"1. The room was fantastic, with a balcony overlooking the pool. 2. The restaurant offered a stunning sea view. Although a monkey snatched a piece of my mandazi once, it was actually a fun and unique experience. The security guards were diligent in shooing them away, but those monkeys are just too mischievous! 😄 3. The room's air conditioning was wonderfully cool, and there was also a fan, which was very thoughtful. Having two sinks and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. 4. The check-in form stated that mini-bar drinks were replenished daily. We stayed for 3 nights, and on our second day, we were happy to finally see Coke, Sprite, and beer in the fridge, even though one bottle was leaking – no big deal. However, that was the only time we saw drinks during our entire 3-night, 4-day stay; they weren't replenished daily. We were so busy enjoying ourselves that we didn't pay much attention until we checked out. We understand the oversight and just hope other guests don't encounter the same situation. 5. The beach was perfect, and the security staff were very diligent and responsible."

"The hotel is a bit far from the beach, about 5-10 minutes by tricycle. The villa is large with two bedrooms, suitable for a family of 4, but the facilities are old and the hygiene is average. For some reason the hotel did not receive my booking information. After we arrived at 7:30 pm local time, we waited for an hour and a half for the villa to be ready. If you do not choose all-inclusive meals, even drinking water will not be provided."

"I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements."

"Everything was great with this hotel, from the view to the service. The beach is very beautiful and clean. There are quite a few of beach boys on the beach waiting to sell things to you. However if you tell them politely you’re not interested, they’ll leave you alone. It’s very close to Ukunda airport, only 10min drive. One major thing this resort needs to improve is the foods. The foods are no where close to a 5 star resort standard. They’re normal than normal. Limited varieties. This was the most disappointing part. However because of the superb view and services, I was able to enjoy the trip! Will definitely go back and hope the foods are good by then."

"I want to congratulate the Chale Island Resort and its team for their impeccable service. Everything was superb. I enjoyed it so much, every day for the past 6 days! Pick up of luggage in a other hotel days before my stay, no problem! Perfect service. Pick up and drop off at the airport, perfectly on time! Service always with a big smile, and always at your service. The room was very clean every day during my stay. Lot's of food or restaurant choice. I enjoyed the wide variety at breakfast. Really an excellent place to rest after an intense safari trip ;-) And what about the views, sunrises, sunsets, you name it, breathtaking... Went diving, so many thanks to my buddy Evans for a great morning of diving around the island... This was the perfect stay to end my adventure in Kenya, a big ASANTE Chale..."

"Yes, there is air conditioning. Breakfast is OK, there are many baobab trees inside. A little left is the congo river, you can take a boat, it should be beautiful if it is sunny"

"After the Safari, I took a train from Amboseli to Mombasa, and then took an Uber to Diani. Swahili can be said to be one of the best hotels in this area. It is mainly a private beach with 24-hour security patrols and is relatively quiet. Other hotels basically do not have private beaches, and there are not many beach chairs near the sea on the beach. This hotel has all of them. There are also restaurants and bars on the beach. The hotel has many activities, delicious breakfast, and large rooms. It is very suitable for comfortable rest after a tiring Safari. The hotel staff are also very hardworking and serious. They will clean the seaweed on the beach early in the morning. The hotel also has corresponding beach walking and sea activities. Strong security, there is a Carrefour within walking distance at the door, which is very good. Not far away, you can take an Uber to the famous Alibaba Cave Restaurant. It is a very good resting place, suitable for a person to rest comfortably. I will come again if I have the chance."

"Понравилась зеленая территория и небольшой, но удобный бассейн, создающий ощущение оазиса. Просторные номера, много розеток , просторная душевая, хорошие средства для душа и шампунь. Работает потолочный вентилятор. Кондиционер в номере можно включить за экстрапрайс, +15 долларов в сутки. Завтрак средний, делают омлет, яичницу и панкейки, вкусные сосиски из мяса. Но. Вся нарезка в баночках. И, ладно, колбаса, сыр, масло порционно в баночках, по три тончайших слайса. Но так же подавать огурцы и помидоры, которые в Кении стоят копейки, это смешно. На дне баночки 2-3 ооочееь тоненьких слайса. Поесть овощной салат утром нереально. Не разделяю восторженных возгласов по поводу еды в их ресторане, ничего такого. Некоторые блюда совсем невкусные. Три дня никак не могли не могли нормально поменять полотенца для бассейна. То не приносили и одного, то только одно. При этом, когда ты уже у бассейна и только что заходил в свой номер за полотенцами, которых там, к твоему удивлению (каждый раз) нет, ты вынужден доказывать на ресепшен, что полотенец опять нет. И ты просишь их все-таки принести, тк ты уже у бассейна, к бассейну. Но, эти удивительные люди упрямо не ту их в номер. Но не сразу, конечно, рекорд по скорости 20 минут, а так 40 минут-час. И это после 15ч дня, когда уборка в номере уже была, но полотенца вчерашние унесли, а чистые не принесли. И никто не извиняется. Для них это норма. В общем, слабый сервис, слабая кухня, расположение. Хорошая территория, бассейн, номера. Завышенные цены за минибар и в целом за кухню."
