Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

This is a nice e hotel, with a great interior design, and very comfortable spaces. Located in Valley Oriente mall in San Pedro, NL, its a great option if you are visiting Monterrey, as is conveniently located and in a very secure area. There are plenty of dinner options nearby, and the site restaurant and bar are good options as well. The only but i see in the room design is that the water closet is not completely enclosed.

The environment is good and the location is very convenient. Central air conditioning

I was rushing to attend a wedding at the Hotel SAFI Metropolitan that is next, and despite the neighborhood, it was very difficult to find the salon, as it was necessary to pass a shopping center, to raise an elevator to floor 4, to get out to a parking station, and then walk to another lift that climbs up to floor 7. The phone didn't work to call the reception, which I had to report by phone several times, and after two hours they were to change the cellular batteries to the phone to work. The bathroom had several water leaks, and as the door of the bathroom was not closed well, the bathroom and the closet area were flooded.

I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn't know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I've already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay.

We always choose this place when we travel in Mexico. We always get a good night sleep before flying out. Great costumer service and they are always on time to pick us up at the airport! Thank you. Gracias a todos del hotel!

We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its staff! They went the extra mile on everything. And the hotel felt so clean and new! We arrived about 30 min before check-in and we were still able to check right into our room. When I inquired about a frig and microwave they brought them to our room (the mini frig was even brand new…I had to take the tape off the door and remove cardboard from inside). They made sure we had a shuttle ride to the airport at 5:25 a.m. and sent my daughter and me with 2 box lunches since we were leaving before tge complimentary breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. I have never received such great service at a hotel. And to top it off we had used Wyndham points to book this stay! We had to use google translate to communicate English to Spanish and vice versa but everyone was so kind and patient . I give this hotel 11 out of 10 stars

In addition to notifying me that there was a customer service fee, and they forgot to charge me the drink and noticed me to favor because I would not charge 25% of the service for that purchase .... About the facilities, In general well, only the bathroom seemed super disturbing since the tin is super high, and there is no tape or anti-shooting things so it is easy to happen an accident and definitely not for older people. The hotel's best rooms are the bathrooms that smell delicious.

The hotel is very good and the service is very good cleaning .Very nice people .The restaurant very good and the hot and l bienlocslizado can d move s cuslquier place in Monterrey. We were very happy to be there and next time I stay.Because I love the hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

The first time I went to check in, the location was in the center of the city, and the surrounding area was very prosperous. There were shopping malls nearby, shopping nearby and business meals were all satisfied.

I spent 3 nights here and found the entire staff welcoming and accommodating. In particular, the evening bartender, Mario, was very friendly and quick to suggest delicious drink options. He was attentive to his fellow staff and customers as well, and very enjoyable to talk to. I will stay here again on my next visit.

This palce was very clean, staff was friendly, everything worked fine. The room was very spacious, and clean, we ate at the restuarant, food was very good and it wasnt expensive. It is very close to airport which was great and they provided shuttle to and from airport.

It was a suitable solution for my kind of business and work need, facilities are comfortable, careful and friendly management staff service staff with slim and good performance, The hotel is a very good place to recommend.

Nice hotel with newer looking rooms. The rooms are vinyl plank flooring and spacious. The lights though seem poorly controlled and designed. The bathrooms include the large pump bottles of good masculine deodorant smelling shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner. Water never gets hot. Even with the AC off, the rooms are consistently 77F. There is no minifridge There is a pool, nobody uses it. It's hot and humid but it's indoors so that makes it unique. The location is a bit inconvenient as travel often requires a roundabout path that includes a highway turnaround. During afternoon rush hour, your car trip will take longer than if you walked because of the turn arounds and congestion headed towards the city. The front desk staff are probably the best around compared to any of the other hotels nearby. Multilingual and friendly. Unlike most other hotels though, they do not help with any currency exchange. If they did small amounts of currency exchange, had a minibar, and had a better location across the street, this would easily be a 5 star review.

We have stayed here before. Nice rooms, ok service. But we will NEVER stay here again, the last time we stayed, they sent us to the airport in a taxi that we had to pay when the hotel is supposed to have a shuttle service. Better to book at Best Western, they have a shuttle service and excellent service.

Stayed here based on other TA reviews. Their shuttle picked me up at the airport and the cheerful front desk clerk arranged a taxi I needed for 8am the following morning. After a delicious breakfast which consisted of 4 hot homemade dishes, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, 4 kinds of cereal, an assortment of breads, juices, coffee and teas the taxi turned out to be a private car in excellent condition. The front desk clerk who had made the arrangement recorded the details in a notebook to which the morning desk clerk referred. When the car and driver arrived the desk clerk escorted me outside and confirmed in Spanish and English that I would be taken to the address I had provided for 300 pesos (US$16.00.) The ride took 30 minutes across town and the driver carried my 2 suitcases into the building when we arrived. Great service and great value much appreciated. The hotel has happy hour from 6-8pm serving a complimentary glass of wine or beer. A shopping mall next to the hotel will have anything you might need. This is a place you can count on.

Hampton Inn Monterrey Aeropuerto is where I stay when I travel to Monterrey! The staff is always warm and friendly, they treat me like family, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is located within a short walk to good restaurants and a 7-11 store and a short drive to the airport, either by shuttle or, typically be me, my rental car. It's my place to stay when flying in or out of Monterrey.

The hotel environment is good, there is a large supermarket on the side, a commercial complex, I looked at this hotel a little bit built, did not expect to have the opportunity to travel here, the hotel hardware is not bad!

This is my first post covid hotel (although we still in pandemic) so I had a little torn and I took a grateful surprise. My 10-year-old daughter and I went only for one day and was very pleasant. At our arrival we felt later to enjoy. Antibacterial, signs in the floor of healthy distance, thermometers, careful foods, maximum host 10 people and everything was respected at all times. The hostel was difficult to be separated all of us because we couldn't move much but so is now and we have to adapt**** but I liked guests with children also very aware all and enjoyed it because the time is 7 to 10. I could say that it didn't start well. When I arrived, tired after 15 hours of travelling, 12 of which had been flying, I needed sleep like never before. I was given room 2612 on the top floor of the hotel and then discovered that I had left my toothbrush and toothpaste in England. Silly me, and all credit to the hotel. Within five minutes a man arrived at my door with a toothbrush. Minutes later I decided to take the lift down to the front desk in order to buy some toothpaste. After cleaning my teeth I clambered into bed only to realise that a deep, pulsating sound of machinery was going to prevent me from sleeping. How anybody on the 26th floor can sleep, I don't know. I called reception again and within five minutes another man arrived and took me down three floors to a junior suite with automatic curtains. The sound of machinery had disappeared and I fell asleep. So, hats off to the Real Inn for their quick responses. The rooms are of good quality. The bathrooms are amazing, equipped as they are with rain showers and everything you might need for a decent wash in the morning. The bed, incidentally, was huge and certainly wider than it was long, but I slept well even if jet lag woke me up at an ungodly hour. On my first night I awoke around 0355hrs; on my second I managed 0444hrs and as soon as I've written this review I'll hit the sack and we'll see what time I wake up tomorrow. Last night I had a full eight hours sleep as I went to bed early, around 2100hrs. And then, of course, there's breakfast. The great leveller, the chief benchmark, in my opinion, of whether a hotel is good or bad. The Real Inn passed with flying colours. There was such a variety of hot food. For the first two mornings I opted for scrambled egg with diced potatoes followed by a yoghurt and some cereal and a couple of small pastries, not forgetting the vanilla tea. This morning - and yes I'm still in the hotel as I write this review - I thought I'd go the whole hog and have a Sunday roast. Yes, it's possible! I had roasted potatoes and chicken and there were vegetables blended in with the potatoes, so it was authentic enough. I won't lie, I'll probably do the same tomorrow. I had lunch in the restaurant yesterday (arrabiatta) and just now I had dinner (salmon fillet with vegetables). Both meals were perfect and what made them great was the music and the environment. First, the music: sixties, seventies and eighties, stuff like So Lonely by The Police; the Rolling Stones, Pop Music by M, Abba, the Doors, everything and all the original artists too. Yesterday, as I ate the pasta in the heat of the afternoon, I was taken right back to lazy holidays in European resorts and just a second ago, when I was tucking in to the salmon I just felt good being there, by the poolside, alone with my own thoughts, looking at the city at night and the houses on the hillsides twinkling in the early evening darkness. Odelan at the restaurant is the best! Every morning he was very detail oriented when assisting me and making sure I had all that I needed. The whole staff at this hotel is very hospitable and accommodating.

Very much enjoyed our two night stay at the JWM Monterrey. Well located near restaurants and shops but unfortunately vehicles were prioritized over pedestrians at these establishments. Be careful when walking. That said the property is the nicest JW I’ve ever visited. The upgrade to the junior suite with a certificate was a wise move. The room featured 1.5 bathrooms and a very large footprint. Even though it was an odd numbered room on the second floor, we had no issues with outside noise. The enormous breakfast buffet is included for Bonvoy Platinum Elite and higher guests. It’s not to be missed. We also had the pool and fitness center to ourselves on a Monday afternoon. Only drawback was the executive lounge. It’s a beautiful and large space. The evening service fell far short of expectations set by JW properties in CDMX and Guadalajara. Food was presented at 6:30 PM but was not refreshed throughout the evening. No bartender was present and the lone staff member did not offer any cocktails or wine. The self service wine dispenser was empty. Around 7 PM the staff member disappeared. Gave up on the lounge after that.

The hotel is well located, the rooms have the necessary, industrial style, just very small. The reception service is enough, they are kind, meet your goal, but don't wait for a lot of attention or go beyond to try to help you in something. The hotel is a very good restaurant, whether you're going to breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food is very good, both in presentation and in taste, and this at very affordable prices, definitely recommended to eat there.

We hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones. The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.
