5. Maintenance: I stayed in room 365, and the bathroom sink leaked the whole time I was washing my face, water kept dripping down into the basin, which was really frustrating."

Guest UserOverall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Anonymous UserMay 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner.
Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs.
Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.

The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway.
The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing.
If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

Lim PekThe nature space of the hotel could possibly be the only one you can find in KL…..just the sheer size and nature! Even the view of a standard room (as attached) is so enjoyable!
The Japanese restaurant and the pub within the hotel premise are such a big plus….
However as an old hotel, the amenities are giving ways…..my safe box wasn’t even plugged in….though it didn’t bother me that much!

Guest UserWe stayed in a modern Deluxe King Room. The recent room updates are noticeable—the design is clean, minimalist, and comfortable with great plush bedding and a cozy daybed by the window. The room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom layout. Our only minor complaint was that our 'pool view' room was slightly obstructed by the hotel's external decorative pillars, but the comfort of the bed and the quality of the room amenities more than made up for it

Guest UserThis hotel has water purifiers, so you don't need two bottles of bottled water, offering unlimited drinking water. The rooms are relatively new, and the hot water on the upper floors is fast, but cleaning is done in the evening. The toilet seat is separate from the bowl itself; I'm not sure if this is a local feature. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor that serves both breakfast and dinner, but the variety is limited. Since the hotel is a bit remote, there aren't many restaurants nearby. It's about a 13-14 kilometer taxi ride to Sunway Mall, where there are plenty of dining options and supermarkets.

JinjinJIMsI booked this hotel near the airport for a layover in Kuala Lumpur before heading home, mainly for its proximity. The free shuttle service was a nice touch. However, there's absolutely nothing around the hotel – it's basically a temporary structure built on a patch of land next to the airport, like a dormitory. It's best to eat and drink at the airport before going to the hotel, otherwise, if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you'll just have to starve because there's nothing available. The only thing remotely nice about the hotel is the pool. Don't expect too much.
