IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. "Wonderful location. The sauna was a true sauna that my wife and I used daily. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and perfect. If I were to go back to the azores, this would be one of the locations I would choose. My wife and son played tennis and the ocean views were amazing. We wanted to snorkel, but the weather was too rough during our stay, but it looks like a great place to swim with calm conditions. Definitely one of the best vacations we have ever had."

"We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. All staff on reception that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. There was a fridge but my one down point for amenities was that there was no kettle. A coffee maker but no kettle! No everyone drinks coffee but this seems to be a normal thing nowadays. I know you can boil the water but not use a coffee capsule, but the water still tastes of coffee. It was noisy at night but the hotel is right in the centre. Great location for the harbour. Would stay again if we ever visit The Azores again!"

"Hotel that signs age and consumption. Insonorization of the rooms weak, allowing to hear noise from the next rooms.
We reserve 2 rooms for the family, there is no care to place them at least in the same floor.
The car climbed all night, and after the complaint, the technicians tried to solve it, and the second night, it ended up breaking the whole mechanism, and was without water in the toilet.
The check out is that they proposed a change of room.
Good conditions for the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath."

"A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. "É um hotel excelente, super bem localizado, porém evitem o quarto numero 162. Na minha experiencia não gostei, o ar condicionado não funcionava bem, sem vista nenhuma da varanda e estava por cima da cozinha e por trás de um restaurante (fumos e cheiros) o que não me convinha nada deixar roupa na varanda a secar durante a noite.
De resto, foi mesmo tudo 5 Estrelas *****. O Pequeno Almoço foi muito bom porém acho que conseguem fazer melhor."

GGuest UserThe first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Na minha experiencia não gostei, o ar condicionado não funcionava bem, sem vista nenhuma da varanda e estava por cima da cozinha e por trás de um restaurante (fumos e cheiros) o que não me convinha nada deixar roupa na varanda a secar durante a noite.
De resto, foi mesmo tudo 5 Estrelas *****. O Pequeno Almoço foi muito bom porém acho que conseguem fazer melhor.

PPolosukhinThe hotel is quite old, but with an atmosphere. Pleasant staff. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, in front of the hotel there are wonderful sunset views. The rooms are spacious but the beds are a little sagging - one was tolerable and the other quite uncomfortable. Of the minuses-poor soundproofing and noisy maids in the morning. The breakfast is decent - nothing fancy, but the choice is large and the food is tasty. Directly under the hotel there is a police station and on Saturday evening they stopped all the cars in a row - they checked for alcohol or drugs.
