Beach Hotels in Rayong Province, Thailand

We rented a room for 1 night at the hotel. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. After check-out, you can use the beach and toilet, take a shower outside. Very good impressions. Beautiful, well-kept territory, clean rooms. The room has good lighting, hard mattresses, good pressure in the shower. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, cotton swabs, cap, 2 towels per person: small and large. Delicious breakfasts are included, they give you a paper bracelet. According to the menu in the restaurant, the prices for Thai cuisine are adequate: tom yum 150 baht, rice 25 baht, vegetable salad with cashews 120 baht. In the evening, tables are laid on the beach. Sun loungers are included in the price, beach towels can be taken at the reception by saying the room number. Not all beaches in Samet include sunbeds in the price In the evening there is a fire show at 21:00, from 21:30 to 24:00 there is a disco.

Accommodation next to Sai Kaew Beach, Koh Samet, very good location. The room is decorated cutely, minimal, mini-hearted. The front of the accommodation is next to the beach, very beautiful for taking pictures. There are many cute corners to take pictures. The white sand beach is clean, the water is clear, very pleasing.

Nice hotel with private beach 2 swimming pool, 2 restaurants 1 by the seaside. Big rooms Very clean and with good service

Midweek break with 2 friends on Koh Samet: resort location is ideal, 5 mins by foot from island's main town, on the beach, for ppl in need of a little more liveliness. Deluxe Cottage was a bit dated, good amenities but furnishings are limited, electric sockets were not stable (type C falls out), no aircon in the bathroom. Walking distance to main beach(club) is rather far (5-10 mins). Generally the whole 'Deluxe' section of resort seems to be given less attention, which the restaurant closed and the pool sparsely tended, but is also much more quiet and peaceful in mornings and evenings. The main section, on Sai Kaew beach, is better furnished and closer to the reception and restaurants. The resort is generally pleasant, well maintained with a large staff that is well trained, very friendly and helpful. Pickup service by boat and jeep taxi went well, however, staff loading luggage on the ferry are not very careful (left my suitcase with high value items stacked high on the deck with risk of falling into the water!!). Beachclub is the best on this beach and very comfortable, great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and attentive, but when busy, tend to randomly forget orders (or take very long +30 mins to bring a single cola). Minor inconveniences in paradise... Overall, amazing resort, decent rooms, great service and 10/10 would return again.

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

The hotel has an Elephant Cafe near the pier, which can arrange speedboats and parking for 500 baht per person. After arriving at the pier, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach. There will be music and fireworks shows at night, and the hotel's breakfast is also great. Although the hotel has upper and lower age groups, the facilities are all OK.

Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

Excellent hotel!! What I liked: a secluded hotel on a cape, quiet, homely, comfortable. The territory is well-kept, there are places to relax, sit and admire the sea in the evening. There was a separate standard house: a good mattress, it was comfortable to sleep, but there is a significant BUT: there are no bedside tables or shelves in the room near the bed, nowhere to put glasses, a book, a phone. All things were thrown on the floor. This is terribly inconvenient. I would like to contact the organizers of the hotel: Correct this oversight!

It seemed to us that a couple more days were not enough ☺️ 2 large beds, shower, refrigerator, coffee, water, all cleaning products - everything is available and replenished daily. The hotel is very beautiful, cozy, clean. We stayed there and looked at the hotels we passed by, but we liked ours the most. The beach is 2 minutes away. The sea is clean. We tried different cafes - everything is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. Fire show every evening🔥. Thank you. We will definitely come back✊

Beach towels can be taken at the reception. Check-in is exactly at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. Sun loungers near the hotel are paid 100 baht. There is a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee, but there is no outlet on the tabletop. Had to use the kettle on the floor.

This stay was a very pleasant experience! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the room is warm and elegant, the bedding is soft, and the sleep is very solid. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good, especially the freshly brewed coffee, which has a strong aroma. The hotel is in a superior location, with convenient transportation around, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient for travel. The only small suggestion is that the sound insulation in the room can be strengthened, but overall, this stay experience is very satisfactory, and I will choose here next time!

Beautifully set out hotel only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. The swimming pool is quite small but big enough for a quick dip. Most people stay around the beach anyway. The hotel doesn't have its own beach area but you can rent sunloungers near by or go to one of many bars along the beach.

The hotel is clean, across the road to Laem Mae Phim Beach, 7-Eleven is next to the hotel, the staff are polite, the breakfast is delicious 👍🏻

We had a family holiday with a 12 year old child. The hotel was very decent, located on the first line, the view from the room was on the sea, every evening from the balcony we watched gorgeous sunsets, as well as Samet Island. The pool is very well located, literally next to the beach. The food was very decent by Thai standards. The rooms were updated, cleaning was daily. But the place itself is very quiet, there is nowhere to go except for cafes on the beach. I recommend the hotel.

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

We spent 4 nights in this cozy hotel (two adults and two children) and we liked it. The hotel is a bit old, but this only adds to the atmosphere. The place is designed more for business groups, as evidenced by the large conference rooms in the main building. But during our stay, the hotel was almost deserted until some Chinese rowing team arrived - when we came for breakfast, we saw 2-3 more people - and that was it. And such solitude was a pleasant and unusual surprise. A spacious two-level room with a balcony overlooking the pool was both cozy and comfortable. Two air conditioners on each level, a work area, a good shower, excellent mattresses, daily cleaning with replenishment of water and tea accessories. Breakfast is typical for Thailand, without any special delights, but you will not go hungry. Fried eggs or omelettes are prepared upon request. The hotel has a wonderful large swimming pool for any level of swimmers - the depth on one side is 3 meters, there is a paddling pool for kids. There is a bar near the pool where you can order drinks, food from the restaurant and even make instant noodles. All this for a more than adequate price. If you are tired of Thai food, then to the right of the reception in the main building there is a cool restaurant Fresco - at affordable prices they beautifully serve both local and European dishes. Separately, it is worth talking about the place Mae Pim itself - you will find a gentle sea without waves, a large number of restaurants with local cuisine for any budget, a fish market, where for a small fee they will cook you grilled seafood. 7-Eleven is a 3-minute walk away. The almost complete absence of other tourists - a complete feeling of peace and quiet. Of the minuses of the hotel - perhaps only poorly working, and constantly falling off wi-fi. There is also no safe in the room. Also, the staff does not speak English very well, but this is compensated by their friendliness and willingness to help. Recommended.
