"This was my second time staying at New York Hotel. This time, I stayed in a Family Room. We originally had three people, and after added an extra bed. The price was still quite reasonable, and breakfast was included, which was a good value. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There were many choices, including local Malaysian favourites such as roti prata, nasi lemak, porridge, and more. I really enjoyed having so many different options. My favourite part of the hotel is definitely the indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym and jacuzzi, which are great facilities for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The Family Room was very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The shower mat was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Also, out of the three towels provided, two of them had a very strong unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and bathroom items. Another thing I found inconvenient was that there were only two charging sockets in the room, and one of them was located in the bathroom. For a family room, I think having more charging points would be much more convenient for guests. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because of the spacious room, beautiful view, good breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. However, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom items, the smell of the towels, and provide more convenient charging points."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Berjaya Waterfront Hotel, Johor Bahru So far, memang very pleasant stay here! 😍 Baru check-in untuk 1 malam, first impression memang sangat good. Lobby besar, spacious & the environment is really nice and welcoming. ✨ Paling surprise, bilik yang kami dapat sangat luas walaupun ambil Queen Room biasa. Tak sangka spacious macam ni 😍 Siap ada bathtub lagi! Memang selesa untuk rest after a long day. Breakfast pun sedap! Banyak pilihan dan masakan dia memang kena dengan tekak. Paling best, rendang ayam! 🤤❤️ Sampai suami pun puji. Overall, kami memang happy dengan stay kali ni. Service okay, room selesa & environment pun best. Actually suami dah plan nak extend another night 😂 Kalau ada special rate / discount untuk extend 1 malam lagi, memang lagi best! 🙈✨ Thank you Berjaya Waterfront Hotel for the pleasant stay. Definitely will consider coming back again! ❤️"

"Overall, everything was great. The facilities were comprehensive, and the room wasn't small at all. The soundproofing was also very good. It was convenient to get food, and if you're visiting Singapore for 2-3 days, it's a great experience. The fish soup noodles downstairs are also delicious; I highly recommend trying them."

"I had 2 times bad experience that Trip.com/ Kingston 7 Hotel rejected my booking 2 times since last year 2025 and 20th June 2026.My stay on the 20th June 2026 Saturday due to rooms fully booked but rather somehow they managed to have 2 rooms which are 2nd level but 1 of the room have lots of flies,I had request to Change room.After room changed I found black ants crawling on floor and bed & no TV.I feel very disappointed that I was treated with these 2 rooms. I had told them I am cancer patient thought that I will have a comfortable room but end up give me dirty flies room.My other rooms for my dons experience air con drip with small ice cube also."

"Overall, it was a good and well-equipped place to stay. The amenities were tip-top, with a water dispenser providing free-flow hot and warm water, a big fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, body wash, shampoo, hairdryer, iron, hanger , hand wash and laundry detergent. The main plus point was the washing machine with dryer function, which was very convenient and the first time I came across this feature in a NestHome unit. The location is good as well. The facilities are on Level 8, and from B2, we could cross the link bridge via Level 8 to RF Mall, which was very convenient. However, the room had a cigarette smell that seemed to come from nowhere. I tried using my own air freshener, but it did not really help. Another issue was the window in the shower area, which could not be closed properly and made me feel a bit insecure when using the bathroom. I have already informed the host about this, and I hope they can look into it and resolve it as soon as possible. Other than these issues, the stay was overall comfortable and the unit was well-equipped."

"The location was good, next to multiple restaurants and fruits stalls. Very conveniently located next to KSLCity Mall, a well appointed mall with food, wellness shops and cinema. The hotel is newly opened but felt dated with bad odour along the corridors. Kudos to the hotel for putting up deodorising ion machines to “clean” the air. Basic toiletries provided, but no shavers or face towel. Shower glass partition was water stained. Room toilet and draining emits bad odour, toilet bowl was urine stained. Room was handed with empty hand soup bottle. It was replaced 10 minutes after front desk was informed."

"The family suite is very big is equivalent to 3 big rooms with 3 toilets each Very happy to stay this hotel even one night But not yet use the swimming pool n gym facilities The breakfast quite ok but still need to improve Thought got roti prata but not available"
