Good location, balcony can see the sea view. The style of the hotel is very chic, the facilities are relatively complete, and a lot of snacks and drinks are prepared for the guests. For the price, the room size is relatively cramped; the cleanliness is passed, and some corners will look old; Many rooms are rented to individuals for a long time. The owner often plays loud music in it, and after they eat, they will put the plates and knives and forks directly at the door of the room. Seeing these dirty tableware, my personal perception is not very comfortable. It is usually not done in China. There are few convenience stores in restaurants around the hotel and it is far away.

I stayed with my wife and my 4 year old son. The hotel is really nice, located in front of Menton's free beach. The room was small but comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel and were satisfied. Very good value for money. A flaw is represented by the lack of parking and therefore you have to look outside and it is everywhere for a fee. We opted for a covered parking a few hundred meters away (2 days € 24).
All in all a positive experience.

L'hôtel propose une vue magnifique sur le lever de soleil et ça vaut quelques désagréments.
Les chambres sont propres mais la salle des repas ne l'est pas. Nous étions dans les premiers au petit déjeuner et il y avait des restes alimentaires sont du gruyère (du dîner de la veille) sur les chaises et le sol.
Les chambres n'ont ni de frigo ni de minibar (ce qui obligatoire dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais c'est un ”club” et non un hôtel) donc pour conserver des aliments pour bébé c'est impossible sachant que la cuisine et la réception refusent de prendre ne serait ce qu'une boîte de vache qui rit.

酒店面對大海，環境極佳，房間有咖啡機和飲料，只是三人間在一樓，視覺效果沒有樓上好。在芒通逛完沿着海邊慢慢走回來也衹需半小時不到，還是比較方便的。唯一缺點是房間比較小，三人兩個行李箱，有些侷促。還有家屬説淋浴房比較滑，險些滑倒。

The hotel is very beautiful! The territory is fabulous! The staff is good. The breakfast is monotonous, but it is normal for this type of hotel. The beds were separate. There is parking. I will come back again only because of the nature of the hotel!

You can see the Nice Carnival from your room!
The building is located along the parade route, so from the ocean view rooms you can get a view like the one in the photo, and from the park view rooms you can see the spectator stands and the park.
If you want to get a good view of the parade, I recommend a room with a balcony on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
The family in the room next door brought confetti and let it rain down from above to liven up the atmosphere 🥳
I think it's a great way to enjoy the parade safely even with children 👍The room is cute too!

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.

GGuest UserThe staff were super nice and made our stay there very pleasant. We would like to mention Hermes. He was such a nice gentlemen and always there to provide us useful tips on navigating Nice.
Our room was cleaned everyday and bottled water was topped up. Kudos to the housekeeper. One feedback though was that they do not deliver amenities to the room. We have to go to the reception to ask for them.
The view from our room was fantastic. You got to see it yourself. Beautiful!

LliamThe receptionist at the front desk is awesome, she helped me to carry the luggage as the elevator was down , there is a tall n handsome handy man running about for the errands, give me direction of where the bus stop is , the specky girl is very helpful as well.All in all this is a very nice hotel, I will definitely recommend to friends if they were to go Nice.

GGuest UserThis is my favorite and most satisfying hotel during my trip to Europe. It is very close to the beach. Although you cannot see the sea from the balcony, there are many shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel also provides water, so the safety factor is still very high. The breakfast is an ordinary dry breakfast, but it is the same everywhere in Europe. The front desk staff are all very nice and you can communicate in simple English. The room has everything you need, the area is large enough, the decoration is new, and it is well maintained.

MMei26The service by the hotel was really good. We enjoyed both our complimentary breakfast and lunch buffet. The hotel provide free shuttle rides to the town and private beach clubs as well. The gardens are beautiful
The sauna and steam room was very hot, way above the normal spa in other hotels which are slightly strange. The pools are okay not particularly special. Dinner at the Italian restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and food is mediocre. We had to send the carbonara back because it was inedible with the amount of salt in it.
The most puzzling issue we had was actually our room is fully lighted in white light, which is not common in a 5 star luxury hotel. There was no ambient light. The bathroom looks like a hospital toilet, and the decor looks outdated. We requested to change to other rooms but the hotel said they are full. It was then we found out that some rooms have already been refurbished with better lightings, and some are still dated. It made us wonder whether they gave us an outdated room because we booked via a third party website and not direct.
We had high expectations because this is a 1500 dollars stay, and we expected way more for the room. Despite liking the service, we have to say it is not value for money, and the hotel can do way better in terms of their room and restaurant.
