"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"there were bedbugs in the room. The hotel itself is clean but with bedbugs. Close to the center. We had to fight for breakfast. I have it included, they don't. The first day I spent a long time figuring it out. The breakfast itself is meager. 1 glass of orange juice, a choice of sandwich, eggs and pancakes and coffee. This is not a buffet!"

"We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access. Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day."

"This is the second time to stay at this hotel. I traveled to Mexico six years ago and was deeply impressed by this old hotel. . . The internal environment of the old hotel is impeccably beautiful, but the facilities in the guest rooms are too outdated. The security scope of the gate square has been ”expanded”, and it is not very convenient to get in and out to call a taxi~"

"I booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center."

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

CCemaxingtianxiaFacilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.

CchangfeizThis hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.

RRon96The lobby sets the tone with its quirky, colorful decor—think neon lights, geometric patterns, and local art celebrating Mexican culture. HHussain Ismail from LondonReally nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.
