From the first day for assisting my checkin and to the last day for assisting my checkout he is professional, patient and always with timely response to my requests Typhoon is striking Sanya these days, Fahad provided us with the information regarding the typhoon which was very helpful Room clean was nicely done and my daughters like the towel rabbits very much thanks for the fruit platter and goodbye gift water world and aquarium are good we all enjoy our times there C秀 不看完全沒有損失 像我一樣 看了就是時間金錢雙重損失了

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond, and we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room free of charge. Robert was especially wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering something for everyone, and everything tasted great. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach and within walking distance of the night market. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

My room was large and the whole hotel felt relaxed. The decor was a little weathered, but much in the way that coastal town accommodation can become. Breakfast was fine, and staff were quick and competent. It is a ten minute walk from Sanya Bay beach, and there are many small restaurants on the streets nearby, as well as a few malls.

The hotel turned out to be quite good, it justifies its four stars. The rooms were a little tired, but there was a kettle, a TV, and a refrigerator in the room. Towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed every few days, and the bathroom has a full set of accessories. There are beach towels and a mosquito fumigator. The breakfast is good, mostly Chinese-style, but there are also European dishes such as yogurt, scrambled eggs, toast, sausages, and more. The chefs are trying very hard, the food is delicious. How to do it, I would like the mattresses to be softer. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. the pool in the building across the street is clean and secluded. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff speaks little English, it's better to download a translator.

Ocean Flower Island is a little deserted and many attractions were closed, probably due to low peak period and stagnation of the island development, but the stay in Hilton more than made up for the disappointment. Front Office Manager, Ms Judy Zhu was very helpful and accomodating. The concierge boys were very nice, especially Leo Tang and brought us around the island whenever we wanted to, even when it is not the listed shuttle timing. The executive lounge was closed due to the low occupancy but we were still able to enjoy the lounge benefits at the 1st level restaurant.. The restaurant manager even told us we can order food that is not listed on their menu for the high tea and happy hour and the chef will try to whip up the dish. Room furnishing is new and looks better and more modern than the other 2 Hilton hotels that I have stayed during this vacation in Guangzhou and Sanya. I would highly recommend Hilton if you are planning to visit Ocean Flower Island in Hainan.

The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!

We are very satisfied with the hotel. Xiao Pang's service is especially nice. He arranged the room romantically according to our request. The gym is fully equipped and the glass decoration makes it seem like outdoors. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's wonderful to relax here during leisure time. When we arrived, the colleague on the first floor, noticing there were many of us, helped send our luggage to the room after check-in. It was very considerate. This is a happy stop. Although this journey has come to an end for the moment, see you next time.

generally , overall is pretty alright . however maybe the hotel should check the sockets in the room because it seems faulty . aircon in hotel lobby and public is weak . considering the temperature in haikou is extremely hot .

Wow I love the neatness of the hotel and also enjoyed my stay it has the sea view, I must say the breakfast was so nice and the front desk were really helpful This guy called Eason really assisted me with all I needed from getting to the hotel, to the yacht ride and every thing I needed during my stay It was an amazing stay and an amazing experience in Sanya
