The hotel also has a pool and a gym, perfect for exercising and relaxing in my free time. Plus, with its own parking lot, it's a breeze for those driving. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and very convenient for getting around. It's an ideal spot for a vacation stay and highly recommended!"

"Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday.
When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved.
The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax.
My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this.
The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better."

"The hotel itself is actually very good, no complaints here. The hygiene and environment are both fine, assuming you can accept the quirks of this peculiar town. Now, let me rant.
First off, I absolutely do not recommend Tianya Town. It's a very strange place. If you're driving, you have to park your car in a pitch-black parking lot. This 'parking lot' is just an open dirt lot, gravel ground, with no charging stations whatsoever.
Secondly, after leaving the parking lot, it's impossible to find the sightseeing shuttle stop, especially at night, as there are no clear signs.
Thirdly, entering the town requires taking a sightseeing shuttle, which costs 6 CNY per person per ride, and 7 CNY at night. The收款单位 is Sanya Tianya Town Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. The B&B is extremely far from the shuttle stop, and you can't walk there. All the paths are winding, narrow alleyways, and it's heavily commercialized. They deliberately make you take the shuttle here. You have to take it for both entry and exit, meaning it's at least 12 CNY per person."

"Of all the hotels I've stayed at, from Tianya Town to Haitang Bay, this one had the best service. Days before check-in, they called to inform me I'd have a butler, which really put my mind at ease. Then, Jill🥒 turned out to be an absolute gem! She always replied instantly to messages and solved any problem immediately. She's truly a reason I'd happily return to this hotel.
Now, about the facilities. We got a room upgrade during the off-season. The floors were a bit old, but after staying at several hotels, I've noticed that hotels in Sanya with good locations aren't usually brand new. I was initially worried about bugs, but there were none at all. The kids' club is huge, with plenty of indoor activities, more than enough for kids under 6. I'd even say it's better than Regent. It's not far from the beach either; you just walk through a small path from the hotel and you're pretty much there. Breakfast was decent, not exceptional but definitely not bad. And the water quality at Dadonghai was much better than Haitang Bay this time. I'd probably choose this Dadonghai hotel again on my next trip."

"1. First, I suggest the hotel removes air fresheners from the rooms. Only budget hotels use them to mask odors.
2. I was given a room that was still being cleaned upon check-in. I had to wait outside in over 30-degree Celsius heat for more than 20 minutes. There was no emergency plan or special handling. A simple room swap to a similar or better room type would have sufficed. Instead, the 'emergency solution' was a room on an inferior floor, which I was moved into without any prior inspection after cleaning. Water stains were still visible in the room and on the balcony.
3. The refrigerator smelled of leftover food. The 'mini-bar' consisted of just one Fanta and one Sprite, which I wouldn't drink anyway.
4. The shower room design is flawed. There's nowhere to hang towels outside the shower stall. For a twin room with two people showering, there's no consideration for privacy.
5. The room directly faces the high-speed rail tracks. High-speed trains roar past around midnight and 7 AM.
6. The prices fluctuate greatly; booking later can actually be cheaper.
7. The breakfast is, at best, worth 68 yuan, but the advertised price is a huge exaggeration.
8. The complimentary surfing lesson needs clearer instructions and improved teaching quality. It should be clear how many people are in a 'one-to-many' session. It's definitely not worth 298 yuan."

"The scenery is excellent. I can faintly see crabs climbing on the reef from the pool. I really want to go down and touch the crabs, but the front desk said that I can't go down. We arrived at the hotel after the reservation. We didn't know that there was a shuttle bus. It was very timely. The luggage could be delivered to each room. The front desk and the brother who sent the luggage were very enthusiastic. They also upgraded. I met the manager and sent us some snacks. , Clearly, it is not sold on time! Send directly! In fact, it is not very timely, there is 3/4 months! I have never seen such a bright boss, the atmosphere has a pattern! ! I also sent us sunscreen, saying that I can't wipe my face for fear that we are allergic, and it expires in March next year, let us wipe our body! Guest UserI had an absolutely perfect holiday at Banyan Tree Sanya during the Mid-Autumn Festival. A special mention goes to the hotel for thoughtfully preparing a birthday cake for my companion on our first day, which was a wonderful surprise for everyone. On our departure day, knowing we had a late flight, the front desk proactively extended our check-out time to 1:30 PM, allowing us to relax and refresh without the rush and pressure of catching our flight. The entire trip was peaceful and comfortable, with exceptionally meticulous service that truly showed Banyan Tree Sanya's dedication.
I'd like to extend a special thank you to Sun, a staff member at Banyan Tree Sanya. During our stay, Sun was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. From the birthday decorations to coordinating our check-out, everything was handled perfectly, making us feel incredibly well cared for. It's because of excellent staff like Sun that our Mid-Autumn trip was so fulfilling and memorable. The next time I visit Sanya, I will definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

Our stay at Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning – right in the rainforest with breathtaking mountain views and the sound of nature all around.
The highlights:
· Exceptional Staff – A huge shoutout to Lan Tingting, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was available via WeChat around the clock and helped us with every single question and request we had. What made it even better was that she spoke excellent Russian, which made communication so easy and personal.
· Private hot spring villas – soaking in natural hot spring water on our own terrace was pure bliss.
· Great food – the breakfast buffet was divine, with an incredible variety to suit all tastes.
The combination of stunning nature, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our trip truly memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique escape!🌿

Guest UserToday is our second day here, and we chose a package with breakfast and hot springs. We even got mooncakes! We played golf during the day and relaxed in the hot springs at night – it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast spread was also excellent. Maybe it's the off-season since school just started, but there weren't many guests. After playing golf, the front desk lady recognized us right away, which was a wonderful feeling. Haha, it felt just like coming home. We'll definitely be back to stay and play golf here again.

KataeraguoTraveling to Sanya with a 9-month-old baby, choosing a hotel was a dilemma. Everyone recommended Tianyu in Yalong Bay, but I felt my child was too young to enjoy many of the facilities, so it wouldn't be worth it. I searched on Ctrip and found this family-themed room. It was very spacious for three people, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with a playground, an infinity pool, and paddleboarding. It truly exceeded our expectations when we arrived. There's also live entertainment, and ordering takeout is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to the beach; for young children, I'd recommend bringing a stroller and a hip seat. The evenings in September were cool and breezy. If it weren't for another hotel's non-refundable policy, I would have loved to extend our stay for another night.
Special thanks to our butlers, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Han, and Yali.

This villa hotel is exceptionally good. The complex is quite large, so you need to take a shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised that after I just called the front desk, they arrived at our door almost immediately to pick us up.
Cleaning, disinfection, and pool maintenance are all handled by dedicated staff, indicating very organized hotel management. Every employee we encountered was knowledgeable about their job and provided service with a smile. A special thanks to the housekeeper who even helped us fold clothes and brought us fruit. I didn't catch her name at the time, but I remember she was a female housekeeper. Thank you!

LinbeishialeWhen I came to Sanya this time, I looked at several hotels and finally chose The St. Regis. It's an established international brand with a sense of quality, good aesthetics, and excellent butler service. What surprised me most was our butler, David.
He's handsome and kind, striking the perfect balance. He was very responsive, and everything he arranged was just right. He upgraded us to a Deluxe Ocean View room, sent fresh coconuts and mini-bar cold drinks, and even prepared a little fish necklace, a St. Regis bear, and a hat for the baby.
These were small gestures, but they made all the difference.
The high-floor direct ocean view, the infinity pool, and the spaciousness of the hotel room were all very comfortable. With a baby, there's no need to rush around; just slowly enjoying the hotel was a wonderful vacation.
This time, we missed the champagne sabering ritual, as we took the kids straight to the beach to relax and dig in the sand. I definitely want to experience it next time.
The hotel offers snorkeling, fishing, and scuba diving experiences, all quite good. If you want to go, just let the butler know in advance to make a reservation; it's pretty fun.
Anyway, thank you, David, for adding some memorable details to this stay. It was the happiest part of our Hainan trip.
The St. Regis is a brand with history, cultural heritage, a lifestyle, attention to detail, and a conscious spirit.
Next time I come to Sanya, I'll still choose The St. Regis, and it has to be David.

FanfanzihuanyoushijieStaying at Coral Hotel is definitely worth it when visiting Wuzhizhou Island. The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new and very convenient. There was even a bathtub on the balcony! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a 180-degree sea view room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Sunbathing downstairs offered a completely different experience. Plus, the hotel provides a free VIP channel to the island and full shuttle service, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the outer ring road of Wuzhizhou Island was under construction during our visit, causing some noticeable vibrations. I'd love to go back again next time!

G3MMALuhuitou Sanya Resort (in our experience) is a tranquil, quiet place (I believe this may be to do with it being slightly off-peak season). It has a beautiful pool, is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach (bring your water shoes, the entrance to the water is full of rocks/coral) and isn’t too far from town (8 minute Didi). The rooms are large & the couch is big enough for our toddler to nap on. We enjoyed the breakfast on offer (one of the better breakfasts we’ve had) and ate at the Thai restaurant once for dinner. For us, this hotel / resort has the perfect balance of rest, relaxation & amenities! From the fact the room came with international power adapters, a surprise cake for my husbands birthday (which was totally unexpected) and a room upgrade provided by Emmy on reception. It’s the small details the sometimes make the most impact & they don’t go unnoticed ♥️

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

ThronesSangAt the Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay Lingshui, I truly found that sense of relaxation, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The moment you step into the hotel, it feels like you've stumbled into a Southeast Asian rainforest, surrounded by coconut groves, streams, and thatched-roof huts. Even the air you breathe carries the sweet freshness of negative oxygen ions.
All the accommodations here are private pool villas, offering incredible seclusion! Open the balcony door and you're greeted by the soothing sound of flowing water, with bougainvillea and traveler's palms planted right next to the loungers. In the evening, soaking in your private pool while watching the sunset paint the sky in molten gold, and then looking up to a sky full of stars – it truly elevates the vacation experience.
The hotel's own infinity pool faces the South China Sea, with water as blue as a jewel. There's also a 770-meter private beach that's never crowded and incredibly scenic. Every photo you take here feels like a 'deserted island' masterpiece, brimming with ambiance.
The service is also incredibly thoughtful. Electric golf carts are available on demand, and the staff even proactively reminds you about the weather. If you're looking for a place to completely unwind and 'lie flat,' this is definitely the top choice!
