"Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel. It's very close to the guesthouse reception center, probably about a 5-minute walk. Getting to the scenic area takes a little over ten minutes. The room size was quite good, not the 20 square meters that Ctrip stated – I guess there are varying sizes. The complimentary snacks, something like sour plums, were nice. Breakfast met the expected standard for this price point. They offer free luggage assistance to your room or near the guesthouse center. It's also very close to the bus stop for the high-speed train station. If you're sick and need medication, the hotel provides a complimentary car service to a nearby clinic, which is about a 5-6 minute drive."

"Our first stop on this Jiangxi trip was Wuyuan, and we stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel is right next to the high-speed train station, within walking distance, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and even upgraded us to a room with a great view. The view outside the window was expansive, with rolling mountains in the distance, making for a very pleasant scene. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff also proactively replenished the toiletries and slippers for the third person when they saw we were a family of three, and even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. The breakfast selection was rich, and overall, our stay was very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Wuyuan in the future."

First, the front desk service was excellent. The staff were very welcoming both when I arrived and when I left. They introduced the room and even recommended restaurants. Secondly, the location is great. You can head straight to the market from the hotel, and when you're tired, you can go back for a rest before continuing your shopping. The design is also very beautiful, and I witnessed a stunning sunset.
Alright, that's all for the positives.
I checked in at 6 PM, but the bathroom and shower still had standing water, despite the room supposedly being cleaned. I almost slipped. The room had a 'Syrian-style' vibe, which I'll assume was intentional design. But why is there a window on the wall between the bathtub and the bed...? It felt quite awkward. The bed sheets weren't very clean; there were some black threads on them, but I arrived late that night and just brushed them off myself.
Also, regarding the complimentary travel photoshoot: after the shoot, when it was time to select photos, I was shown how to navigate 'previous' and 'next' and then the staff member left. I thought this was the standard procedure. However, later, guests who came to select photos had two or three staff members around them, saying things like, 'This photo is beautiful and expressive,' and 'You must keep this one.' No one assisted me until I indicated I was ready to pay. I found that a bit hard to understand.
The trees are lovely, and the front desk staff are wonderful, but there are quite a few areas that need improvement..."

"I noticed this hotel during a business trip last time and saw how convenient its location was, so I specifically booked it for this stay. It's just across the street from Tengwang Pavilion Scenic Area, and also very close to the nearby Dashi Yuan food street. There's a supermarket next door and many specialty stores. Although the hotel room isn't large, it has all the amenities. The refrigerator is handy for chilling drinks, and the bed and pillows are quite comfortable – not too soft. The breakfast is worth mentioning; it's plentiful and tasty, featuring Nanchang local snacks and desserts. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic; since it was the off-season, they even upgraded me to a river-view room for free, as you can see from the pictures. This is a genuinely positive review from me because I truly had a great experience. This morning I even went for a morning run by the river, it was so convenient. Finally, it's about a 10-minute walk to Wan Shou Gong metro station, and taking a taxi is quite easy. The bathroom was well-maintained, with hot water coming out quickly, making for a great experience. "The rooms are scattered throughout the scenic area, each with its own unique character. Our room was in a fairly central location within the scenic area, but it was two flights of stairs away from the main street, so it wasn't too noisy. It was wonderful to go out for a stroll in the morning before anyone else entered the area. There's a dedicated porter for luggage, and a shuttle bus for transfers, so the whole trip wasn't tiring at all. It also included entrance tickets to the scenic area and the cable car, so the room itself didn't cost much, which was very reasonable. Staying inside the scenic area is just so convenient; after night activities, there's no rush to get down the mountain. I would recommend this place to family and friends; if they come, they should stay here."

The resident photography service by Xiaoman Yinghua was another delightful surprise. The photographer excels at capturing atmospheric moments and has a wonderful attitude. They guided us through the courtyard, tea room, and natural mountain landscapes, skillfully directing our poses. They made excellent use of natural light to create images with a cool, cinematic quality. The photo editing leans towards a natural, authentic look, preserving our skin texture and contours without heavy, artificial beauty filters. Environment: You can see the Twin Towers at night, which is very comfortable, and the room layout is good.

I went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.

The environment of the hotel is amazing. The elegant decoration and well-designed space layout make people feel both luxurious and comfortable. Whether it is the grandeur of the lobby or the exquisite service of the guest rooms, I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was deeply impressed. From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

QingfuchenxiaoI stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

This is a 'five-star' hotel located right next to Bayi Avenue, with a subway entrance just outside the lobby, so the location is pretty excellent. However, perhaps due to its age, the facilities inside are a bit dated and have quite a few issues. What baffled me the most was that the hot water temperature in the room would fluctuate automatically; it would suddenly get scalding hot, then return to normal a few seconds later, repeating this cycle, making you nervous every time you used it. After I reported it, a technician came and, after testing the water, admitted the temperature was inconsistent. However, he explained it as, 'The water supply system has two pumps, each heating water independently and switching automatically; it's probably due to the temperature difference between the two when they switch over,' and offered no solution, which was essentially useless. It's hard to believe this is 'five-star' quality, and the breakfast was also quite mediocre.

First, let's talk about the location. The hotel is right next to Bayi Square, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area, so it's not noisy. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The hotel lobby is grand, and the overall decor has an old-money aesthetic.
I must particularly commend the front desk staff; they were truly warm and attentive. Since we booked it for our parents, we were a bit worried before their check-in. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively assisted with the check-in process, showing an exceptionally good attitude and speaking very gently. Any issues during their stay were addressed promptly by the front desk, and their attention to detail in service was excellent.
Regarding the room, it was quite spacious, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
In summary, booking the Jingxi Hotel for my family was a very good decision. The location is excellent, the front desk service is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My parents were very satisfied with their stay over these few days.
