Dreamland Oasis Hotel

The hotel is good, but the breakfast is served in a crowed environment, and hope that next time the hotel will served the breakfast in a less crowed place. I paid my hotel to TRIP COM and TRIP has provided me with a check that contains lunches and dinners, while the hotel receptionist at Dreamland Oasis Hotel in Georgia told me that only breakfast included. Since then I have in touch with TRIP Support for clarifications, but my request has not yet been resolved and it has last for 2 days, and TRIP Support has not yet resolved my request!!! I have been a member of TRIP for some many years, and now with the support that I have been offered, and I start to consider leaving TRIP COM

The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.

Definitely the best hotel. I used it for my boyfriend's birthday while we were traveling. Even though I hadn't told you, I had a quick birthday celebration.

Unexpectedly, the accident appeared at the end~~~ Location: Excellent, about 10 minutes walk to the Black Sea. Located in a boutique district with bars, restaurants, coffee, and desserts, it is interspersed between famous attractions such as European Square, Batumi Square, and churches. Environment: A small and boutique hotel. I booked this one to experience different accommodation styles. No matter where I go, I can rely on my two legs. Service: There is a good beginning but no perfect ending. I stayed for a total of 2 nights. The waiters I met during the period were very enthusiastic. Whether it was the doorman, the Check In lady, or the restaurant waiter, they were all very polite. But in the end, something very unpleasant happened when checking out. First of all, they said that they would check the room and let us wait for a few minutes. Recalling that in the past ten years, whether it was traveling or business trips, I had never encountered this situation when checking out of relatively high-star hotels. Although I was a little puzzled, I didn’t think much at the time. I waited. As a result, I was told that the makeup mirror in the bathroom was broken after 2 minutes and we needed to compensate. I asked my family, and no one knew what happened. So I asked to go back to the room to check the situation. The moment I entered the room, I saw 5-6 hotel staff in the room I had just left. The mirror they were talking about was a movable round makeup mirror installed on the bathroom wall. Only then did I realize that the mirror was double-sided. The intact side when we checked in was facing the outside, and the so-called broken side was facing the wall when we checked out. Although I insisted that we did not damage the mirror, the hotel also insisted that they would carefully check everything in the room when each guest checked out, which meant that the mirror must be intact before I checked in. I was very angry. First of all, I don’t think that room inspections will be a measure taken for all guests. Secondly, even if the hotel checks the room every time when checking out, it cannot guarantee that it will find the problems left in the room by the previous guest. Thirdly, should we check all the facilities in the room as soon as possible when we check in to the hotel in the future? Since there are other trips to follow, we are also speechless. We informed ctrip of the situation as soon as possible, and the feedback and problem solving were still very timely. In fact, if we think about it later, if there is enough time, we should call the police on the spot. Words are not enough. Can the police make us presumptuous when they come? There is no substantial evidence to prove that the mirror was broken during our stay!

The location is very good, next door is Batumi Square. There are waiters who can help with luggage. The hotel is old, or the traditional key opens the door, not the electronic card. Suddenly one night someone took the key to open the door. We were scared to death in the room. We opened the door and found that several rooms next to it were opened to see. It should be a similar situation. Call the front desk and say that the staff check whether anyone lives, maybe it is not registered clearly during the day ~😓

The overall stay experience is still great. The price/performance ratio is also relatively high. Take a hundred meters to get to the beach. There is a bathtub, and the water is still quite hot. Breakfast is very rich, get up early every morning to have breakfast. Equipped with a red wine glass, praise it😊

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.
