"Overall, it was decent. The hotel is quite new, but the main drawback is that the room is a bit small. I've stayed further from the city center before and gotten larger rooms. Here, besides the bed, there's not much space left. There's an ATM on the ground floor, and the breakfast is excellent, a mix of Western and Uzbek styles, with strawberries which was a nice touch. It's easy to get a taxi, and it's not far from the old city, about 10 kilometers. Across from the hotel, there's a place that sells baked samsa, and about a kilometer away there are restaurants where you can order takeout."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are cozy with great mattresses and comfortable pillows, new plumbing, and everything is spotless. "The hotel has a typical American chain style; its decor and ambiance instantly made me feel like I was back in a North American hotel. There's a potential safety concern with the balcony door: even when locked from the inside, it can still be opened from the outside. I called the front desk to inquire, and they told me this is how all the rooms are, and I shouldn't worry. Personally, I still found it a bit unsettling. Overall, if you're a photography enthusiast and are looking for those high-floor views overlooking the Historic Centre of Bukhara, this hotel is definitely worth considering."

"The train was delayed and arrived late at night, but the staff at the front desk responded well and lifted my luggage to the room on the 3rd floor.
