Notably, towels that were removed were not consistently replaced with new ones (One night all were removed, none were replaced. Another night, all were removed and only one was replaced)"

"This hotel boasts a superb location, close to public transport and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room size is on the smaller side with a compact layout, but it's very clean and the facilities are complete and perfectly adequate. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in was quick. For the high prices in Tromsø, it's a hassle-free and comfortable option, definitely worth recommending."

"The service was great. It's close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the northernmost McDonald's 🍔, and the Arctic Gate is just 3-5 minutes on foot behind the hotel. The hotel's 12th floor has an open-air rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the cable car 🚡. If you're lucky enough to catch the Northern Lights, it's an excellent viewing spot with an unobstructed sky. The hotel breakfast was a bit monotonous (Western-style), though smoked salmon was plentiful, and there were some local specialties. I found the first-floor restaurant not to be great value for money for dinner. The 10th-floor restaurant requires a reservation in advance, and if you get a window seat, you can see the Arctic Cathedral ⛪️ across the fjord. The food there was delicious and much better value than the 1st-floor restaurant. In Tromsø, it was the best restaurant I've been to (in my personal opinion). The hotel lobby on the first floor has a very convenient taxi calling machine; you can wait in the lobby and then directly hop into the taxi when it arrives at the door."

"The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。"

"The room was tiny. Paying over 2,000 NOK a night for a single room in January, it felt ridiculously small. I've stayed at two different Radisson hotels in Oslo that were much better than this one in Tromsø. Plus, the mattress was incredibly soft, with absolutely no support. At this price, aren't you going to get better mattresses for your guests? The moment I lay down, the whole bed just caved in. The pillows were also useless. After a few nights, my back was killing me, my whole body ached, and my neck hurt. The hotel's location is decent, but it's really not worth the price. On the last day, my Apple Pencil rolled under the bed. When I lifted the mattress to get it, I found used cotton swabs on the bed frame. Then, while packing, I discovered someone else's clothing tag, fruit pits, and a used napkin behind the mirror. So frustrating. The only redeeming quality was the decent window view. This terrible mattress deserves the lowest rating I've ever given on Trip.com."

"It's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 11th floor (where you check in, have breakfast, and get your welcome drink) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an industrial design. There's a parking lot downstairs, and it's convenient for shopping at nearby supermarkets. "1. **Location:** The location is quite good, right in the city center. The city itself isn't very big, so you can walk everywhere. It's just a few minutes' walk to the library and the northernmost McDonald's. Getting to the cable car is a bit further on foot, maybe a 20-30 minute walk. You can also take the bus, as there are plenty of bus stops nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants right next door, so it's all quite convenient. 2. **Service:** The room doesn't have a kettle or slippers. If you need hot water, you have to ask the front desk to get it for you…"

"Quite a good quality hotel. Location is excellent. Room is relatively small but still acceptable. This hotel booking includes breakfast. I rank the quality of breakfast to fantastic which it serves high quality of food with traditional Norwayigen food."

"Except for not closing the house every day, there are almost no shortcomings. You can see Aurora without going out. They cook instant noodles in their parking lot. I am very happy."

"The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night."
