Hotels With Bar in Johor, Malaysia

The AC in the room was terrible. After many calls to the front desk. We finally got through and informed them of the heat in the room. Was told someone will come to check. After waiting an hour, I fell asleep in the heat. Middle of the night it was still hot. By the morning the aircon had finally gotten cold. What a horrible night we had. The towels at this hotel are also subpar for a holiday inn. Breakfast and service was good. Location is good too. Free car parking.

Things I like: 1. TV comes with Netflix account (rare) 2. Spacious space, kitchen, sofa is available. 3. Overall design is ok, not bad 4. Has direct access to puteri harbour front view 5. Free guarded carpark Things I don't like: 1. The soundproof is bad, I mean really bad for such standalone suites/hotel, the road construction outside is clearly heard and annoying, the next room's sound can be clearly heard during quiet midnight. 2. It's a bit too quiet or silent, doesn't have the happening vibe like some other hotels. 3. Lift has free access to every floor, which means non-customer can easily enter your room floor and given that soundproof is bad, it adds more scary intensity 4. Breakfast options is understably limited at its cost, tastenes wise is moderate, the restaurant has fking crow because it's open concept, the crow keep staring and waiting for its chance to take table's food so it's a bit turned off experience Overall is still a good hotel to stay relative to its price, if I happen to be in puteri habour I will consider to come back again.

Amari JB is well located, being a short walk away after you clear immigration at Johor CIQ. Located behind a shopping mall and surrounded by food options, it's perfect for a quick getaway. Despite my late checkin, I received a free upgrade to a deluxe room (thank you Amari!), which was a great night's rest. Only complaint is the toilet which doesn't have a spare cubicle for showering, which is a weird design. Otherwise no issues.

The surrounding area were too jam due to the nearby construction. Building and design a bit ages however was well maintained. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good, many varieties. A small minus will be the overnight oatmeal was not up to par.

Room was exceptional with beautiful view. Hotel staff was friendly. Good location. Had 24/7 eatery just down by the side and their food was not bad. (The noodles were nice) We enjoyed it. The fly brew cafe is must go to to enjoy their lovely drinks. mr Naufal on duty did a marvelous service!

Stayed at suite with 2 bedrooms (4 pax), clean and comfortable. Good rate that includes daily breakfast. Hotel breakfast- feedback that food should be kept warm at all times

Cleanliness. Clean, neat and spacious hotel. Booked a standard rooms that came with wooden vinlyn. No bath tub, which offered for deluxe room. Location. Near KSL mall. Very near to the night market, as we had planned to stroll and buy our dinner and had it at the room. Service. The breakfast counter recep, could be friendlier, seems like I owed him money. The check-in recep was polite. Amenities. Standard amenities. Could offer 1 extra white towel only.

The space is huge, the concept of the stay is brilliant. The room is spacious, the price is very affordable. I paid RM 100 for 2 double beds that can fit 4 people. The condition of the room is considered great. It looks new, equipped with basic facilities like tv, wifi, kettle, hot shower and wardrobe. The place is peaceful, you can see petronas. The downside is i got a bit itchy from the bed and comforter and there are a lipas inside the toilet.I think it has enormous potential to go high but the location is a bit of a challenge since it's located in a secluded area with no people and tourist attractions. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay

The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, the soundproofing cound be improved, as disturbing noise from the corridor in the early morning was quite noticeable which affected the quality of rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the hygiene fell short of 5-star expectations. Food was left uncovered, flies were present, and staff did not take any action to address the issue.
