"Stopped for 2 days with the family. Plus: big coastline first line, few people, good stable Wifi, new modern rooms with everything necessary, delicious diverse quality breakfasts. polite staff. Good kitchen in the restaurant. Defects: abandoned construction on the territory (all rooms are not ci-vio will look at the facade of this dummy. Territory is virtually no - that piece of lawn fence fenced from destruction is not called the territory (there is a swing, a turquoise and a tennis table. It's all on it) well and the pool is in front. The tile on the street is already all ripped. In fact, the extetic picture from beautiful rooms is broken about the malformation around. No infrastructure (the same bar on the 10th floor during our stay did not work at a nirazhu) and if you get into bad weather - do nothing at the hotel. For me the minus was the presence of a transparent wall in the bathroom. If you are one that is ok. And so -no privacy. Also in the family Grand room there is no closure of the bathroom. That is, it is not foreseen at all that the door will close. Strange. We were also offered an hour of jacuzzi on the roof as a gift. Green raid on the edges of the bathroom. I do not recommend. In general, at adequate price, you can rest. Only in good weather."

"My husband booked this accommodation for my friend and me. On July 27, 2026, I checked into my standard room with a sea view. ATTENTION! Room 30-20. The absolute worst! First, there was a terrible smell from the sewage system! There was water on the bathroom floor! The toilet door wouldn't close because the door frame was swollen from the water! The toilet tank was leaking and wouldn't refill. The furniture in the room was cheap and outdated! The phone didn't work, so I couldn't contact reception to call an ambulance for my friend, who was feeling unwell! The TV didn't work. The room was dark because the balcony was cornered with dark glass, and there was only one small window to get some air; you couldn't breathe on the balcony. After 2 days, I decided to complain about all the shortcomings of this room, after which it was immediately changed to 31-08. This room finally matched the pictures on the website and my expectations. The room was bright, with working plumbing, furniture, and appliances. The balcony was open and spacious. The air conditioning worked, as did the TV. Why couldn't they have assigned me to a room that matched what I paid for initially? The service was disgusting! In the first few days, I asked for a drying rack for the room for 2 days! They promised but brought nothing! Also, a technician came to the first room to fix the phone but never actually fixed it. There can be queues for the elevator, and you might wait 10 minutes. The soundproofing in the rooms is also very poor. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't go to Batumi at all! And Courtyard is not the best place to stay in this city."

"Overall, the hotel is good, such a ”home”. We met very well, the staff is very polite, the area is very clean, the pool is also clean. Breakfast is good: there are not many choices, I ate almost the same, but it was delicious.
The room was air conditioning with the climate.
Of the downsides the most important is the minimum convenience in the room. No teapot, no plates; I got sick and couldn't even heat myself hot tea, because the teapot isn't available, and on the respiratory I didn't give it. Bedrooms change once every 6 days, we still have a toilet in the room, and the banquet was broken. The rooms are clean but obsolete: there were old spots on the carpet and bed linen was in the rolls."

Guest UserHotel location is very OK, directly opposite the Black Sea Beach. It is very close to European Square, Ferris wheel and ”couple device”. The convenience index is very high, the front desk clerk is very good! The 100-year hotel is good.

A large room, pleasant toiletries, a comfortable mattress (though a bit short for someone 180 cm tall), plenty of pillows, heated floors in the bathroom, helpful reception staff, and an excellent breakfast. The room has a kettle and capsule coffee machine, along with Lavazza tea and capsules, including decaf. We checked in two hours early. Two swimming pools.
Still, due to the tiredness of the rooms, this is a 4-star hotel instead of a 5-star hotel. Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet. Some shelves in the closet need to be updated and the furniture needs to be dry-cleaned. The towels need to be more carefully monitored for wear. The rooms also have vinyl wallpaper, which can easily be cleaned from tea and coffee stains, but for some reason, cleaning seems to ignore this.

Absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, which was great for preparing our own meals. The beach is just across the road, making the location incredibly convenient with excellent transport links, as there's a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Guest UserIt's definitely not a 5-star hotel, but we never regretted choosing it over an apartment in Orbi. We initially got a room on the 4th floor with two windows facing the sky. When we went down to the lobby, they smoothly swapped it for a slightly smaller room on the 3rd floor with a proper window. The breakfast is decent, though not amazing. But it goes until 11 am! (Great for those who like to sleep in). The reception staff doesn't always speak Russian, but basic English is enough. The sink was cracked. The water pressure was good. We didn't visit the spa or casino, so I can't comment on those, other than the smell of smoke near the elevator coming from the casino. Not a big deal though. On the upside: the location is top-notch! Overall, it was exactly what we expected from a budget hotel in the old town.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.

Good hotel. Understanding location. Responsive staff. The main chip of the hotel, its wine cellar where the tasting takes place. The delicious wine in Batumi we have not drank. There is a beautiful veranda with a view to the city. Everything is very nice and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

The hotel is good, but the breakfast is served in a crowed environment, and hope that next time the hotel will served the breakfast in a less crowed place.
I paid my hotel to TRIP COM and TRIP has provided me with a check that contains lunches and dinners, while the hotel receptionist at Dreamland Oasis Hotel in Georgia told me that only breakfast included. Since then I have in touch with TRIP Support for clarifications, but my request has not yet been resolved and it has last for 2 days, and TRIP Support has not yet resolved my request!!! I have been a member of TRIP for some many years, and now with the support that I have been offered, and I start to consider leaving TRIP COM
