We have to spend the New Year 2024 at this place (arrived late at Fuimichino and Tiber looked like the best option in the area). I would say that the location was good, with a partial see view and pretty quiet. I also liked the choice of cafes around (small place serving fresh grilled fish and seafood is really the BEST!). Thought the hotel bar is definitely overpriced. The parking is right in front, you can also use the shuttle bus to Rome which is very convenient and fast. The room was spacious. Buuuut the furniture was definitely and visibly worn out. Guys, please, do smth with it. And the general attitude of the stuff was, let's say, cool. They showed no interest in you. I understand that the hotel is mostly used as a stopover by the travellers so the stuff doesn't bother. But for a NY (and in general) more warmth would change a lot.

Ho alloggiato nella parte fronte lago, devo dire ristrutturata da poco e molto bella , la Posizione è ottima e le camere sono nuova , l’unica nota negativa secondo il mio parere è che la struttura dispone di una bellissima piscina ma che usufruire di questo servizio va pagato un ingresso di 30€, posso capire se sei un esterno ma se ospite dell’hotel credo che il servizio debba essere incluso , inoltre l’aria condizionata è gestita unicamente dalla reception quindi per attaccare e staccare devi chiamare . La pulizia delle stanze non è proprio così attenta , mi è capitato di trovare capelli in stanza .

The room had a good view to the sea but the decor was very outdated. The walls needed some repainting as they were damaged and the curtains were dirty. The staff were helpful but not very friendly at times. The good thing was that we only stayed a couple of days to get on a cruise and the hotel was within walking distance of the port.

I originally thought that it would be convenient to live near the airport on the last day. Turns out it was inconvenient to get to this hotel from the city of Rome. We went to the airport and took a taxi for 25 Euros. Created a lot of little trouble. If you want to experience the taste of a Roman seaside fishing village, it is okay to increase your knowledge. Hi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

Actually it’s hard to say it’s good.. my personal feel it’s Okok only.. coz I don’t like the bed, don’t like the breakfast (nothing choices).. The breakfast place didn’t cleaning after other’s guests left.. maybe they not enough manpower..
