It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel."

"Everything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected. The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby). The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed. Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time."

It is ideally placed close to a mall and across the road from a mini market, the staff cannot do enough for you, it is very clean with a daily turnaround service and the price is great. All in a nice, safe area. Don't sit on it, book it - you'll love it. Breakfast is decent, food in the evening good too."

"The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this."

"Since I'm asked to review, I'll give an honest one. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel got such a high rating. Aside from the excellent location (next to Wong supermarket), I can't see what else warrants it. On the first day, I arrived around 10 am and asked the front desk if I could check in if a room was ready. The front desk staff explicitly said it would be an hour, then half an hour, and in the end, I only managed to check in after three or four hours. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. Can you believe they assigned me the only room located between the elevator and the emergency exit staircase? Once in the room, the noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. Maintenance came up and said it would make noise for ten minutes every time it was turned off, or I'd have to keep it on constantly. Later, even when it was off, it would make noise intermittently. I couldn't stand it anymore and requested a room change. This went on until 8 or 9 pm (the platform's concierge was very dedicated and kept assisting with communication with the hotel). After changing rooms, I thought I'd finally get a good night's sleep, but the soundproofing in this new room was even worse. I could hear the shower from the upstairs room right above my head – there was no escaping it. Then, on one of the subsequent days, I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get some water bottles delivered, even if they wouldn't clean the room. Throughout all these issues, the platform kept communicating and trying to resolve things with the hotel, but the hotel seemed to refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I hope everyone takes this into consideration. Besides the great location, you really don't need to consider staying here for the guest experience."

"Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful."

"The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk from the bus to the airport, and there are many choices of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby. The soundproofing is good, I slept well, the room was super clean, the wooden floor was clean even under my bare feet, and the breakfast was rich in choices. I will stay here again next time I have the chance."
