"Rai Leh Beach Hotel Family Trip Experience This hotel is right on Rai Leh Beach. After disembarking at the pier, it's about 60 meters to the left of the wooden boardwalk to reach the lobby, where check-in was very efficient. The hotel policy states check-in is after 2 PM, but if the room isn't ready, you can store your luggage in the lobby, allowing both adults and children to head to the pool or beach. We arrived around noon, and the waves were quite big at the time. There's a changing room next to the restroom, so after changing into our swimsuits, the kids played in the pool. Our room was ready shortly after, and we checked in smoothly. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel arranged two adjacent 'Sunrise' rooms for us. The connecting door in the middle could be opened, which was incredibly convenient, allowing the kids to move freely between the two rooms. Our rooms were on the first floor, with the balcony directly facing the pool. The hotel has three pools in total: the one next to the lobby has fewer people; the pool near Rai Leh Beach is right by the sand, next to the restaurant, making it very accessible; and another one is in the central part of the hotel, which our room was right next to. We could step straight out onto the pool area from our balcony. The ecological environment here is fantastic. From the balcony, we often saw monkeys rummaging through trash cans for food. We always observed them from a distance, careful not to get too close to avoid them snatching food. Occasionally, lizards would crawl out of the bushes, which we could also observe from afar. We even saw small squirrels, making the natural ambiance truly immersive. It's about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Phra Nang Beach, one of Rai Leh's most beautiful beaches. Visiting in the afternoon was particularly pleasant. The sand on the beach is fine and gentle, and there aren't many tourists, so children can play in the sand safely. You can even catch small crabs in the seawater. We saw a father and son from China catching quite a few crabs there at the time. We spent a delightful time playing in the water and digging in the sand with our child. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, and dinner can be enjoyed right by the sea, dining with the sea breeze – an excellent experience."

From the very first moments, you feel the high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and carefree. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional. "I stayed at this wonderful hotel in May. It's a perfect place. Every detail has been thought of, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. 1) The hotel grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of greenery. The bamboo arch and several bridges are particularly eye-catching. Every corner of the hotel invites you to take a photo, and it will be beautiful. The lobby is spacious, with a beautiful view. Monitor lizards roam freely throughout the hotel. 2) The rooms. I stayed in the most basic room. Again, everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is spacious and perfectly clean. The bed is super comfortable, with plenty of pillows to choose from and crisp white linens. The TV has a wide selection of channels. The room has plenty of shelves for storing things, which sets it apart from other hotels. A large bag with large towels for the pool is provided in the room. The terrace is spacious. I felt as comfortable as at home. 3) Pools and beach. The central pool, although small, is clean and chlorine-free. The water is always clean. There's a second pool where there weren't any swimmers. I liked it because it's suitable for professional swimmers. Klong Dao Beach is clean and well-maintained, located near the hotel. In the evenings, there are great sunset views. During the day, there were very inexpensive happy hours on drinks from the restaurant. 4) Spa. Special thanks to Su, who has golden hands. It was a wonderful relaxation experience. I want to come back again and again. In May, there was also a free happy hour. The spa at this hotel is worth the money! 5) Food. The breakfasts are varied and varied. It's impossible to go hungry. The breakfast spot has a gorgeous view from any angle. The coffee is delicious! In the evening, you can dine on delicious dishes at the Barracuda bar. I recommend the tuna salad and minestrone soup. Finger-licking good! 6) Staff! These are the people I want to express my deepest gratitude to and thank the hotel management for such great staff. Michelle, Nina, and others whose names I didn't recognize helped me every time I asked for help. Whether it was me not being able to turn on the TV, or there was a huge scorpion outside my room, or I urgently needed laundry, they always helped promptly. The staff is pleasant to talk to; everyone is smiling, tactful, and ”in their element.” At breakfast, in the bar, by the pool, in the lobby, at reception, in the spa, and even the drivers in the car—everyone is very pleasant! 7) General. The hotel is located on a clean beach, near the pier. After the taxi, a minicar will meet you and take you to reception, then to your room. You can rent a bike and ride around the island. There is a place for volleyball. I liked the hotel perfectly; I promised to come back again! It's a shame you can't stay with children during high season, but that's the hotel's policy. Everything is done to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for guests. 🤷🏻♀️There are three separate, comfortable areas for smokers. Smoking is prohibited on the terraces. The only minor drawback for me was the forks. They were so uncomfortable that I wanted to buy a plastic fork and eat with it. We will definitely come back here! I recommend it 100%!! 👌❣️"

"The location is great, just steps from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a massage parlor, a bar, and dining options. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many Caucasian and Indian guests during my stay. The massage parlor was excellent, with private rooms and comfortable techniques."

"The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the beach is incredible! The forest environment is very tranquil; I got lost every day, and there were even cute lemurs~ The room was also excellent, very spacious and tidy, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The hotel service was also great, with plenty of activities, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. The hotel's cave restaurant and Thai restaurant were surprisingly delicious, and combined with the scenic views, it offered fantastic value for money! The only issue is that the round-trip transportation costs extra and is quite expensive, but I still absolutely love this hotel and would definitely come back if I get the chance."

"Location: The hotel is right by Ao Nang Beach, but not directly on the main road. You'll need to walk about 200 meters from the longtail boat ticket office. Cleanliness: I personally found it good; the floors and corners were very clean. I saw two geckos in the room, but no mosquitoes. Service: I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, but everyone was very friendly. They emptied the trash and changed towels daily. Ambiance: Good greenery, right next to the beach with beautiful views. Facilities: Relatively old, but well-maintained and mostly sufficient. The shower water pressure was low and not very hot. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast: Average."

"Two lovely large Poole. Large spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. Safe and air con. Free water, tea and coffee. Beach towels available Gardens and grounds very well maintained. Dinning breakfast area and two bars. Pool bar serving lunch food too. Cocktail happy hour 3-5pm! Breakfast ok. Egg station, pancakes, toast, cereal and pastries. Lots off Asian and mixed pasta/noodle main meals on hot plates. No cooked full English available. Omelettes nice. Location is opposite Ao Nang beach. Centrally located near to strip of bars and restaurants and boat taxis to get to Railey (100bht each way) Nearest 7-eleven is 8 min walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and further into town loud beach bars. Hotel itself very quiet and staff very helpful"
