"The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the lobby is spacious and bright. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about local information. "The receptionist very friendly. The rooms are very good, very clean with parquet and the bathroom is well equipped with a powerful hairdryer. In my opinion, they lack a cafeteria as such. I asked the receptionist to have a coffee and she told me to get it from a machine they have at reception and it costs €2. I find it excessive, since it is not a coffee from a bar coffee maker as it should."

"The location is near old town carmen. Got loads of bars and restaurants nearby.
The hostel provides different activities each day. Like picnic, beach excursion, walking tour, salsa dance etc and there are free! Met some friends there.
But the ladder to climb up the bed is poorly designed I can say."

"On this trip, we stayed at three hotels in Valencia, and this one was our third. It was by far our favorite! Everything just clicked: the location, amenities, proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences, and bus stops nearby for easy access to the beach, plus a huge shopping center. We were checked into the 10th floor, which is where the pool is located. They let us check in two hours early without any fuss and even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. On top of that, the hotel held onto our bags until it was time for our flight. Excellent service! The rooms had wonderful bedding and spotless white towels, and housekeeping cleaned every day. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Valencia."

"Our stay at this hotel was unparalleled. We travel a lot and often stay in hotels and on cruise ships, but rarely have we been so satisfied. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and no shortcomings whatsoever. The staff were very friendly, especially the two Christians at reception and the bar/bistro/restaurant, Monica at reception, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars and 100/100 points in every respect. A beautiful, bright hotel with a sea view, breakfast for €9.50, dinner for €16, both excellent, very high quality, and superb staff. We would love to come back and book again immediately!"

KKoyeeThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

Other rooms had a phone we did not.
I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

GGuest UserHotel well, but the very unfriendly and unresolute staff, I had a mistake when booking and they didn't help me at all, they gave me the number to contact people who could solve it and they didn't even take my phone, They gave me another number and was of a particular person, very unresolute and uncomprehensive because as a hotel where I booked you should have a means of contact where to solve these problems and not wash your hands so easily.

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

DDJ Krys RandleThe hotel is excellent, just on the edge of the old town so it's easy to get to great restaurants and shops plus the beach is less than 5 minutes away, but it also has a solarium on the roof for unhindered sun bathing and a large private pool area above the restaurant to the side of the hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and we were well looked after at the pool area by Mai, who couldn't have been more fun or nicer, which really made the holiday shine. They have laundry service and the rooms are air conditioned with a walk in shower plus all the handy personal stuff such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, shoe shine, hairdryer and even a comb provided, with a safe to rent (cheaply) if you want it. The wardrobe had about 12 hangers which is far more than we usually see, so in all you have most of everything you need, and there is a large supermarket situated to the side of the hotel for everything else.
This was our second visit and will stay there again.

Guests enjoy two outdoor pools, a kids’ club, and seasonal entertainment, though the evening shows are average. Rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning (June-September), satellite TV, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers, but some guests find the hairdryers underpowered. Elevators can have long wait times, which may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, it’s a great value option for a relaxed beach holiday with excellent dining and a superb location.

MMine OrhonThe best hotel I have ever stayed in.
It’s perfectly located between Benidorm Bus Station and Poniente Beach just a 10–15 minute walk to both. The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot.
The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain.
And the food… absolutely amazing.
Everything is delicious and the variety exceeds expectations.
During the day, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, along with both indoor and outdoor pools.
The rooms and balconies are spacious, and there’s even a laundry hanger on the balcony just remember to bring clothespins.
I have already recommended Benidorm and the Port Fiesta Hotel to my friends, and I will definitely be coming back.

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). We love their luggage storage once checked out, so easy to use. Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time. This was sad as we were looking forward to the breakfasts. Breakfast aside, I would highly recommend this hotel.
