"中文下面 I stayed at the hotel twice. We enjoyed the large outdoor main pool and the 20th floor infinity pool which both were warm and comfortable. We didn’t go to the 3rd floor beach pool as there were many kids there. There were many activities for the kids from a large indoor play area with ball pits and huge slides to arts and craft for some family bonding time. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch for the atmosphere. The rooms are large with lots of space. We got the two bedroom with two full bathrooms and kitchen. The washer machine was great. we can do all our laundry in the room. Thesege outdoor tub on the balcony was a great way to enjoy the view. We really enjoyed the sunset view from our balcony and from the UP VIEW sky bar and infinity pool. I took so many pretty photos from up there. The hotel gives you two beautiful and delicious drinks to start off the night at the bar. There were also a floating flamingo and paddle board in the infinity pool for you to use for your photoshoot. But be warned they are both very unstable if you’re on it. Skilled balancing is needed. The sunset views from the hotel is priceless. There are more than enough elevators that you don’t have to wait long. there is a delivery point for all your takeout deliveries. This three in one hotel is huge, the facilities can be enjoyed by everyone in any of the three hotels. Shuttle golf cart is provided free. Definitely a great family oriented hotel for the kids and parents to enjoy. The large Number 1 night market is very close a few minutes away. Airport is only 30 minutes away. The mall and duty free shopping area is also a few mi away by taxi. Luy and the entire front desk staff helped answer a lot of my questions and even helped me with didi to hail a cab. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities. no real complaints but as with china being a smoking country, it would be nice to have a smoke free seating section at the buffet. "Stayed in a triple room at Yuhuayuan with two adults and two children. The room was spacious enough for a family of four, but the facilities were a bit dated. The hotel is very close to Meilan Airport, which was super convenient for an early morning flight. It was also a short taxi ride to Lingshan Town for local breakfast, making it easy to find food. The library on the first floor was cozy and well-stocked, providing a quiet place for the kids to read and pass the time. Overall, it's a good option for a transit stay, especially if you prioritize location and a good book nook. However, if old facilities bother you, you might want to consider other options."

"I specifically booked the Hilton Wenchang Wengyuan to watch the rocket launch on August 10th. Here's an objective and honest review of my stay, hoping it helps future visitors coming to see the launch. The hotel's facilities are standard Hilton resort quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the food quality was generally good. However, due to the massive influx of guests on the rocket launch day, many arrangements fell short, significantly impacting the overall stay experience. We arrived near the hotel around 3-4 PM, and the road about one or two kilometers from the hotel was severely congested. This short distance took almost half an hour. Traffic control was in effect, and since we hadn't checked in yet and didn't have physical room cards, the traffic police initially refused to let our vehicle enter the area, even after showing our Trip.com booking confirmation. Attempts to contact the hotel butler went unanswered. After much discussion and effort, we were finally reluctantly allowed through. If we couldn't get into the hotel, we would have had to park outside, which meant walking nearly a kilometer from the outer road to the hotel lobby – extremely inconvenient. On the day of the launch, the lobby was flooded with a large number of non-hotel guests waiting to watch the rocket, making it very crowded and noisy. For dining, only the Chinese restaurant and the buffet dinner were available. The Chinese restaurant was fully booked very early. With all the surrounding roads congested, driving to town for a meal was virtually impossible, leaving the hotel buffet as the only option. While there was relatively sufficient seating at the buffet, the sheer number of people meant long queues for popular items like BBQ, and fresh items were quickly taken. I recommend dining as early as possible. I added the butler upon check-in, but unfortunately, on this peak launch day, I didn't receive any proactive important alerts. I sincerely suggest that the hotel, for future major events like rocket launches, further optimizes its service: proactively send out various travel and dining advisories to guests in advance; open a pre-registration channel for guest car plates, ensuring priority entry and parking for hotel guests based on their booking information; and simultaneously remind everyone to make dining reservations in advance to reduce various on-site hassles. This time, I booked a space-view room. Since I booked early, the price was reasonable. I heard that closer to the launch date, room rates soared to 3500 RMB per night, which at that price point, offers poor value for money. A crucial tip for future rocket watchers: after liftoff, the rocket flies southeast and quickly passes over the rooftop. From the room balcony, you can only see a small part of the ascent before it's quickly obscured by buildings. To watch the rocket's full flight, I highly recommend heading to the hotel beach. As a side note, there's a bit of a walk from the hotel to the beach, and the coastline has many rocks. The beach environment isn't as good as in Wanning. In summary: During off-peak periods without launches, this would likely be a great resort hotel. However, during a major event like a rocket launch with a massive influx of guests, the hotel's crowd control and proactive information dissemination have significant room for improvement. For tourists specifically coming to see the rocket, it's essential to plan your travel time, dining arrangements, and room type well in advance."

"The location is excellent; downstairs is a walking park with a view of Century Bridge 🌉. It's also quite close to Yundong Academy. The swimming pool offers great views while you swim. We received a complimentary baby food item, which the restaurant swapped for a delicious steamed egg with minced meat and mushrooms, and my little brother ate a lot of it. The room was spacious, but the facilities felt a bit dated, possibly due to an older renovation. Lobby manager Xiao Yu was very kind and even gave us a souvenir when we left."

"I was planning a two-day weekend getaway in Haikou and wanted to pick a five-star hotel with an executive lounge. After much deliberation, I chose The Langham. However, upon arrival, I found out the lounge was under renovation and service was moved to the lobby bar. Nobody informed me of this when I made the reservation. Trip.com's solution was for me to cancel my executive seaview room and rebook a basic city view room with breakfast, while still keeping my original seaview room. I accepted this. What I liked: The high floor offers unbeatable sea views, the cleanliness was excellent, soundproofing was great, the bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was also good. Areas for improvement: No butler proactively contacted me. The room's furniture layout was a bit odd; the cabinet placed alone in the middle of the room felt out of place. The coffee provided was drip coffee, so I couldn't figure out the purpose of the French press. The overall hotel style is suitable for women and leans towards business travelers."

"Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It’s worth noting that the hotel caters primarily to Russian tourists, so much of the signage, tours and information are aimed at Russian guests. As an English speaker, this sometimes made things a little more difficult, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. When I arrived, I had a couple of issues with my room. The hot tub took over an hour to fill, and the water wouldn’t stay warm while it was running, so I wasn’t really able to enjoy it. The charging ports in the room also weren’t working, although the hotel kindly provided me with an adapter, which solved that problem. Unfortunately, the hot tub issue was never resolved. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food each morning. The swimming pool was also lovely—warm, clean and a great place to relax. My biggest concern was the fish spa. I initially thought seeing a dead fish was just a one-off, but I noticed dead fish in the spa every day during my stay. That made me question how well the spa was being maintained, and I hope the hotel looks into this. The staff were always kind, polite and helpful, and despite the few issues, I had a lovely stay overall. With a little more attention to maintenance, particularly in the fish spa and the hot tub, this hotel would be even better."

"STAFF APPRECIATION: Momo is my MVP! I am not certain what her work hours were, but she replied promptly to any question I had no matter when I messaged her. She also kindly upgraded me from a garden room to a sea view with gorgeous scenery. I wanted to extend another night. Not only Momo, but all the staff here are professional and kind and I was greeted with a smile wherever I went.😊 The 阿姨们 especially were very lovely. HOTEL REVIEW: Incredible. While there, I had the feeling not many tourists know it exists. Part of me was grateful because it leant to the extremely peaceful atmosphere, but part of me wants to share the news of this place with everyone I meet with plans to travel to Sanya. The room was immaculate. The meals were delicious with generous portions. The pink sand was new and fun. The beach was super close, a good size, and private, so no one was fighting for space to relax or play. FLO Spa was a welcome respite. I encourage a visit if time and your budget allow. They also offer shuttle service to nearby Tianya with reservation. If going on your own, a Didi is only about 10 or 11 yuan. It's definitely worth a visit. I traveled alone, but there were spaces and activities for pets, kids, and couples as well. I could go on and on, but I'll let my pictures talk for me. TLDR; Good location. Wonderful staff. Something for everyone. Family friendly (fun for both the human babies and fur babies). Right on the beach. Close to Tianya Haijiao. Very foreigner friendly. 10/10 recommend. 🏖"

You can enjoy the open-air pool and sunbathe during the day, and then soak in the private hot spring at night if it gets chilly. The walls have a natural stone texture, giving the decor a real holiday vibe. The room even comes with a ceiling-mounted projector, so you can lie in bed and watch movies at night, which really enhances the atmosphere. Little details like the smart toilet and mini-fridge are all provided, and the mattress is super soft, ensuring you sleep soundly until morning. The entire place offers excellent privacy; you can barely hear any noise from outside. It's perfectly suited for couples looking to relax and unwind on a getaway 🏖️"

"After staying at Four Points by Sheraton Sanya, Yalong Bay Mangrove Tree Resort, Hilton Wenchang, and InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay, this hotel was by far the best maintained. The room had no strange smells and wasn't damp. The breakfast was the most abundant and delicious, and the views were quite good too. It's an excellent choice for a transit stay."

"Sofitel was our top choice when we visited Hainan last year, and we made the same excellent decision this year. Overall, we're very satisfied with our experience, especially the attentive service from the executive lounge and front desk staff. They prepared our room according to our needs in advance.
