Great little hotel, right in the middle of the city. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around in walking distance. Can also walk to the beach if you want to see the sunset!

Very large and busy hotel. Live music bar, huge pool area and lots of dining options. Definitely not the place to go if you want a peaceful environment, but if you want a bustling, family friendly environment then this is the place to go. The buffet breakfast was disappointing, not the best options or quality for food. The location is very good, many different shops, restaurants and leisure activities within walking distance of the hotel

Amazing historical Balinese architecture needs to be greatly valued and the staff many of whom have worked there for many years are really nice. The hotel should be nominated as part of a historical society to hold up & maintain its heritage. It's an amazing old hotel with lovely gardens. & Balinese statues & water features everywhere. It's being renovated at the moment, but the staff said they hope to have the main lobby restored very soon and are doing trial run sometime this month. For now, you have to check into the hotel through a side entrance at Ayodhya palace which was traditionally used for exclusive guests. Previous reviews have criticized the hotel, due to the renovation work going on & yes, they should notify people who book that it is under renovations and when it is due to be finished trough their website. We had 2 rooms & we were upgraded to grand deluxe rooms & thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the staff were so nice. Extremely quite & peaceful no paint smells or workers being noisy. We got a great deal. Bicycles are free to use by patrons. The main pool is still under renovation but the front pool near the beach is still operating. Waterfall restaurant is open for breakfast lunch & dinner. Other small cafes by the pool are open. The spa sadly is closed but may reopen with a new contractor soon I am told. Please be understanding of what the Ayodya hotel & its staff have been through. It has been shut down during covid for 2 years and is only just re-opening. They need tourists to support them. & if you want value for money, you can get a great deal whilst staying at the hotel right now. Just ask to be placed in a room away from any renovation noise or paint smells. The staff will look after you very well as they did for us. It is very close to Kuta Beach, and it only takes a few minutes to walk. The room is quite spacious, the facilities are a little old, and why does the room have an extra door? Because I had to catch the plane in the morning, I registered the breakfast time at five o'clock, which is very considerate.

Wow wow wow This hotel is absolutely amazing! I have wanted to stay here for so long and finally got the chance for a special stay (we just got married). From the time we arrived (which was late at night) we knew we would love our stay. Yuda at check in was so welcoming and friendly - the positive stay just continued from there We had just come from a 5 star hotel in Australia and let me say, the Stones outshines the Crown in Australia anyday!!! The location is opposite the beach - right in Legian, so perfect spot. Plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and you can pop just across the road to the beach bars for a drink and watch the amazing sunsets We had a plunge pool room - which was perfectly located within the hotel (room 157). We love the ground floor rooms. The room itself was nice and spacious, very clean, quite and the beds super comfy. We didn’t really use the plunge pool though as sadly the water is freezing!!! The main pool was perfect temperature and we swam in that a lot - it’s huge! There is plenty of room for everyone and getting sun most of the day, it’s not cold. They also provide big pillows in the pool - so you can float about and relax The ice cream man floats around throughout the day and brings popsicles and fruit sticks - it’s a lovely gesture. Also the HAPPY HOURS - they are awesome, from 12-6pm (buy one get one free on selected cocktails and beers) Breakfast options are next level - from Asian inspired to western and even a donut wall, there is something for everyone. You can get anything made fresh too The hotel also has a big lobby with chess and a pool table to have friendly games with people which was a great idea We can’t wait to stay again!!!

This was one of the best places we stayed at in Bali. It is well structured, designed and maintained. The food was good with many options. The location is perfect with very nice pools and pool slide. They also have Camels and can provide you with a riding experience on the beach.

This hotel has good employees, clean, friendly price, good service and good location. It's close to double six beach and surrounded by so many coffeeshop , restaurant and spa. They have pool and corner to talk or have guest visits us.

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.
