Great location, right in the middle of the town. Amazon coffee & 7/11 are just across the road. I did pay for the upgrade to Family suite including breakfast. Breakfast choices & quality was pretty bad, no proper coffee but instant one, no bread selection only white toast. American breakfast portion was very tiny. No buffet available.
The hotel is very old but acceptable. Cleanliness was ok but not happy with the amenities. Needed to buy for my own used from 7/11. Overall satisfaction is somewhat 5-6

GGuest UserThis hotel is the most underrated hotel in Sungai Kolok , the price is lower than other hotel over there but their service /location were so good NGL !!! the most satisfaction of this hotel wasnt their price but the room size and environment were also excellent !!! next time if i cone again will definitely stay here again , my first choise of hotel at here

PPoBoxEarthBrand new hotel, very clean and well equipped rooms with smart TV, big refrigerator, kettle, comfortable bed, work desk and cold AC.
Quiet location, away from street noise. Covered carpark for up to 4 cars. 7-Eleven around the corner.
The only minor downside is the location, about 2km from the city center,
I would definitely stay here again.
