For a business or family trip to the Netherlands, stop at the Campanile Breda Hotel, located adjacent to the A27 motorway. At the hotel, you'll have the option to rent a bicycle for jaunts into the nearby historic city center. Our hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking, as well as a restaurant and 4 meeting rooms.
"The room was tidy, with fine beds, storage space, and a good bathroom.
The hotel's location is mediocre; it's in an industrial area, so it's not the place for a nice evening stroll.
Our room, 201, was situated next to the entrance door between the stairs/elevator and the rooms. This door slammed shut so hard every time that it sounded like someone was storming into our room; it was very unsettling.
Hygiene was fine.
Service was mediocre; some of the staff do not speak decent Dutch. Check-in entirely in English in the Netherlands???"

"The location is beside the train station. However, I reached the hotel very late, close to midnight. Unsure where to go to the other side since I reached Eindhoven by FlixBus, so I had to take Bolt instead; otherwise, it would take ages figuring out the way. I asked the NS officer, and he was also unsure, lol.
The room was pretty clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was not flushed properly beforehand. The water in the bowl was brown and murky. Unsure if this was accidental or not since, by right, the room was already cleaned by the cleaning service department. The flushing mechanism was super slow, so this may be the cause of the accidental dirty toilet bowl before we even used it. I did not complain to the staff since it’s already pretty late, and we were rushing to wake up early as well.
The fire alarm blared at 6 a.m. too, and the announcement was for us to evacuate the building. Hesitating to do so since it’s super cold, but when we tried to go down to the staircases, the tenants from the rooms next door came back tired and said there’s nothing wrong at all. Duh.
Other than that, it’s OK for us with Social Hub. It’s always our favorite hotel to stay in the Netherlands."

"The check-in and check-out were very customer friendly. 4 emails in advance requesting a lot of privacy sensitive information.
A check-in device that was slow and unclear, which me forced to call twice
At the checkout, my already paid parking place (why paid if there is no other place?) was not taken."

"Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges.
This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment."

"The hotel room is very large and clean, the location is outside the city but the taxi is very close, and the breakfast is not bad.
The only thing is that the service is almost, because the prepaid accommodation has accommodation, breakfast fee and city tax are paid at the front desk at check-in, check-out time is not as good as the on-site water bill, left the mailbox to send the water bill, has not received, and then contact the hotel, the hotel said that it is booked through the platform, Let me find the platform to ask for a water bill, here is thick: [The hotel can't open].
I thought it was my English that I didn't make it clear. I sent the water bill to other colleagues on a business trip and said that I wanted such a document, but the hotel would never reply to the email again. 😂"

"We had to sleep all night with the light on, which was triggered by a sensor, because the sensor wasn't working.
We reported this to Schotends. The counter employee was eating.
And the only response was that the man from technical service would be informed and offered a word of apology. But they didn't take any action to accommodate us.
A bit of a shame."

"Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transport options. Only issue is AC control is quite obsolete it took me sometime to figure how to use it plus it took time to cool the entire room down but in general I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others."

I enjoyed the messaging of the hotel with the whole ”check in, stay out” mentality where they encourage you to explore the city. Despite this, the living area on the ground floor had a lot of spacious seating and tables for those who did want to stay and work away or just chill. The grounds that the hotel has are a nice and private separation from the vibrant energy from the bars/restaurants nearby, which is nice since that meant noise heard in the room was less.
The rooms were nice and had a good sofa bench area alongside the beds. The shower area is visible from the beds and is only partially translucent (still can see a lot though), so for people like friends/business partners who may want the privacy while showering may find this to be an issue. The toilet is in an enclosed powder room right at the front of the room, a closet, and a pole with circular metal trays which is what we used to place things.
The service staff were really helpful, we had a few complications with how to assign the room but they managed to resolve it quickly. Luggage storage was a couple of self-service lockers near the elevator and were quite easy to use too.

First business trip to the company's European headquarters. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets and multiple restaurants nearby, providing complete living facilities. There are bicycles available for rent outside the hotel, and you can ride them for sightseeing when the weather is good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

Very good hotel with amazing location, in total this year we stayed in three different rooms and they all were pretty nice.
The only bad part was about trip com– the hotel didn’t get my reservation on time and when we arrived the room was taken, even though we paid for it 3 days before arrival. It was quite upsetting, but they gave us our room on the second day and in the end it was interesting experience because we lived in two completely different rooms during our nice trip.
Also, not very a bad thing since in Europe people used to wear shoes inside, but the carpets made my feet very itchy, which I think was because of the cleaning supplies they use. It’s not a bad thing for me also because it means they actually clean them well hahah
Anyway, we will go live in this hotel much more in this hotel for sure!
