Shirahama Key Terrace Hotel Seamore

My stay is okay. My feeling is that the hotel is overcharged considering what it offered. For this price, i would expect more facilities to be provided in the hotel. I stayed two night and the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are completely the same for two days. My suggestion is that joining dinner buffet for one day is enough as the next day will be bored.
Shirasakiso

We stayed in this lovely family hotel for a night, we opted for room stay with dinner and breakfast. There's no shops or restaurant near by, so highly suggest to choose the stay with meals option, otherwise there's cooking facility within the room also, so I think it's possible to cook your own meal if necessary. Location - the hotel is just round the corner of the famous Shirasaki Ocean Park, we even had a good view of the park from our room. There's parking space right in front of the hotel building, so it's very handy. We cycled to the Shirasaki Ocean Park then to the hotel, so it worked out perfect. There's a very steep slop going up to the hotel though, but it wasn't an issue for us as we pushed out bikes up. Facilities - this is a family run hotel which believes was built a while ago, so can't compare it to all those new built hotels. The ”room” we stayed is more like a mini flat, it has a big kitchen, good sized bathroom with changing area, a separate toilet, a living room, bedroom and an extra ”sitting” area. The entire flat is in traditional Japanese style which we loved, and it has all facilities that made our stay comfortable. It also has coined washing machine and driers. We could even access to rooftop on the 4th floor to view the sunset. If you're looking for a quiet place to have quality time, then this is a good place to do so. There's also ”public bath” within the hotel, it's small but wasn't an issue for us. There's also shower and bath in the room also if you want some privacy. Food - all food was cooked and prepared by the hotel owner, and she's a talented chef! Dinner was impressive, breakfast was standard. The hotel owner is very friendly and lovely, it's definitely ”the place” to stay if you're visiting the area. We highly recommend it.

I must give a very good review to this hotel. The service is door-to-door pick-up and drop-off. Everyone's face is filled with a sincere smile of service. It's really attentive. My mother took out medicine for dinner and breakfast, and the Japanese came to ask me if I need water? Is tea okay? The food is delicious and the outdoor hot spring faces the sea

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view. The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too. The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

Mercure Wakayama Kushimoto Hot Spring Resort is in an excellent location, close to the sea, with beautiful scenery, and is an ideal place to relax. In the morning, you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise over the sea from your room or terrace, which is refreshing. The hotel has complete facilities and the hot spring area is clean and comfortable, which is very suitable for relaxing your tired body after traveling. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The surrounding environment is quiet, suitable for vacation and leisure, and the transportation is also convenient. Whether you enjoy the natural scenery or experience the hot springs, this is an option that cannot be missed, highly recommended!

Very satisfied! There is Daiso near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping! The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. I left my water cup on the train, and they patiently helped me communicate by phone. Basically, the staff are very patient and enthusiastic to help with everything I need help with. The private bath is not expensive, but you need to make an appointment in advance. It's a pity that I didn't make an appointment for the private bath this time. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, very rich!

Shiraraso Grand Hotel

This is a warm hotel with a long history in Japan. It includes breakfast and dinner. The price for three people is about 2,000 yuan. Neither breakfast nor dinner is self-service. As for the taste, you can judge for yourself. The hotel has a great view and is very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was too cold and windy during the two days we went there. We didn't stay on the beach for too long. We booked a tatami room that can sleep 4 people. When we went there, we took the JR from Wakayama to Shirahama and then the bus. When we came back, we took the high-speed bus, which was right in front of the hotel and went directly to JR Namba. The price was also much cheaper, which was much more convenient than taking the train back to Osaka.
Hotel Sanrakuso

A one-night-two-meals hotel with a new management model, I experienced the ritual of welcoming guests when I went out. It was probably a low-season trip. There was only one person at the front desk who could speak English, and the rest could only rely on my half-baked Japanese. Meals need to be booked at check-in, every half hour from 5:30 to 6:30, and breakfast orders are closed at 8:30. The food is more traditional Japanese, and the overall taste is OK. If you are not full, there are ramen or something, anyway, you will not be hungry. The public hot spring area is not large, and the men's and women's baths are rotated every day, so you can experience different environments once in the morning and evening. The hotel is in a good location, right outside the Shirarahama Beach, which should be very popular in summer. If you take the bus, get off at S16 Zou-no-yu.

The environment is not bad, the room is particularly large and there is a balcony, the breakfast is delicious and good, the overall feeling is a bit small hotel type, there is no elevator, it is very inconvenient to take the box.
