The hotel is economical and is located near the JR Shimonoseki station.When i went into the hotel, the staff helped me to check in patiently and explained the facilities carefully and with details. Also, the view is marvelous!

The location is very close to the train station and is easy to reach. The staff has a good service attitude and is willing to help. Although there is no air conditioning (in the cold season), the windows can be opened to allow air circulation. The rooms have enough space. The basic facilities are a bit old but the plugs are still sufficient. , nightgowns are provided, which is generally enough if you don’t care about other facilities.

This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

The breakfast was delicious. The large communal bath was clean and I was able to relax in it. However, even though I made a reservation with breakfast included on this website, the check-in machine at the reception desk asked me to select the number of people for breakfast, and when I asked the receptionist, I was told that it was for a room only. The reservation document said ”2 people for breakfast,” so I asked them to confirm again, and I'm glad I printed it out and took it with me.

Location is convenient, 5-minute walk from JR Shimonoseki Station - through the footbridge or the underpass (footbridge recommended if you are carrying with you large pieces of luggage as elevators are available). Room setting is great - I especially liked the couch area. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been even better. Coin laundry machines at the hotel are among the best I've tried - the passcode lock feature of the machines prevents your clothing items from being mistakenly taken by others.

My mother passed away, and on the day of the wake, we came from Hiroshima to stay here as a family. My daughters said it was a nice hotel and loved it. They ate a lot at breakfast and were happy that there was rice and bread available. I think it was good that we could relax in the hotel amidst our grief. Thank you very much.

Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.

I didn't enjoy the scenery because it wasn't on the sea side, but the location is great because it is convenient to be close to the Karato market. I thought it would be helpful if there was makeup remover and lotion.

When we came back to pick up the luggage, because there was a job to deal with. After obtaining the permission of the young female staff at the front desk, our family of three drank a few drinks in the hotel. I worked in the hotel restaurant in the reception area for less than 20 minutes. The middle-aged male front desk of the hotel came with a translator and said that it was not allowed to stay at the hotel after check-out and had to leave. I took the child and didn't say much. The Japanese next to me can sit in the restaurant, so can't we? The experience is very poor and not recommended. Next to it is domny inn. If you fancy the location, you can choose dommy inn.

This is a hotel I caught with an acquaintance in Hohu City. It was so nice to have a sauna on the first floor. The rice was delicious. However, it is good because it is right in front of the station, but it was a bit unfortunate that there was a lot of sound when the train passed. The facilities were clean and well stayed .^^

It was on the top floor, the fifth floor, and the view from the window was of Shimonoseki city and the sea. It was a single room, but it was quite spacious (probably it used to be a twin room) and the interior had a somewhat Showa-era feel to it. However, the bathroom had been renovated and was a beautiful unit bath. There was a humidifier, so I used it. It was a shame that there was no outlet for the refrigerator. I think it was worth the price.
