Beach Hotels in Krabi Province, Thailand

Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very nice overall, and the breakfast area is especially beautiful, set right in front of the sea, which makes for a really relaxing start to the day. One of the biggest advantages is the location and layout. The hotel stretches across the width of the island, with access on both sides, so you can easily reach the port on one side and Railay Beach on the other. This makes getting around very convenient. The rooms were in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a well-located hotel.

Very nice and very helpful staff. They really care about your pleasant stay at this hotel. The room itself is also clean and spacious. We got a basket full of different sweets as a welcome gift which was very nice. Thanks for hospitality. Will come again 🙏

We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables.

The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!

Though km traveling solo, I never felt lonely. The staff in this hotel are so friendly and given their best hospitality for us to enjoy our stay. They offer many facilities outside and you dont even need to book yr island hopping via klook or anything walking distance to night market and shops for food. There are no complaints about here. Suggest u to take the river view facing rooms. Thanks to Pang for the kind hospitality

The hotel location is good, close to the city center. The room is clean and the size is big, it also has a balcony with a mountain view. The breakfast menu is very limited, mostly rice dishes. It'd be nice for their breakfast set to feature more breakfast items. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent value for money, beautiful view, friendly hosts, restaurant within 5 minutes walk with bean bags. Very loud music at night though but this is a Phi Phi island so if you are not a party animal bringing ear plugs will benefit you.

What an incredible place! We’re staying at the Twin Lotus Resort & Spa (adults-only during this season) on Koh Lanta, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic: it’s right on Klong Dao Beach, a super long stretch of beautiful white sand. Even at low tide, it’s all soft sand—no rocks or coral to worry about. In the mornings, it’s pure bliss to walk for miles along the shoreline with the calm sea and peaceful atmosphere. Absolutely lovely. The resort itself is spectacular. Surrounded by tall palm trees and lush tropical gardens, it feels like a real oasis of calm. No kids around (strictly adults only), so you can truly breathe in the peace and tranquility—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The infinity pool is stunning, positioned right in front of the beach with comfy sun loungers and high-quality towels. You can spend the whole day switching between the pool, the sea, and a shady spot under the palms… heaven! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—always smiling, super helpful, and the service is top-notch. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety and everything tastes delicious. In general, the food at the resort restaurants is really good, both in quality and presentation. Honestly, it’s rated as 4 stars, but in terms of experience, it outshines many 5-star places we’ve stayed at before. I have no idea why it doesn’t have 5 stars officially—it’s spotless, beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is just perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing spot on Koh Lanta, don’t hesitate—come to Twin Lotus Resort & Spa. You won’t regret it for a second. Highly, highly recommended! 🌴🏖️✨ 5/5 stars, no question.

Positive things about stay are LOCATION(heart of Krabi Town), close to few night markets and tasty food. Staff is helpful. Bed comfortable. AC does the job(too loud fo sleeping time though). They provide 2 bottles of water per day, 7-eleven next to hotel. Negative: - WiFi you need to login multiple times per day and quality is poor - No real bedsheet- duvet without cover, under and above something like a flat sheet - Housekeeping from 7 a.m very loud - Lack of Smart TV - only cable channels Overall 3/5
