Very good experience, the counter service is very good, the restaurant is clean and tidy, it is very comfortable to sit, the environment is very quiet and you will not be woken up at night, it is very close to the beach, it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, and I will stay here next time Hotel 🏨

It’s been a super amazing experience from the time of check in until check out! The staff are so proactive and extremely nice..you don’t even have to ask them to help u out..they will offer help when they see u struggling- from little things like taking pics to serving coffee at breakfast buffet. I wish they are all well-compensated as they are very happy to do their job. The service they offer is comparable to Shangri-La’s. The beds are very good and pillows are generous! Downside is the coffee shop at the White Barn- the service is so slow- maybe they are understaffed- its for the management to sort out. The nurse is amazing too- very knowledgeable and accomodating. Kudos to the security team, they are very respectful to guests without compromising security. will definitely book with Fairways again.
La Bella Casa de Boracay

The hotel is like two minutes walk from the beach, you can even see the sea outside the hotel. It is near to some convenience stores (Watsons, 7-11) and some restaurants (Andoks, Coffee Bean). Be sure to ask first if you are in the right hotel when you get there, as we made a mistake by checking-in on the nearby hotel. It was quite big, room was kept clean. Though, it lack some items such as floor rag, and noises from other guest and doors closing can be heard on the room, the experience is still good. Food was plated. Staff were approachable and friendly during our stay.

Old and very dirty. Rooms smells like a mold. My room got lots of mold and dirty. Very dusty. Very terrible mold smell. But the breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of variety. Good location. I just dont like the room. Very dusty and lots of molds. Even the head rest got lot of molds. Before we enter the room we took videos to make sure this hotel will not charge me with damage or anything dirt that other hotel guests complain.

Only booked this hotel as it wasn't away fromy other hotel at 357 hotel as it was station 3 was thinking all hotes where quiet but as I was passing for food I couldn't believe what I was hearer the loudest music and this was only 11am so I went in to cancel the booking as we wanted a relaxing time not club land, but was talked into upgrading to a bigger room further away, I was shown the room and told by chrtitine that room wasn't rental out as it wS they told suite once in we sat to watc-nthe sunset then to be soaked from the top then realised it was the water from in infinity pool, so now we had a balcony that we couldn't use and 500£ for 3 night was shocking. The hotel staff didn't care or get the idea that I paid so much for this room because of the Seaview and we couldn't even sit on it as water came over like a waterfall.
Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay

We went to Boracay in July 2022 for 22 days and we spent our last 6 days in Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay which was the best decision as we wanted to stay at Station 3 during our remaining days. This beachfront hotel is accessible through an access road from the main road which makes it easier to jump into an e-tricycle to go around the island and the White Beach Path for beach access. The staff were all nice especially the food and beverage team who were always there to assist us during our breakfast meals on the restaurant. Our room was located on the first level which was great because we were near the front desk, restaurant, beach and the pool. The hotel was built in 2009 so the amenities may not be updated such as there's no bidet in the toilet and I also wish that they have a retractable clothesline in the shower to hang our wet clothes on. But the classic wood furniture and beautiful lamps in the room really never gets old. We only went around Station 3 in those 6 days and I would say that it's one of my favorites areas in Boracay as it's a perfect fusion of the old and the new, as well as the perfect mix of locals and tourists. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at Golden Phoenix Hotel Boracay.

Manoc Manoc Beach
After our stay in a Diamond Suite in 2016 which was outstanding and a true paradise for us we decided to come back this year for one whole month and of course we had the same high expectations. The start was a little bit so so : We had to request for everyday housekeeping (which is not standard) and removing the garbage (because of the many ants) had to have a broken TV replaced and had some broken window shades replaced so nobody was able to look into te bedroom. Also we were a littlest disappointed about the scene. The nice helipad and the beautiful fountains were not working anymore and 1 swimming pool with had a stunning view over the ocean was gone. WiFi was and still is a NoGo. You will receive a voucher for 1-2 or 3 days which only can be used on 1 router. It's so slow and sometimes with heavy rain not working all This should be really improved. With 2 people and 3 devices we needed almost 30 vouchers. We do understand is was OFF season but every time we went to the restaurant for dinner we heard : NOT HAVE , NOT HAVE ( During the whole months there was no fish and pork available ) That being sad : We still had a great en relaxing time and we enjoyed our room with a stunning view and our own private beach. The staff was helpful ( as long as you ask them ) and we had a very pleasant time with the drivers since we invited them for a boodle fight on our expenses in their own private place which was an experience not to forget. Will we back ? No, but this has nothing to do with the resort. Boracay is not the same anymore as it was before. There is nothing going on on the beaches anymore and nothing is allowed. No more filedansers, no more sandcastles, no more music , no more beach dining NOTHING. This island will be dead soon and no more tourists will be coming. Such a shame. The local authorities do exactly the opposite of what is needed for this island and especially for its people.
Red Coconut Beach Hotel Boracay

During my recent visit to Borocay, I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Red Coconut. Despite my initial anticipation of a rustic and authentic retreat, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. From the very beginning, signs of disappointment were evident, starting with the lack of response to my airport pickup request. Arriving at the hotel via three modes of transportation, I was shocked to learn that I had to navigate a 250-meter alleyway, struggling to carry my bags through the stagnant-smelling water left by recent rains. The hotel's entrance was puzzling, hidden within the restaurant where guests were actively dining. The staff, to their credit, displayed politeness and efficiency during check-in. However, upon reaching my room, I discovered the closed curtains and the absence of natural light, as the window had been boarded up from the outside. Furthermore, the room lacked internet access, necessitating a room change. The alternative ”Classic” room proved to be no better, with its curtains closed, revealing a view of incomplete buildings and rusty roofs that resembled a shanty town rather than the promised luxury resort depicted on the website. Politely, I expressed my dissatisfaction, emphasizing that I had paid nearly $1,000 for a seven-night stay, which fell within the top end of the mid-range bracket for Borocay hotels. Although other reputable 4-star establishments, such as Hennan and Aqua, were available within the same price range, I had chosen Red Coconut for its touted rustic charm. Regrettably, the hotel failed to deliver the expected quality despite the price. The hotel itself exuded a dated ambiance, with unsightly holes in the hallway walls and furniture that seemed on the verge of collapse. The bathrooms appeared dark and dingy, in stark contrast to the website's portrayal. The supposedly blackout curtains were white, allowing an unwelcome flood of light into the room at the crack of dawn, making it nearly impossible to get a restful sleep. Adding to my dismay, the toilet seat was covered in an unknown liquid upon check-in, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The pool area, depicted alluringly in the hotel's photographs, turned out to be quite deceiving. There was a notable absence of lounging spaces, preventing any relaxation under the sun with a refreshing drink or a good book. Although the beach was conveniently located nearby, the constant stream of people passing by discouraged me from leaving my belongings unattended should I decide to take a dip in the sea. Despite my repeated requests to speak with the manager, I was met with assurances that my comments and feedback would be conveyed, yet I never received any further communication from the hotel. The majority of guests appeared to be Filipino visitors enjoying a short stay, and I find it hard to believe they were subjected to the same exorbitant $1,000 rate for the basic room. Red Coconut, in its current state, bears a resemblan

This trip was especially special as it was my Best Friends One year Anniversary And Her 35th Birthday and My 40th Birthday trip that I had painstakingly searched for months for the perfect hotel that suited all 4 of our Party. I insanely rely on reviews and Social Media as a guide since this was my first trip to Boracay and was basically booking ”blind”. I really wanted a few things. 1. A clean room and 2. A few feet from the Beach. Upon Arrival I was greeted by lovely faces and cheerful staff. Mind you, I just travelled for 19 hours so, I was Exhausted, hot And annoyed that I paid for front door service from the jetty and basically end up having to walk.. anyway. They took me to my room, which did not excite me. Of course as someone who looked at every single image online and read every review, my expectations were to receive the rooms (I booked 2) that were all over the interwebs. And could have booked at another hotel in an instant- I refused the rooms given. Donald, the Manager, with the most friendly, calm demeanor talked to me in such a way that seemed to calm and sooth me making me realize that I am now in paradise and offered me Garden bungalows for this issue- most likely not his but more so Booking.coms for using images that were that of a higher grade room. All in all. Our entire 8 day stay, truly was magical in every way. THANK YOU DONALD, STAFF AND ALL THE CUTE DOGS AND KITTIES (that I have named and loved). We will return.
