"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. Breakfast was also very good, quite generous for European standards. You might want to try the liquid fish oil, but be warned, it's a bit fishy – I decided not to buy it after tasting. The hotel is super close to the train station, just a short walk away. I also appreciated the secure elevator system; you need to swipe your card on the ground floor before you can select your floor. They even upgraded my room to one with a sea view! I'm extremely satisfied."

"The room was spotlessly clean. Although it's a bit of a walk from the city center, it's situated in a very safe neighborhood. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"Nice hotel and right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop if you plan to take tram 12 to & fro from most sightseeing places .
However I find the room a bit dark and lack of lightings.
We requested for different smaller pillows as those provided in the room were huge to sleep on.

"The hotel was in the city center and really convinient.
Unfortunately I changed my room twice because of some issues (Heater didn't work. Wifi is gone.) and it was a bit stressful but a reception staff tried to give me some alternatives very kindly. Maintainance of facilities can be better."

"Location is convenient, about 10 mins walk from Oslo S. although it is in the direction nearer to the office buildings and away from the attractions.
Breakfast spread is amazing and tastes good. Room and bathroom are spacious, bed is soft and comfortable.
The only drawback is the amenities. There is no toothbrush provided, and I find the shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash a little too mild / diluted, would have preferred it to be thicker and foamier. Body soap is ok."

"The hotel is close to the Royal Palace and not far where the airport train stops. So, it’s easy to reach anything in the city. The room is not bad, small bathroom. I was surprised the hotel doesn’t provide bath floor towels for when you step out of shower. Also only one roll of toilet paper. You need to scan QR code in order to book cleaning for next day. The breakfast buffet not bad, and it’s surprising to see avocados. Also need to mention, if you want to sleep early you might be bothered by tram outside the hotel, the whole hotel is shaking when it passes by. But they stop around 11 pm. The staff were polite and nice."

"No regrets choosing this hotel for stockholm. The view right outside the hotel is breathtaking! We were greeted by this spectacular scenery every morning. Wished we could stay more days here. My family room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all, my family had a good time here. "Love the location, being located right at the side of a mall, also next to the train station and Hard Rock Cafe too. Room is ok too. The breakfast is served at a restaurant a few steps away from the hotel. Variety is fine but there were too many people and many tables were left uncleaned. There’s a female Asian staff there at the restaurant who was very rude and raised her voice at me when I asked if she could clear the table. Hotel concierge was quick to explain to me that the restaurant is not part of it."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the National Opera House train station, and public transportation is also easily accessible. Perhaps because it's part of the Jinjiang Hotel group, it felt a bit more familiar. The first quad room we were given had a strong renovation smell. After we raised the issue, the hotel quickly moved us to a different room. The new room had a much more practical layout and was more comfortable, even though it wasn't particularly spacious."

There's no kettle, and housekeeping is only every four days, but most people visiting Oslo are just passing through and usually only stay a couple of days, so four-day cleaning is acceptable. Breakfast was better than I expected, with meat, eggs, dairy, vegetables, and fruit. The staff were also very diligent about refilling dishes and clearing tables.

GGuest UserTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

33X9CThe hotel's location is unbeatable! It's just a 4-minute walk from the train station, and light rail, metro, and bus stops are all right nearby. Oslo City shopping center is directly across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff were very polite. While the room wasn't large, it was highly functional and very comfortable to stay in. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, but the taste was just average.

JJu@auThe hotel is located in the centre of the old city, just a few minutes from Oslo Central Station and only about three minutes from the Oslo Opera House, making it very convenient for visitors. I booked for three people, and we were given a spacious and lovely family room consisting of two separate rooms. The included breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The dinner included was a light dinner. The whole day free coffee and the afternoon snack were very thoughtful. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated, but hopefully the ongoing renovations will address this.

GGuest UserThe hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby.
Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions.
Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving.
The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel.
Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.
