My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.
Days Inn by Wyndham Delta CO

No-frills, budget-friendly hotel about located about halfway between the north and south rims of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Everything was as you’d expect given the price of the room and the locations, so no real complaints or complements for that matter. Just a respectable place to sleep for the night

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. I’m not going to go on and on. But I have never

I booked this hotel because I was headed back home from a road trip I made out west. Denver was my stop location for the night and I booked this hotel because I needed a place to sleep. The parking is 30$ for 1 night. That’s insane for a hotel to charge your to park your car. The bed was uncomfortable I booked two queen beds one for me and my wife and one for the kids. Our best was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

If it wasn't for one receptionist with an attitude, the stay would have been great! A little on the expensive side and I wish I they had a little more in the recreational area. Great location where you can catch the bus.
Denver Marriott West

When I hear Marriott I instantly think luxury, all though the lobby and entrance present that when you walk in, the room atleast the one I stayed in was definitely dated. The room a standard king was on the small side, but even with the dated older apeal the room was the cleanest one I've stayed at in a while. The windows were drafty and there was even a visible gap letting in open ice cold air which cold thw room down on the one side significantly. Thankfully I dislike sleeping hot and I even ended up running the cooling fans not heat. Those in their self ran pretty loud so any ligjt sleeper would have a bit of trouble sleeping. Bed was soft semi comfortable and ran on the small for being a king, ive slept on queens that have felt bigger. Overall if you can get it on the lower priced side its ok but more of a day or two type not a week stay sort of stay.

When we first checked in Lady was ok not to friendly but she got us checked in everyone else we came into contact with went out of there way to say hello. It is a nice place to stay Breakfast is good. Rooms nice and clean the no closet thing a little weird but hey go with it. . I think the number one complaint that everyone there that stayed in July was Fix the ELEVATORS was the worst ! waiting a good 20 minutes for elevator only 2 working. Then you wait and elevator opens and its so packed you can’t get in. Valet was full so we had to park in a public parking area and because its downtown its a shady area. Valet gentleman was very helpful I wish I remembered his name he worked Saturday evening around 6. we got to finally park at hotel are last night. Easy access to everything. I honestly would stay there again.
