The hotel reception has a tall, medium-built, slightly dark-skinned female staff member who speaks excellent Chinese and is very charming. Her service is exceptional; she understood all my requests and helped me resolve them. For this price, in my home country, I'd barely get a budget hotel, and not even a well-located one at that. But here, I got a large room with excellent service. I highly, highly recommend it! Everything was perfect except that the AC wasn't turned on before I checked in. Also, right across from the hotel entrance, after exiting the parking lot, is Central, so there's no need to walk around.

Very beautiful place to take good photo. Upon arrival, greet by a cheerful staff “BOY”, help us luggage’s and take photos of us, and he keep on making my mom laugh. He really enjoy his job!
However , deal to peak season, need to wait until 2:30 for room ( check in time is 3pm).
This is my mom 85 years old birthday trip, hotel arranged a birthday cake for us, and when we check out, a small handicraft souvenir received.
Overall, very good place to stay . Only the shower is sometimes hot n cold, toilet ventilation is noisy and swimming pool is always full of guests.

This room offers great value for money, and the best part is you can smoke on the balcony! A real treat for smokers! It's one of the few hotels near Patong Beach with a rooftop pool and a nice view. There's a lady at the front desk named Pan Peiling who speaks Chinese and provides excellent service. On my second day, I was worried about getting a taxi to the airport, so she helped me book one the night before. I'd heard it's hard to get a taxi here, so having a local connection really made a difference.

A modest hotel with an interior leaning towards a loft style. The rooms are clean. There's a shady pool with a waterfall on the premises, perfect for escaping the daytime heat. The waterfall is rarely turned on.
Attention! The rooms might not match the photos on trp.com! I booked a standard room without a balcony, but was given a room on the first floor with a balcony. However, the balcony was like Korolenko's in ”Children of the Underground” – half below street level and completely covered by a banner. In essence, you get neither a balcony nor a proper window, plus the lighting is dim, so the room is perpetually dark. They initially refused to change the room immediately, offering to switch it the next day for an extra charge. I declined, promising to mention the room discrepancy in my review. In the end, they upgraded me to a better room with a balcony on the 6th floor for free.

The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door).
The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day.
The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay.
The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m.
Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was friendly and very helpful for every request. The beds were comfortable and the food (we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel) was very decent. The pool area was dreamy with a great view.
Sadly some things made the stay a bit less comfortable: the bathrooms had a sewer smell that wouldn’t go away. The air conditioning temperature in the room was extremely low and didn’t change when we tried to bring it up, as if it was stuck, so at night we were freezing.

This hotel boasts a prime location—it's a mere two-minute stroll to the famous Patong Beach.
* The Room: The accommodations are impressively spacious and sparkling clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a sense of total relaxation.
* Amenities: Everything you need is provided, including a kettle for hot water. It’s an ideal setup for couples looking for a romantic getaway; it definitely lived up to my expectations.
* The Vibe: Despite being located right across from a food center and surrounded by vibrant cafes and bars, noise wasn't an issue. I was initially worried about the nightlife, but I actually had a very peaceful sleep.
The housekeeper male staff is also friendly and quite helpful.
Why It Stands Out:
Compared to other hotels in the area, this place offers exceptional value for money. It feels like a reliable ”home base” for travelers, nestled in a beautiful part of town.
The location is amazing, walkable access to the beach. No basic amenities provided like dental kit, sleepers etc. Amazed to see Missing or stolen Items rate sheets, never seen anywhere in the world. Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and will 100% be back. It’s a bit far from the airport but once you get past that you’re in a great location. It’s got a mix of hotel resort and hostel vibe so you can do your own thing or you can do activities each day and make lots of friends. It was really perfect for a solo traveler. If you’re looking for a true hostel keep in mind there are (some) families with children here which some guests didn’t expect.

We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system.
One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening.
Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it.
The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day.
Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.
GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty.
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.
KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is a bit too remote. At night, the road outside the hotel is completely dark, so you're pretty much limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. However, you need reservations for dinner, and during Chinese New Year, it was impossible to get one. We ended up ordering takeout (though options were limited, and you had to pick it up yourself from the front desk). While there's a beach, the waves were too strong to really swim. The service, however, was excellent. We only booked this hotel because we were going to Similan the next day. P.S. Similan isn't worth it unless you're deep diving; snorkeling and a day trip are definitely not worth it.
Hhellenxiao831Reading other reviews made me a bit nervous at first, but after checking in, I found it to be absolutely wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and the Thai-style gardens and pool were fantastic. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach – just a short walk from our room, which was incredibly convenient. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave!
The only downside is that there's nothing much outside the hotel; it's a bit isolated. So, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay with family fun, this place is perfect. There are a few restaurants by the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's really great! I'd definitely come back if I get the chance.
GGuest UserTo be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I specifically booked a deluxe sea-view room, and they initially gave me a room on the third floor. As soon as I opened the door, I knew something was off. Picture 1 shows what they called a 'sea-view room,' but there was a huge tree right in the middle, blocking the view. I thought, 'Why am I paying a premium price to look at a tree for four nights?' This is clearly a garden-view room. I immediately called the front desk. At first, they didn't want to change my room that day and told me to wait until the next. I explained I was staying for four nights, and after some hesitation, the front desk said they'd move me to the fifth floor. However, Picture 2 shows the room I eventually stayed in. It wasn't directly facing the sea like in the promotional photos; it was quite slanted, and I had to really strain to catch a glimpse of the ocean. It was quite disappointing. The service and everything else were actually good, but paying that price specifically for a sea-view room to get this was just not worth it.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. From arrival, Front Desk Agent Polly and Guest Assistant Minnie were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the buggy driver kindly explained the room facilities and minibar details to us.
Our tropical garden view room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you to our room housekeeping for the thoughtful birthday decoration, it truly made my day extra special.
Breakfast offered a wide vegetarian-friendly selection with salad bar, cheese, bakery items, and more. I would love to see a bit more variety in the Asian local dishes, as the menu was quite similar each day. Tropical fruits are my favourite in the resort.
The resort feels like a one-stop getaway with a beautiful beach and clear water. Have to rent snorkelling gear and I recommend renting wet shoes due to stones and dead coral in the beach area. I had a small injury from the coral, but the beach staff took great care of me.
We also enjoyed the small petting zoo, the staffs were very friendly. Overall, the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s perfect for anyone looking for relaxation and quiet time, and we would definitely love to return.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn in the public areas – perfect for photos. The two pools and the beach with sun loungers also offer gorgeous scenery, and you can watch the sunset from the beach. However, the hotel's service team is poorly trained. We first encountered yellow water coming from the tap in our room. We reported it to the front desk the next day, and it was fixed that evening, but on the third day, the problem reappeared even worse. Housekeeping often started very late in the afternoon, which is quite unusual. One day, we had to call the front desk twice to get our room cleaned. Another day, we asked them to come later because we had just returned from swimming and needed to shower, but our room wasn't cleaned at all that day. We also experienced a power outage on our entire floor one day; luckily, it was resolved by the time we returned from dinner. When we checked out, they surprisingly claimed they couldn't find an umbrella. We were there for four days without a single drop of rain, so why would we take their umbrella? The Friday buffet was terrible; the mantis shrimp meat was mushy. The only edible items were the boiled shrimp and mussels, and the dipping sauce was good. Overall, the value for money is extremely low.
PpeterThe facilities are unbelievably outdated, haha. I initially didn't believe the reviews about the worn-out decor, and now I'm just speechless. This room would go for 200-300 RMB domestically, but I paid 1400 RMB for one night. The hot water didn't work and needed repairs, the phone was out of order, and even the card reader for the door was rusted, so only I could get the door open. My elderly family members couldn't even manage it, it was ridiculous. When I told the front desk about the hot water, they said they'd sent someone, offering a very insincere 'sorry.' And the air conditioning noise at night was just… wow. The hotel's only selling point is the pool, but the water probably hadn't been changed in a while because my child had an allergic reaction. Maybe our kid is just delicate; other foreign children seemed to play in the water fine. The front desk staff were all very nice, always smiling, but completely helpless. Breakfast was okay, not great, not terrible, but definitely not worth the price. For fruit, they only had watermelon, cantaloupe, and dragon fruit – no other tropical fruits, not even a banana or pineapple. You had to make your own noodles, which… I understand prices are higher during peak season, but this experience was really bad. I originally booked based on the IHG brand reputation, but now I feel it's a huge letdown. My advice to everyone is to check the real-life guest photos, haha.
