My wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

The hotel is nicely appointed. The room was very clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast bar had great choices and good coffee. I didn’t get to use the pool but hope to give it a try the next time I’m in Nashville.

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

The check in process was standard. The clerk was pleasant. There is a working elevator to the second and third floors, this is a plus since we were on the second floor. The room was really dated, old carpet with many stains, old appliances (the fridge had rust and stains) old sink and tub with missing parts, but in working order. The room had a very strong smell of smoke even though the room was supposed to be a smoke free room. We contacted the front desk and they stated it was due to the AC pulling in outdoor air, not so sure I believe that one, no concession was offered. I would not stay here again without an update to the rooms.

Downtown Nashville
Disappointed to say the least from this Hilton Property. Extremely nice people such as (Simone-front desk & Savannah in resturant) and others. However the resturant had fruit Flies which is annoying when trying to eat. We stayed on the 8th floor; the 1st, 7th and 8th floors needed to be vacuumed not only when exiting the elevator but many places. Our shower went on and off 2 different occasions which again is frustrating when trying to shower and had to cut my shower time extremely short. This was brought to the attention of maintenance with a small amount taken off our bill. I also questioned my bill as the package I purchased was to include breakfast, yet I was charged additional by looking at my itemized bill. I had many options to stay in downtown Nashville but chose here, but unfortunately I think that was a mistake.

'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us. Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast. The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

Avoid like the plague! Hands down the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Booked online through a third party site because we needed a place last minute. Got there after 11 at night. Our room had a balcony facing the pool. There were lots of obnoxious guests having a party at the pool. Very loud. We immediately tried calling the front desk to complain, but the phone in the room didn't work. I used my cell phone to call, and the person at the front desk said he was aware that the guests were staying at the pool past curfew, but they wouldn't listen to him when he told them to leave the pool. He said he would try again. We thought OK, let's take a shower, and maybe by the time we finish, they will be gone. Went to the bathroom and turned on the light. No joke, the overhead light was flashing like a strobe light at a discotheque. It would have been enough to give someone an epileptic seizure. We decided to just ask for a refund. We went to the front desk and turned in our keys, and the guy said someone would process our refund in the morning. After 4 days, no refund and getting the run around when we call to check on the status. Horrible!!! 0 stars!

My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton for a Mother/Daughter trip to Nashville over Labor Day weekend. It is a great hotel in a wonderful location. It is just a short drive to Broadway and the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles, which is a HUGE bonus. This amenity saves parking fees and headaches. Tony, one of the many amazing shuttle drivers was our favorite. He was great! The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Kierra and Alanta helped us with recommendations and getting the shuttle scheduled when we needed it. Al, one of the managers was incredibly hospitable the day the elevator was being repaired and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the best way possible. I recommend purchasing the breakfast plan. The breakfast was great, however, the service was a bit lacking there. Joseph was our waiter the first day and went out of his way to ensure we had excellent service, however, the other 3 mornings the service was non-existent and slow, but we managed anyway. It is still a great value. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was also friendly. The valet desk was more than helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again on our next visit. Great job!!! Keep up the great service!

Okay there’s a bit to talk about here. Mostly good! Cons: If you are a bit of a clean nut - this place isn’t for you. The one *major* thing that bothered me was the bedding. There wasn’t a mattress cover between the sheet and the mattress and I just kept thinking about everyone who laid there before me. The carpet was in need of a steam because if you walked barefoot it made your feet turn black. I wore my flip flops the whole time. The room smelled a bit like smoke and we ended up going to get an air freshener. We did also have turn down service but they only did our bathroom and didn’t make our bed. Very funny lol but we weren’t too upset. I think the place just needs to be renovated/a deep clean and it would be perfect. I was in room 266. Also, the breakfast isn’t eggs and bacon etc. It’s biscuits and gravy which in my opinion was not the tastiest and simple things like cereal and bagels. It’s great in a pinch. Pros: That river balcony is everything. It’s such a soothing sound and you see bears almost every day. We saw 3 bears during our stay. I would come back just for that! There are two pools which are often never used. There is one that seems to be for adults which I had to myself one afternoon. The walk to town is about a mile one way - which after hiking the smokies all day is the last thing you want to do but it’s nice to be out of the crowds. Amazing breakfast and bbq spot across the street. The staff were so nice and helpful. Overall - happy with the experience but I am someone who is picky about sanitation and that’s why I docked the star. You get what you pay for. If you don’t mind an older spot that needs some love, this is a perfect place.
