nanchang Branch). In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests of this Nanchang hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"I ended up in Nanchang by chance, and when I asked DeepSeek, it recommended the Shangri-La as the best hotel in the city. However, Xiaohongshu reviews often mentioned that the service at Shangri-La wasn't particularly warm, so I booked it with some skepticism, thinking I wasn't really a fan of overly enthusiastic service anyway. Turns out, DeepSeek was right – the entire experience at Shangri-La was excellent, and the service was genuinely warm. Since I was a single mom with two kids – a teenage boy and an elementary schooler – the lovely and gentle young lady at the front desk directly arranged for us the best river-view room. She thoughtfully noted that the adult breakfast for two and executive lounge access should be adjusted for three people, and even added me on WeChat to better assist us with our specific situation. Everyone at the hotel, from top to bottom, was so kind to the children. To my surprise, both boys told me they had become friends with the staff on different floors. This was truly unexpected, and I'd give the family-friendly experience five stars. The river view was superb. You could see Tengwang Pavilion from both the room and the executive lounge, and the musical fountain at Qiushui Square could be easily enjoyed from the room. The service and cleanliness details were also excellent. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, both new and old, and I always feel that while Shangri-La rooms tend to look similar, their attention to detail and professionalism are consistently outstanding. There are so many subtle yet incredibly thoughtful little touches that are hard to describe but all contribute to respecting the customer's experience. This truly comes from years of accumulated quality and time, and I genuinely applaud it. Although the breakfast taste could still improve, the variety was rich, and the quality was high. The light meals at the Horizon Club were anything but simple and very generous every day. The red wine was also quite good. Of course, there were a few minor regrets that I hope they continue to improve: the shampoo wasn't great, the showerhead was a bit small, and due to the windows not opening in the high-floor room, there was always a persistent stuffy smell (perhaps Northerners just can't stand the humidity of the South). Nevertheless, I'm very grateful to the service center for continuously helping us find a scent-free room because of this issue – it was a bother for them, but much appreciated."

Hotel near Qili Ancient Town/Meilin Ancient Town,Ganzhou
"I came to Ganzhou with a specific purpose this time: to show my father the barracks where he once served. My hotel requirements weren't complicated; I just wanted a comfortable stay. Let me start with the positives. As an InterContinental hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. Although the nearby Qili Ancient Town was quite empty, the landscaping was exceptionally well done, making for a very pleasant view on a nice day. The hotel room was also very clean. A special shout-out to the thick toilet paper – some hotels look great but miss these small details. The room service was also very responsive, so kudos for that. Now for the downsides. I couldn't log into the hotel Wi-Fi with my name and room number; I had to use a code, but there was no clear indication of this. I only found out after calling the front desk. After check-in, no one offered to help with my luggage (though some people did get help). I'm not sure if that's standard. The hotel is very large, and finding my room was a bit tricky. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and I mean really bad! During the holiday season, there were a lot of children, and it was incredibly noisy, severely affecting my sleep. Additionally, the 88 RMB breakfast was very disappointing and completely not recommended. Overall, the hotel's service gave me the impression that they want to do a good job but just haven't found the right way."

Hotel near Wang Xian Gu,Shangrao
"Our stay was fantastic! The location is a bit hidden, but the staff contacted us beforehand and came out to meet us. The room's aromatherapy was very calming, and the facilities and bedding were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend coming to the front desk in the evening for a drink with some BBQ – the recommended BBQ ingredients were fresh, and the drinks from the front desk were excellent. The atmosphere was great and definitely worth trying. We came back very late from sightseeing, and they remembered we hadn't returned, calling to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. When I needed something last minute, the front desk attendant even went out to buy it for me. Honestly, I didn't expect this level of service quality in a small town. Highly recommend!"

The lobby, a renovated ancient house, boasts old trees and bluestone slabs everywhere, creating an incredibly serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and elegant, furnished with wooden pieces and equipped with smart devices. The bedding is super soft, and you get stunning mountain views right from your window. The service was impeccable; the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle bus was always available on call. Breakfast offered authentic local specialties like Qianshan hot noodles and Dengzhan Guo, which were delicious. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

The service was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was indeed spacious, with the bathroom area relatively separate from the bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a sofa. The view from the window was great too. The highlight has to be the revolving restaurant on the top floor. While enjoying delicious food, you can take in the stunning 360-degree panoramic views of the ancient Yuzhang and new Hongdu prefectures, echoing the famous line: 'Where the evening glow and lonely wild geese fly together, and the autumn waters merge with the vast sky.'

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

The environment of the hotel is amazing. The elegant decoration and well-designed space layout make people feel both luxurious and comfortable. Whether it is the grandeur of the lobby or the exquisite service of the guest rooms, I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was deeply impressed. From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

I stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

An old star hotel, not far from the city, close to Aixi Lake, quiet environment and convenient parking. The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

The Jiangxi Hotel is advertised as an old five-star hotel. Its location is decent, right next to a subway station, but the facilities are quite outdated. When I was first checked in, they made a point of saying it was an 'upgraded room.' However, the room had an incredibly strong musty smell; I literally couldn't breathe, which is a first for me in any hotel. I'm not sure if it was intentional. They then moved me to an adjacent room, which still had a musty smell, though it became slightly better after airing it out for a bit. They claimed this room was better because the carpet had been replaced compared to the previous one, but the duvet felt damp, so I had to take it out to the balcony to air. There were also too few pillows, and when the main light was turned on, I could see a lot of dust and dirt on it. I just endured the night, but the experience was not good. Breakfast was acceptable. In the future, I'll need to be much more careful when choosing a hotel.

This time, I booked the Nanchang Jingxi Hotel for my elderly parents, and they stayed for three days. Overall, their experience was very satisfying. First, let's talk about the location. The hotel is right next to Bayi Square, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area, so it's not noisy. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The hotel lobby is grand, and the overall decor has an old-money aesthetic. I must particularly commend the front desk staff; they were truly warm and attentive. Since we booked it for our parents, we were a bit worried before their check-in. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively assisted with the check-in process, showing an exceptionally good attitude and speaking very gently. Any issues during their stay were addressed promptly by the front desk, and their attention to detail in service was excellent. Regarding the room, it was quite spacious, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. In summary, booking the Jingxi Hotel for my family was a very good decision. The location is excellent, the front desk service is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My parents were very satisfied with their stay over these few days.
