"This is one of the best hotels we've experienced with Hilton, having stayed at many over several years. There's really no need to mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common areas, as it's a 5-star hotel and everything is top-notch. However, I'd like to specifically highlight the infrastructure: a wonderful outdoor pool with plenty of sun loungers, and an excellent spa complex with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. It's a shame that the operating hours for these great facilities are limited; I would have loved to swim in the evening after visiting all the sights. I also want to mention the stunning views from the rooms, as well as the hotel's location in general: the Silk Road district, with views of either the park or the rowing canal – it's unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and varied, with top-quality ingredients, featuring both local specialties and European/American options (porridges, vegetables/fruits/yogurts, muesli/eggs/beef bacon/sausages - my compliments!, excellent samsa, tomatoes…). I also enjoyed the lobby bar – great local draft beer and a magnificent mojito! I highly recommend sitting there in the evening with a drink and a view of the rowing canal. All the staff are very professional and welcoming. Incidentally, they didn't forget my wife's birthday: they congratulated her, which was heartfelt and very pleasant – the cake was delicious, thank you! Overall, this is one of the best places for discerning travelers, I highly recommend it!"

"A beautiful hotel, downstairs of the wine cellar, is next to the waiting station, walking 12 minutes - it is convenient! To the city center you need to drive 20 minutes by taxi.
Of the downsides: it was cold, there was no heating in the room, at night frozen ! ! ! (on the street was 10, respectively in the room too cold), windows on the road, hearing is terrible! Hear everything on the street and in the corridor!
The smell of cigarettes in the room! It seems that the room was smoking, we were ventilating, but it didn't ventilate! We asked to change the room, but we refused, said that there were no free rooms! It was unpleasant!
Extended the room for 6 hours for half the cost!
Plus: The room has everything that is declared and the dress is, for some reason, one, though two were booked. The showers were broken, both souls (up rain too) apparently stuck holes, and the water went sideways, and so on both souls, it is very uncomfortable to wash.
Just two pillows, I would like 4.
Plus: Normal breakfast, coffee from the coffee machine. Beautiful, rooms clean and comfortable.
There is a smooth board with a twig in the corridor.

When I arrived on the first night, I really wanted to explode: 1 room made a mistake for me! I went to a room first, how come there are two boxes when the door opens! I didn't dare to go in for fear of being killed, so I asked the front desk to open the door for me to confirm. I didn't expect that there were really guests inside! I guess it should scare the other party to death. 2 I paid online, they made a mistake for me, and asked me to pay again. Fortunately, I found out in time that I returned. 3 The door of room 3 is opened outside and there is no safety button. People who really have security anxiety will really be anxious. The soundproofing of the 4 room is really bad, the door gap is relatively large, and the voice of the people outside is all transmitted to the room. With the above things, I really thought about giving it a bad review the next day. But the next day I had a better experience. First of all, the breakfast restaurant, the environment is good, and this sparrow hotel, the dishes are worthy of its size. The pool is adding water every day and the basic cleaning. GGuest UserI had an early train, and this was the perfect hotel for a good night's sleep before it. For one night in Samarkand, you couldn't ask for better – they even let me check in before 2 PM. Upon arrival, it's about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and if you take the right exit over the bridge above the tracks, you'll come straight to the entrance. The breakfast was clean and tasty. The room had a fresh renovation, was spacious, and comfortable. It was super for my needs. There's a grocery market nearby and a tram line, but getting to the center takes a while if there's traffic.
