My wife read a review of the Asia Airport hotel before we left home and it claimed that the hotel was not clean so we were expecting the worst. When we arrived the hotel, all of it, not just our room, was spotless. We were not able to have concerns as smiling staff walked us through all the preliminries of checking in and then we arrived in our magnificent room. Dinner that night was delicious and the service was polite and impeccable. Breakfast the next daywas flawless. No. there was no bacon on offer but we had accepted that bacon would be an added bonus. I was able to lay beside the swimming pool and drink beer which was served with speedily and cheerfully while my wife went shopping in the mall below the hotel. We got the phone number of the taxi driver who took us on or first travel and he took us here, there and everywhere. He was not part of the hotel but he did contribute to the pleasure we enjoyd whilst at Air Asia Hotel. In summation, certainly one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Thank you very much.

We appreciated the size of the Suite and the view of the green golf course and the free transfer with electric golf cart to the nearby shopping centre. Overall, the state of maintenance leaves something to be desired: towels and sheets worn and with some holes, no equipment in the kitchen of the Suite (dishes, cutlery, bottle opener, glasses). The refrigerator had not been defrosted in months. Access to the shower which is located inside the bathtub was poorly designed and is difficult and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the glass leaves something to be desired. The small balcony does not have any chairs or tables. The lamp on the work table was broken and when the fault was reported it was never replaced. The second bathroom had no towels.

Cupboards/Hangers: None Mini-fridge: Unstocked 2 complimentary drinking water with 2 glass cups. What is NOT provided (you might need to bring): Tissue paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, paper cups, and NO HAIRDRYER, travel charger (there is ONE USB plug by the bedside), no hot kettle for boiling water, bedroom slippers. RECEPTION Speaks minimal English (just use google translate). Don't expect much Thai hospitality. There is a microwave, hot water jug, coffee dispenser you can use at the lobby. Close proximity to DMK airport (less than 20 mins by car). Gateway to Ayutthaya. Conveniently located (walking distance of less than 10mins, uncovered) next to the biggest shopping mall in Thailand : Future Park, Zpell, a huge cinema, Big C, etc. All these open at 10am. Breakfast: Use the overhead bridge right by the mega-cinema to cross over to Rangsit Market (opens at 5am) to get the most awesome local breakfast. This is my highlight for staying at Hop Inn. There is also the Rangsit Night Market nearby but we didn't have time to explore. This is a good hotel if you just want a layover.

Beautiful room, parking is a little small. I'd like to improve the housekeeper. In the morning the housekeeper came in to clean and clear the next room. Clean accommodation in the room, very well divided. Behind the room there is a balcony. You can see the view outside, the air conditioner is cool, but the hotel is in a bit of a deep alley and the road is being built. But overall it's good. I recommend it.

This hotel is next door to the market. It is best to request a room higher up to keep noise down. Hotel looks new, there are several Tara Grands, all belong to same hotel group, when we were here, you can request to stay in any one of them. I like my room overlooking the market. The room I was in, was lovely and clean. For short distance, they provide a buggy service. Buffet breakfast is served from 6 am but limited choices. This time round, we couldn't get black tea with milk. Can get ovaltine n hot coffee. On the main road, can get bus or taxi to Future park. Lots of transport available to take you to Suvarnabhumi. Staff can arrange transport too. Card deposit was 500 or 1000 baht for 2. Staff are super friendly n helpful.
