I am currently staying at this hotel. Even thought booked by the company I work at. Thus far, my stay has been above expectations. Location is great. Right across from a small shopping center and like a soccer field away from a mall. The two standout people here and Kim and Raini. They both work at reception and have treated me like I was their best VIP. Raini helped me after my first day where I tore my pants at work and recommended good stores at the Marina Mall. Which she helped to find. Much appreciated. Kim helped me to find a restaurant with a specific nationality of food I wanted to try something new. These two exceptional employees make me want to visit the salmiya area on my own. And I would stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who ask me where to stay in the area. Last but not least. The AC is FREEZING and Buffalo and Starbucks are on ground floor. Great morning drinks. And the food at Buffalo is great too.

My 1st time in Kuwait and I'm so glad I picked this hotel. I booked the Business Traveller option which includes free airport transfer. Pick up at the airport was very efficient and a comfortable ride in their black executive car. Check in was very fast and the staff was very professional and attentive. I was given a lovely room facing the sea. Good water pressure and everything was in very good condition! This hotel provides a short complimentary ride to the bridge which connects guest to the mall. Very thoughtful of them. I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to 2 malls and the Marina is just outside of the hotel. Very decent delicious breakfast buffet at Six Palm which is a beautiful restaurant. What I love most about this hotel is the private beach. It's absolutely stunning! It's so peaceful and the weather was just perfect. On my last day, I was given a late check out till 3pm which was included in my package and I really appreciate it. I couldn't find fault in this gem and I highly recommend it! Thank you Safir Marina and to everyone working there who made my stay a memorable one!

In the restaurant street and all the services are available, and sort of a good price for service and a guide, although the street is too crowded, and the science of situations is not there, and because there are few situations, and the apartment service is excellent and worthy of respect for lovers and owners and the management staff, and the brother Abu Ali is headed.

The hotel was recommended by a customer and helped us get a visa. The decoration of the hotel is elegant and cultural, and there is security check at the entrance. Unfortunately, I had a heat stroke on the day I arrived and couldn't eat my dinner. I wanted to eat some fruit. When I returned to the hotel, I found that a plate of fruit had been placed in the room. I was very surprised. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and made me feel at home. I highly recommend!

Layer is very good, rooms are a little old, rooms were forgotten to clean. Otherwise service is very good. The front office manager is very engaged, very good. He gave me many recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Walk in shower is? excellent. I didn't have dinner. In the afternoon there were various chocolates to test. Pool service is also very friendly Service in the evening excellent and very friendly. I can recommend the hotel very much, The fitness centre is very well equipped with many devices. I liked it well. If I come back I would book the hotel in Kuwait again. Price performance is very good.

Unprofessional and Arrogant Staff One of the most shocking aspects of my stay was the attitude of your staff. Instead of being welcoming and courteous, they displayed an unprofessional and condescending demeanor, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Their arrogance and lack of basic customer service skills created an unwelcoming atmosphere that no guest should have to endure. 2. Incompetence and Delayed Responses Even the simplest requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled, and when I followed up, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of urgency. It is clear that your team is either poorly trained or simply does not care about delivering a five-star experience. 3. Service Quality That Does Not Reflect a Five-Star Hotel When guests pay premium prices for a luxury hotel, they expect an experience that aligns with those standards. However, what I encountered was disorganization, inefficiency, and a complete disregard for basic hospitality principles. The service I received would barely be acceptable in a budget motel, let alone a Grand Hyatt property. 4. Damaging the Hotel’s Reputation If this level of service continues, it will undoubtedly tarnish the hotel’s reputation and discourage future guests from booking. In today’s digital age, where online reviews heavily influence travelers’ decisions, neglecting customer satisfaction is a serious mistake that will have lasting consequences. Given the severity of these issues, I demand immediate action to improve service quality and retrain staff on how to properly interact with guests. If no improvements are made, I will ensure that my experience is shared across multiple review platforms, warning other travelers about the substandard service at your establishment.
