It is a hotel with a very beautiful view. The location is near the three palm trees. Although the hotel is old, but for this price and the beauty of the hotel, it is number 1 in my heart. No matter how many times I come to Pranburi, I always go to Batavia.

Perfect location, walk about 100meters from airport express and subway, room are very clean and morden, front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, we had good time stay in this hotel and definitely will come back next time in Beijing 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent Service! A big thank you to Champ, duty manager on reception, who from the moment we arrived made our family trip special! We were due to only stay a few days but decided to stay longer as the service was excellent and the facilities great. Huge pool, waterslide, kids club and bars/ food all terrific.

All staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean at all times. I enjoyed my breakfast. I will stay there next time again. Near Hua Hin Beach and only 13km from Sai Noi Beach, which is a beautiful Beach to visit. Near night market, shops and Restaurants.

Charming place! It’s the perfect place to getaway especially if you live in Bangkok. The room is the cutest as ever, I didn’t want to leave. I love how it’s close to the beach and right across the street from the mall. If you’re tired of big hotel chains but want something that feels special, luxurious and artsy then this is your place. Lastly, the people who worked there were lovely. They helped me figure my van back to Bangkok.

The sea view cottage is worth staying in. It is on the fourth floor, with 2 floors on each floor, with a balcony. There is no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to choose the lower floor. The upper floor has a wide view, the sound insulation is not too good, the air conditioner is super cold and the sound is loud, the WiFi network is not slow, and the signal is good. The area is quite suitable for a family hotel. There is a big bed, 2 small beds, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 large balconies (the bathroom downstairs is a bit small, so fat people should not enter.) Plus the 1.5m sofa bed in the 1F living room, it can accommodate 6 people without any problem. It’s just that the small room upstairs facing the road seems to have no big windows and is afraid of the dark. Children have shadows in their hearts and avoid the crowd. No toiletries are provided, and towels are also a bit old. It is recommended to bring your own. In addition to not being able to cook, the dinner plates, knives, forks and cups are complete, and they also thoughtfully give dishcloths, bottle openers, and fruit knives. I was stunned. The pool water is a little green, but still clear, so it doesn't matter if you are not good at swimming. Hua Hin has strong winds and waves in January. The tide is high during the day, so you can't walk along the ChomView coast to play in the sea and sand. The tide will go out after 6 pm. You can walk to Hua Hin Beach in the north and to Khao Takiap in the south at night. If you like to go to the sea, you can check the tide table online. Overall, the hotel has everything you need, and it is a big deal for a small price. It is suitable for people who are not picky. It is very close to the Cicada Night Market (Thursday-Sunday). There is also a cost-effective seafood food stall Pa-Ruay Pu Pen diagonally opposite the night market. It is recommended by a certain audio.

Many massage and restaurants one minute walk. Beach right in front. Can walk along beach depending on season. Three swimming pools. Lots of beach chairs with staff helping. Rooms clean. Very quiet at night. Beautiful large garden. But windy in winter season. Staff remembers what we ordered and what we like to drink. Highly recommend for the location and service and the location in front of beach.

Excellent sea front hotel with outstanding restaurant serving traditional Thai and European food. Rooms are spotless clean as is the sea front swimming pool we will be staying again.

The lobby looks like a spa center and it is really girly pink, and it is always dark when looking from outside. The check in was fast, and staff were quite polite. However, watch out of the noise! As all the rooms are around the pool, if you stay in a poolside room you can easily hear people laughing and talking really loud outside of your door. I was waken up by the laughter at 6:30 a.m. before the pool operates! I complained to the staff but nothing much she can do. Despite the noise, the location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is located in the city center. Don’t expect to have a four star quality, as they do not even have a gym room and the breakfast was only okays. Fairly speaking, stay in this hotel if you love pink. But if you are looking for villa or resort vibes which is more relaxing then maybe find another option

The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and there is free chocolate time afternoon tea. The lakeside room we booked is very large. The layout of the stilt house and the large terrace are very similar to the Four Seasons Hotel Chiang Mai. The cost performance is very high. The only drawback is that the terrace is not clean enough, there are many fallen leaves, and the cleaning of the seaside swimming pool needs to be improved

Lovely staff But before getting into the room, waiting for a very long time, even though it was said that check-in was from 7 a.m., when we got to the room it was still not ready.

The receptionist provides good service. The room is a little old but the room is very spacious. The atmosphere in the accommodation is pleasant and shady.

1. You need to train your restaurant staff immediately to no lie on non-sense issue. 2. Breakfast Hygiene 3. Cleanliness of in-room pillow especially the big grey one. 4. In-room amenities. If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly. 5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your resort. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by your staff members exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable. I would like to specifically recognize Khun Khae, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Convenient accommodation, clean, comfortable, soft bed, spacious bathroom, strong water. The hotel is next to the sea, has a quiet swimming pool, convenient parking in front of the accommodation. The breakfast is very delicious. Thank you Mr. Shirley and the hotel team as well. Very impressed. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night.

The accommodation is exactly as described. Let me tell you that when you come, you won't be disappointed. The service is excellent and the employees are friendly. Good place to stay, clean, delicious food, has parking. It is comfortable. Beautiful view, quiet and private atmosphere. Lovely quiet spot with swimming pools for each group of bungalows so they never are crowded. There are so many natural plants and trees that it feels like you are staying in a garden. There are wonderful rustic outdoor beach restaurants all along the coastline.

I think the pictures of the hotel were taken 20 years ago, it is nothing like it, very disappointed, the place and its surroundings are falling apart. Very tired hotel, across the road looks like a bomb a has gone off, everything is broken and falling apart. Do not stay in this area, go to Ban Krut instead, it's beautiful.

This is everything I like, stylish bungalows are located in a well-kept green park, which is constantly cleaned, watered, workers cut and clean things. A large territory, but not all inhabited. We arrived in the evening, didn’t immediately see all the beauty, but in the morning we were delighted by the water lilies that bloomed in a small pond in which fish live, by the way, they were happy to have bread, if you’re there, don’t forget to feed them))). There is a pool at the end of the territory, we went once, there is no point in splashing around in the pool when there is a beautiful beach and a wonderful sea right across the road. There is no one on the beach, no one at all all day, no more than 3-5 people in the morning and evening. Breakfast is not included, you need to pay an additional 200 baht, standard, everything is fresh, instant coffee. We had dinner at a nearby cafe, inexpensive and not very tasty. Maybe there are better eating places, but we were there for 2 days and didn’t bother looking. The biggest plus of the hotel is the sea, the beach and the wonderful green area

The accommodation is in a good location with a private beach. The view is beautiful and shady. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot. The hotel has a delicious restaurant / delicious ABF breakfast menu. There are quite a few amenities. The air conditioning is cool. The water pressure is not very strong, but it is 0k.

Stopped for 2 nights, nice staff, privacy, woke up and slept under the sounds of birds , breakfasts are ordinary, modest but can be ordered natural coffee for 50 Batt , beach and sea is super, there were waves , but we swam , the hotel is not new , But we all liked it very much, thank you very much, for our wonderful rest

The room was very clean and very close to the beach. There was a small swimming pool that was perfect for children to play in. There are relatively few tourists here and there is no place to eat because I spent a day island hopping. If you like liveliness this is not the place for you. To eat, you have to drive 5-10 kilometers to find restaurants and supermarkets.
