"The front desk staff at the hotel was very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at around 8 o'clock in the morning and were able to arrange a room in advance. The breakfast at the hotel was pretty good and the location of the hotel was very convenient. However, the hotel is expensive and the service is not very good. There is no free bottled water. I asked for a kettle four times and it took a whole morning to deliver it, but it turned out to be broken... The hotel's hot water for showers is very small, and the water temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, which is very uncomfortable."

"Fenomenal location close to everything + subway Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in. Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there. The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!! The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities. In brief, very good place to stay in New York"

"I read a lot of comments and chose this hotel. I really didn't choose the wrong one. The location is very good, whether it is a long-distance bus or subway, or take the airport bus to the airport, or want to go to the Grand Central Railway Station, very close. . . There is also Times Square. . . At the intersection of 41st Street and Madison Avenue, the door is small, mainly the name on the door is written in a special font, which made us not notice when we first went there. 200 meters away from the New York City Public Library, which is not 200 meters away from Fifth Avenue, it is not necessary. There are three types of rooms in the hotel, which are about 19, 25, and 33 square meters, and 19 is relatively small. I booked 25 for the second night, but the order information sent by Ctrip to the hotel was wrong. The first night I checked in was the 19 room. It was very late to react. The size of the room was wrong. I coordinated with the front desk and Ctrip. Ctrip immediately found the problem and made compensation, and moved to the largest room of 33 the next day. If it is a single person, the room of 19 is enough. For two people, the baggage can't be opened, and it can only be put to the bedside. In addition, in particular, after the store, the hotel charges a fee of 20 US dollars per day. This fee is breakfast, all-day coffee snacks, afternoon tea, which is very worthwhile. Especially afternoon tea, with cheese, fruit, a variety of small snacks, red and white wine and champagne. . . . In addition, this location is on 41st Street, when the 99th Street in Central Park in New York is basically a full 2km. I ran in the morning and ran another 10km in Central Park. I am very happy. Central Park is a must-see for everyone who loves sports. Running, cycling, and dog-walking are all very good. . ."

"Room was fine. It might help to have a couple more outlets though. I had to leave at 4am to return my rental car at the airport and the guy at the front desk had no clue as to directions for me to get to the rental; car return at the airport. He gave me the impression that he could've cared less about helping me. The shuttle driver did help and gave me great directions though. Otherwise, I would've been driving around for a while to figure out the detour and where to go, as I am not familiar with flying out of Buffalo (usually I fly out of Rochester)."

"The facility was excellent. Clean and in a great area. The problem came with the service and amenities. The service was very slow and there were no amenities in the room. There was no iron, no refrigerator. Not even an ice machine in the building. I was very disappointed that these basic needs weren't met, especially given the large cost of the room. "

The hotel was in a great location, close to Main St., Saratoga Springs. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It was very nice to wake up in the morning and open the curtain and see horses practicing on the track.

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 memorable nights at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street during our family trip to New York City, and it proved to be the perfect home base for exploring the city’s iconic Financial District and beyond. Nestled at the corner of Wall and Water Streets, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, a 5-minute walk to the Wall Street subway station, and within easy reach of attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were all engaging for our curious little one. We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient. What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families. The hotel’s amenities were perfectly suited for our family trip. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.

The room is spacious and even has a separate walk-in closet. There are shops and a Starbucks downstairs, making dining convenient. There's also a small gym. It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Park and MoMA. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is about a twenty-minute walk away. Carnegie Hall is diagonally across from the hotel, and Lincoln Center is a 10-15 minute walk. There's a subway station nearby, but for the Line 1, you need to walk a few minutes to Columbus Circle. Times Square is also just a few minutes' walk, so the location is truly excellent. The facilities are a bit dated, especially the elevators which frequently break down, leaving only one working, so waiting times are long. Housekeeping is just so-so. The lobby restaurant on the first floor has live jazz performances on some evenings. Overall, compared to other hotels, it offers good value for money. The older facilities aren't an issue for me.

I was really lucky to pick such a great hotel in New York this time. It's located in Manhattan's Financial District, super close to the 9/11 Memorial – probably just a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood has convenience stores, coffee shops, and several restaurants. Plus, multiple subway lines make it super easy to get to Midtown Manhattan or Brooklyn. Although the hotel's decor looks a bit dated, it's very well-maintained. The room interiors are comfortable, and some room types offer views of the Hudson River. On sunny days, waking up to that view made my morning every time.

The price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. It seems like a lot of airline crew stay here too, so definitely factor in extra time for everything. There are tons of hidden fees. The deposit was given as a voucher, luggage storage cost extra, and even the in-room mini-bar items were charged. Given the location and the total price of $150, I guess I'll just put up with it.

This hotel is immaculate and absolutely everybody is above and beyond pleasant. Though not directly affiliated with the hotel, Inexpensive, super clean and very easily accessible parking is a two minute walk away at 25 Kent St. We paid $64 for 2 1/2 days of parking. The room was incredible. Exposed brick walls with super high ceilings, the bathroom had a huge tub and a wonderful shower. Pro tip: if traveling with someone that you do not want to see you naked, understand that it is not a one-way mirror over the bar and you absolutely CAN see into the shower While someone is showering. Luckily I was with my daughter, so this was not a real issue. The restaurant within the hotel and the Ramen place directly next-door are both wonderful. I did not make it to the rooftop bar this time but since I absolutely will stay at this hotel every time I come to visit I will check it out next time! The room was extremely quiet, temperature was easy to control. Now, a little too much honesty, I am an extremely “sensitive” person, and resting and hearing so much from the second I stepped into this hotel. I was never scared, as I definitely don’t typically get scared, but I had numerous very genuine and very obvious things happen while I say that this hotel, such as seeing things walk across the hall in both my room and the hallway, in the main lobby bathroom someone walked into the bathroom and into the stall next to me, but never left, and when I looked, there was no one there, and I was in the shower. I could hear several men talking to each other as if they were right next to me. I was definitely not hearing people from another room. I also heard the door to the stair well open, which is right next to our room and I was right next to the door so when I looked, there was nobody there and I pulled it shut again. Just out of curiosity, as to what was there prior to the hotel, on the way home my daughter looked up the history to the hotel. Let’s just say it was very enlightening as to why i was experiencing so much activity in this hotel, especially on the third floor next to what I will assume would have been a fire escape at some point. It also may explain why the first thing that went through my mind when I opened the front door of the hotel and turned to my daughter and said “I’m surprised the hotel gets away with door opening inward. It goes against fire code. Anyway, You can look up the history yourself and understand all that I have said. :-) either way, a spectacular hotel at a decent price and a very safe and beautiful part of the city. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and the views were amazing (see photo of the view from our room)! Although it’s a slight distance from manhattan, but it’s worth it. Nearest metro station is across the street but there’s only stairs (something to note if you are carrying luggages!) but the hotel is a walking distance from other metro stations as well so travelling is an ease. Would recommend for those who are looking to stay at a good place in Brooklyn!

I booked a room with a view of the Empire State Building, but I could only see it in a line, which was a bit disappointing. The room was a bit small, but the decoration was quite fashionable. The air conditioner was too noisy. Fortunately, it was not hot at night, so I just didn't turn it on. The location is great, it's close to everything. The hotel has its own restaurant, which tastes good. It's quite convenient for solo travelers
