The hotel is located good in downtown and overall is clean. Only the room carpet floor is old and parking stalls need to pay per day.

Great location, very colorful, fun and felt like a prominently safer area of town compared to others. Friendly staff and clean facility. Nice to have a patio to walk out on, to enjoy morning java, a wonderful space to do your yoga or simply to take a nice big breath of fresh air.

There is bus 71 from Chilwick downtown to Harrison hot springs resort. There are not many buses, so be careful. The hotel staff are very polite. There is a hot spring in the hotel. There are many restaurant options nearby, including German food, Greek food, etc. There are many ice cream shops. I choose Greek food, which is delicious.

The hotel has convenient transportation, convenient eating and shopping nearby, a good environment, and the nearby park is very popular. The hotel staff are friendly and the front desk and room service staff are very nice. The hygiene really needs to be improved.

Originally very satisfied, the hotel is very new and the room is large. The front desk is also a good attitude. But when I checked out, I found that the hotel did not look at my order at all! The first night and the second night, I didn't ask me, and I didn't confirm whether I was a prepaid order, so I swiped my credit card to collect my room rate? The key is that I don't know at all! I thought it was pre-authorization, stupidly handed the credit card over, and I didn't even need to sign the bill by swiping my card? Doesn't the amount of my card even confirm with me? Can you blame me? Can you say that the service in North America is really not good! The service is so poor and basically glass heart can't be criticized and respected.

I booked a double bed but when I got to the hotel, the front desk told me that I booked a single bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they said there might be a problem with the middleman. I refunded some money, but I won't book overseas hotels on Ctrip anymore because it affects my schedule and mood. The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

Strategic location. Walking distant to trademark area. Got horse carriage ride nearby. Friendly staff. Can put luggage here when you check out and come back to get a few hours later

The room is spacious, the living room and kitchen are large and fully equipped. It is very close to the PARKSVILL beach and park. The overall feeling is great.

Nice clean hotel in a lovely area of the city. Though, we booked a double room with a seaview, but upon arival at the hotel, they told us that only standard city view rooms were available. That was a bit disappointing. Also, cold insulation in the room wasn't good and heating system did not work properly. We asked the hotel staff if anything could be done, and they brought us a portable room heater, which saved the day. We had breakfast at the bar on the first floor and it was truly fantastic. Overall, the hotel was nice and we consider coming back in the future.

Got the sweet with the pull out couch and it was nice, with no issues

We paid $289 incl. Taxes had to pay an extra $22 for parking which I wasn't aware of. Room was clean other than coke stains on the wall and water in the sink not draining very good. The view was a concrete wall of the next building. 🥴

Came for a wedding,stayed the weekend,got top floor,hotel located right on water,there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat,hotel is clean,sauna is nice,indoor pool,gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size,bathroom is spacious and very clean,lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way

Today, Zhang Aijia’s English name is the same as the hotel name. It can be said to be a misleading hotel reservation. However, this hotel is considered to be a famous hotel. The local foreigner also knows it, probably because one of the few hotels on the edge of English Beach, except for the old elevator, it is quite good. The bed was quite big and the room was quite big. There is a parking lot, there may be a charge, I don’t know if I have not paid the bill.

The location is superb, just beside Stanley Park, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk left and walk. The family booked two suites for a trip, the place is quite big The hotel has been refurbished, but it still looks a little old There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

Because the ship was cancelled suddenly, I had to book the restaurant quickly. It was very good. There is a restaurant downstairs. You can eat before 11pm. Burgers are hard to eat. It’s not bad. Free coffee is available in the lobby. The hotel towels are not very clean. Stain can be seen.

The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. The quaint elevator of the hotel is a bit old. There is a kitchen in the room where you can cook your own food. The bed in the hotel is very good and the sleeping space is good. The equipment is good, but it is really a bit old!

the service was great! i was expecting them to have water facilities (i.e pool or hot tub) so that was a bit disappointing the breakfast was great, although have extra waffle batter out would be helpful! clean rooms, great staff and great location overall i would come back again

Best Western plus Harbour Hotel, which is the third visit to Victoria on 2 days and 1 night. I made a reservation compared to the price of the accommodation. I stayed at Harbour View Hotel before and was so satisfied that I chose Harbour View Room to book this time. In fact, it's not as close to Victoria downtown, but if you buy Victoria Day Pass and go on a bus, you can just walk around. There is a catering kitchen in the room, so it would be good for family trips, especially. The amenities were so good that they were Citrus, and there was a bathtub, so I could bathe at night and relax my fatigue. The bed was comfortable, overall neat and modern rooms. I used it the next morning with breakfast, but I could eat it without having to go to another brunch shop with a variety of bread types and moderate food :) It's a harbour view that would have been more beautiful if the weather was better. If the weather is good when traveling to Victoria, I would definitely recommend Harbour View☺️
