"Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful.

"Booking a room on the weekend went smoothly. The hotel environment should be second to none in Yulin. The service staff are very polite and greet guests when they see them. I accidentally forgot my iPad in the room when I checked out, and then went to the high-speed rail station. I received a call from the hotel on the way, and then asked them to help me express it to the hotel where I stayed in Nanning by SF Express. The housekeeper Xiaotong paid the express fee for me and sent it properly. Thank her very much🌹🌹At the same time, thank you to the cleaning lady for finding my iPad and reporting it to the front desk in time.
The desserts given every night are also delicious.
The only thing that needs improvement is the doorman brother, I hope the service will be more proactive and help put the luggage in the car"

"Within walking distance of Silver Beach, making it very convenient to get around. The high-floor view is expansive, and the room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with complete amenities. The apartment-style layout feels cozy and comfortable. There are many dining options nearby, especially places to eat seafood. Free parking is a plus for those driving. The front desk service was enthusiastic; after checking in, they specifically escorted us to our room. We needed to get a temporary ID, and the front desk even helped us by providing information about the nearest police station and sending the location. When checking out early in the morning, the young lady at the desk even said, ”Please be careful on your travels,” which was very heartwarming. Overall, the experience was great, and it offers excellent value for money."

"We had a room on the 30th floor. They initially gave us a different one, but I booked one with a bathtub, so I insisted on the upgrade. The room was simply wonderful, beautiful, with a sea view! The receptionist was a sweet girl, she helped us with all our questions, even without knowing any languages; the translator was a lifesaver.
The only downside was the dirty floors, even upon check-in. Everything else was just great; if I ever return to Beihai, I'll definitely stay here!"

The housekeeper Yuan Yuan has been patient and serviced, warm and gentle, and sent various gifts! Great value! ! ! Okay! ! ! The hotel is almost 0 distance from the beach. It takes two steps to the beach after leaving the hotel. I took the children to the beach for 4 trips in two days. They had a great time! Let me realize painless baby. Overall, give 4.9 points. The only hotel breakfast that needs to be improved is Western-style. Many dishes are not very friendly to children. I hope the hotel can add some children's dishes. I have already checked my friends around Amway!"

GGuest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach.
2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families.
3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members:
First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service.
Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite.
Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout.
Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport.

DDalanmao1. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat; there was a power outage. Power was restored after about ten minutes.
2. I only realized I needed to bring my own toilet paper and tissues when I went to the bathroom. I don't know if the hotel didn't provide them or forgot to.
3. I found two or three clumps of dried glue on the sheets; the staff said it was glue residue.
4. The only good thing about the hotel is its super convenient access to the beach; the beach is right outside the back door. The downside is that the boardwalk leading to the beach is a bit old and in disrepair.

It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.

GGuest UserThis stay at Guanling Mountain Villa in Beihai truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a huge shout-out to Ms. Ziyuan and Ms. Shuwen! They were incredibly kind and considerate, patiently helping me with any issues. Their excellent attitude made me feel very warm and welcome.
I booked a sea-view room, but after seeing the rooms, I decided to upgrade to a sea-view room for an extra cost, and the experience was so much better! The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea, with incredibly comfortable scenery. The sea breeze was so relaxing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the overall environment was very quiet. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness; it was spotless, with attention to detail, making me feel very safe and secure. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. It was so peaceful and pleasant to stay here. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beihai. Highly recommended!
