The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great. 

This is a lakeside hot spring hotel with excellent facilities. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The Japanese dinner served was great and the portions were generous. The breakfast was of self-service type with wide selections of Japanese (many with local ingredients) and western cuisines. Both the indoor and open air hot spring baths have excellent view of the Togo lake. Highly recommended.

I stayed here on a family trip with my parents. The building had a sense of history, but it was clean and had a great atmosphere. We shared two rooms, but only one had newer facilities. Both were clean and we were comfortable. However, the older room had some issues with the old bathroom and toilet. There was no ventilation fan, and the unpleasant smell from the curtains in the unit bath was a concern. The breakfast was very good. We could try a variety of local and speciality dishes, and everything was delicious. This was a hotel that I would definitely stay at again if I come to Tottori again.

There should be a young lady who can speak Chinese at the front desk. We will contact us by email later. In addition, if the pick-up service time is exceeded, the young lady will tell you how to take the bus in the email, including the price, where to get off at, etc. Cangji is still a relatively remote place. It is recommended to try the hotel's breakfast and dinner (book in advance). Of course, there are also restaurants on the surrounding streets.

It is really a pleasure to feel the sea breeze and the sound of waves while soaking in the hot springs. The building is also very Japanese-style, and the hotel also has a special shuttle bus to the station, which brings convenience in the inconvenience. The hotel is in a very good location, quiet yet prosperous, only 880 meters away from Yonago Station. There are already Japanese and Western restaurants in the hotel, which are very delicious 😋! There is a duty free pharmacy and supermarket downstairs👍👍👍

Very nice hotel, the room is the largest in Japan. In one word, it is big. In addition, some rooms in the hotel can directly see the mountains. It is a great choice for breathing fresh air.

The exterior and facilities are showing signs of aging, but the interior of the rooms is nicely appointed. It is some distance from Misasa Onsen County, and the surrounding area feels a little lonely. The entertainment facilities are old, but they also had a nostalgic feel to them and I enjoyed them. Meals are buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, and the quantity is satisfactory. If staying multiple nights, the menu will be the same, so this is something to consider.
