"Before my flight, I was looking for an above-average hotel to relax. The hotel looked appealing in the photos, and it was supposed to have a jacuzzi on the premises. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the grounds. The receptionist was friendly, and I was able to check in early, which was great. However, the room was in poor condition. It had black walls, was dark, had a broken mirror, and chipped furniture. While there was a kitchen and a kettle in the room, there was no outlet for the kettle. The drainage was poorly done, so the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water after a shower. Overall, the furniture and decor were old, giving the room an unkempt feel. There were also hot water disruptions, and I even saw a man in a bathrobe at the reception area. The staff claimed it was due to a city-wide service outage. Incidentally, no one mentions that the hotel is right next to the airport, so you'll hear every plane. My room faced a wall, and next to it was the staff room. They would go out for loud smoke breaks, making it impossible for me to sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and tasty food, but you couldn't eat it in your room; everything had to be consumed at the tables. In the evening, I inquired about a transfer for the morning. One girl told me it would be 5-10€ for a taxi with no set time, and 15€ for a 'VIP' service that would arrive exactly on time. In the morning, there was a different girl. We opted for the first option since we had some extra time. When the taxi arrived, I asked the receptionist about the price, and she said she hadn't asked. When we got outside, the taxi driver quoted 15€. We had to haggle and eventually paid 10€. It's a 30-minute walk to the airport, but only a 7-minute taxi ride. In summary, the hotel is old, and not all rooms are in good condition. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again! The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options, and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent as well. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the beach, and complimentary sunbeds at the private beaches are included, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish modern interior, and everything feels brand new and very well maintained. There is still some construction around the hotel, but honestly, it didn't affect our vacation or disturb us. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with great service, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful hotel! Everything is super clean. Service is top notch. Spacious room with a mini-kitchen. Coffee machine with good coffee in capsules, microwave and hob (induction), but no dishes. Indoor pool is not very big, saunas work perfectly. Everything is very clean in the SPA area. Quite sufficient gym with everything you need. Breakfast at the hotel is five plus! Very tasty!!!"

"Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected"

"Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment."

"The hotel is very close to the sea, a 1-minute walk, you can go to the sea at any time. The sea is not a sandy beach, but pebbles, and it is crystal clear. Circle a place by the seaside hotel where you can swim safely. The bar by the sea is also in the hotel, and you can eat on both sides. But you have to pay the bill on the same day? Can't hang up the house account, saying that you have to clear the account every day? The rooms are average and dilapidated, but they are basically average over there? At the beginning, the door lock of the room was broken, and it couldn't be locked from the inside. I found the front desk and changed to another room. It seemed to be an accidental upgrade? In the afternoon, I asked the front desk to help call a taxi, but I didn't call for half an hour. Is the attitude of the front desk not very good? Breakfast is very mediocre, with few choices. WIFI is sometimes not available, and it is not as fast as moving overseas 4G. Except that the environment is satisfactory, everything else is average. Will not live again next time. Will change to another place."
