"The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. They provided 3 complimentary breakfasts, which were also very rich. For dinner, we ordered à la carte noodles and fried rice; I highly recommend the noodles, a large bowl and delicious. There was also a performance in the evening, which created a great atmosphere. For families with children visiting Huangshan, I recommend a two-day trip staying on the mountain. It's less crowded and less tiring. On the first day, we entered via the Yungu cable car around 10 AM, explored the back mountain, and rested at the Xihai Hotel at noon. In the afternoon, we hiked the first loop of the West Sea Grand Canyon, then returned for dinner, and later went to Danxia Peak to watch the sunset. On the second day, we watched the sunrise, had a good breakfast, and then went to Bright Summit and Greeting Pine before descending via the Yuping cable car. There weren't many people along the way, and the intensity was moderate."

"Alright, the room was pretty good. I didn't realize Xuancheng was the home of Xuan paper, and it actually has quite a few attractions. I just didn't plan ahead, so I just went with the flow, which was still okay."

"The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder."

"Hotel staff: The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable, always ready to answer any questions guests had. I was very satisfied. Facilities: The hotel facilities are new and modern. The room even has a two-seater sofa, convenient for guests or visitors to sit on. There's also a countertop in the room with a microwave, capsule coffee machine, and a small sink, which is very handy for guests. The lobby has a self-service beverage bar where you can get coffee and tea, which I really liked. The breakfast selection was quite rich, and the restaurant was very tidy with refreshing decor, making for an excellent dining environment. Hygiene: The room and bathroom were very neat and clean, and the smart toilet was a nice touch. Environment: The hotel corridors are carpeted, making them very quiet. The room was also very quiet. Transportation: The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station. A ride-share to Hefei South Station cost less than 6 yuan. It's very convenient to call a ride-share from the hotel; they arrive within minutes, and it only costs about ten-odd yuan to get to most major attractions in Hefei. This hotel is an excellent choice for business trips, family vacations, or trips with friends to Hefei. It's also a great option for leisure or extended stays."

The room itself was immaculately clean, wonderfully quiet, and featured a bed that provided the most restorative sleep I’ve had in weeks. The service manager provided clear, prompt, and helpful information throughout my stay, and any minor feedback I shared was acknowledged and acted upon almost immediately. "I highly recommend this hotel as a 'stopover' if you're driving to Huangshan. It's located right opposite the South Gate Transfer Center, just a skywalk away. The next morning, we parked our car in the hotel's free parking lot and headed to the scenic bus queue with light luggage, completely avoiding the hassle and expense of finding parking at the scenic area. It was incredibly stress-free. As a newly opened hotel, the hygiene was excellent. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively advised us on hiking routes and transfer details. Although it's on a busy street, the windows provided good sound insulation, and since we needed to rest up before climbing Huangshan, we slept soundly with the blackout curtains drawn. Breakfast started at 6 AM, allowing us to eat and head out directly, perfectly timing our day."

"The room is very nice, the location is central and the environment is beautiful, the lobby is grand, the concierge takes the initiative to pull the luggage and lead to the front desk, the staff at each service desk are relatively warm and hospitable, the room layout is good and complete, the bedding is comfortable, there is a bathtub, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the room is soundproof, the wireless network has full coverage and good signal, and there is no lag when playing games. I praise Sara for checking out. She is very professional and quick. She took the initiative to provide an invoice and asked about the check-in experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with the check-in submission. It is the first choice for business trips in Bozhou and I recommend it!"

"This time I took my family and baby to Xipo·Huating Lake. It was really a super perfect holiday experience! The environment of the homestay is simply beautiful, the window is the charming lake and mountain, the air is fresh, people instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. What touched me most was the service of the housekeeper Xiaopan. He took the initiative to contact us from before check-in. Not only did he help with luggage, but also took care of the special needs of the baby very carefully. The whole process was warm and caring, which made us feel warm. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the breakfast is very rich and delicious. Thank you very much for Xiao Pan's care, so that our whole family had a relaxing holiday. "One of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at in China. Normally, I'd book a hotel with a smart toilet, but after researching all the reviews and the facilities at Fungee, I chose it and wasn't disappointed. The location is right next to the pedestrian street, which is very convenient. The hotel includes breakfast and many other services perfect for families, especially the laundry and drying service. Requests for additional amenities are all made via phone and delivered very quickly. There's also a free claw machine, which my child absolutely loved and even managed to win something from! However, the hotel should check its equipment; the air conditioner remote in room 403 was a bit hard to press, and the curtain in room 303 was stuck. Despite these minor issues, I still give it a 10/10 and will definitely return if I have another chance to visit Hefei."

"I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!"
