"Very kind staff everywhere inside the resort. Spa was clean, our room was cleaned every day, breakfast was almost same in every day but it was good with various selection of food. For dinner the main and hot dishes were different every day and you could find various cold dishes also. Location is good, restaurants, supermarket and beach nearby."

"Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room."

"It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling."

"Our stay was simply wonderful overall – we felt completely at home and would return anytime!
The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, impeccably clean, and above all, incredibly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The entire property also appears very well-maintained, new, and stylish. The underground parking directly at the hotel was also a big plus for us.
The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards – and absolutely decent even compared internationally. We had no complaints here.
We were particularly impressed by the private beach with its accompanying beach club. The beach itself is beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the entry is pleasant and straightforward. In our opinion, the location is one of the best on the island – especially for sunset views. Many people from the surrounding coves gather around the beach to watch the sunset, so it can get quite lively there in the evenings. In contrast, the private beach club is much more relaxed.
The beach is about a three-minute walk from the hotel, so you don't really need the shuttle. Nevertheless, the buggy service is, of course, very convenient and a nice addition, especially with beach gear.
Although we were told at the hotel that there were only a very few free sun loungers for hotel guests at the beach club in September, we had no trouble finding an available one on each of our visits. Alternatively, there are also very nice daybeds for about €70, which we therefore didn't need to use.
If one were to look for a small suggestion for improvement, it would be the consistency of service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly, always had a smile on their faces, and were very attentive and courteous. Others also did their job very well but were a bit more factual and less warm. This is explicitly not a negative point and did not affect our stay at all – as a small piece of feedback for further optimization, a bit more consistency here might be nice.
The hotel's location was perfect for us: by car, you can reach the city, numerous restaurants, and the harbor in about 5–10 minutes. At the same time, the hotel is pleasantly quiet, and with the private beach, you have a real highlight right on your doorstep.
Overall, it was a thoroughly successful stay for us. Five stars and a clear recommendation – we would definitely come back!"

It is modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a lovely pool area and a spa.
It was close to the rail station to catch the train to Cagliari.
The hotel staff were friendly,
helpful and one excellent English especially a young lady named Sofia.
We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast in a vast unusual dining room auditorium.
Tea/coffee making facilities would have made our stay perfect.
Highly recommended

The facilities are good, with showers, hot water, toiletries, and a small refrigerator with various paid drinks. The sheets and bath towels are white and clean. The hotel is very environmentally conscious and encourages continuous use. You can see the sea from the small balcony.
The hotel is in a great location and parking is very convenient. A few dozen meters ahead is the private yacht berth, where you can book a sea trip. There is a tourist center nearby, where you can buy round-trip tickets to visit the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and the vegetables, fruits, and bread are all very fresh.

GGuest UserHotel is right in front of a big beach. Super not touristy and crowded beach and the scenery is very soft and calming.
There is a cat and dog at the hotel that just walks around freely. They are both very friendly and fun to play with !!!
As for the rooms, it is decently big for a 3 person room. Toilet is clean with enough amenities. Water pressure of the shower head is a bit weak sometimes but still ok. The beds are comfortable enough. However, there are quite a bit of insects flying around (I assume mostly because of the location of the hotel being near the beach and sandy areas).
Restaurant at the hotel is quite good ! Dinner menu has a wide variety but availability of dishes depend on the day. As for breakfast, quite a handful of food is given like fruit platter, crossaints, yogurt, cereal, and choice of drinks. Staff are also friendly and understand English just enough, and are helpful when we ask something. Hotel area is quite small but honestly just enough for a short stay.

The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

Staff super friendly, honorable mention to the girl that runs in the bar, I was late for breakfast and she was kind enough to provide coffee and pastry.
Also the gentleman at the lobby very kind and quite easy to check in.

GGuest UserVery attentive, well mannered and very professional staff, it was such a pleasure to stay here. Very relaxing and we enjoyed the Bistro restaurant a lot. Great staff again and really enjoyed the food. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with everything you need!
Can't fault anything about this place apart from the mosquitoes... not their fault obviously but just to let other patrons know to use bugs repellent and cover up at night. We stayed in other places in Sardinia and it's the same so not just here. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from both the coast and the historic center. The only downsides were that the sink and shower drains were clogged throughout our stay, and towel changes cost €4 per person. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.
