"We had a wonderful time enjoying the onsen bath, recliner lounge, ocean terrace and beautiful view from our room (Note: trip.com booking of lowest priced room with sea view is not correct as the room is located at the lowest level and you only see trees before the ocean. We need to pay extra to upgrade the room to a better view). There's a private onsen bath tub in the room too. They also provide free coffee, popsicle sticks and yukata at the lobby. Dinner and breakfast has a reasonable spread but most food (especially the fried ones) are pre-cooked and cold. So they don't taste as good. The location is high up the hills. It's not possible to get a bus and then climb up with heavy luggages. The best way is to take a taxi, so be prepared to pay the price."

"The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel."

Situated in the center of Setonaikai National Park, visitors can enjoy all seasons with activities such as fishing boat, sea bathing, and tangerine picking. The hotel also offers fresh seafood and a splendid view. null

"Facilities: The single room was a bit smaller, more compact than the twin room I also booked, but overall it was perfectly fine. Big shout out to the ice vendor! Hygiene: Everything was great, from the hotel exterior and parking lot to the interior and the room itself. Environment: The location is excellent! It was pouring rain when we went, but it only took about 20 minutes to drive to Tomonoura! Service: The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the services, and the parking attendant was very patient in helping us find empty spots!! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fukuyama. Fukuyama is the best place to stay if you're visiting Onomichi!"

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

It is located right at the train station which makes travelling seamless and worry free! My son loves the Pokémon centre which is next to the hotel. We travelled from Kansai airport in the Shinkansen to Hiroshima. There's many cafes and shopping outlets at or close to the hotel. The pillow is comfy. The amenities were stocked up daily. The only downside is the complication of the same hotel name but with an additional 'south gate' at the station. Where we stayed is called Hotel Granvia Hiroshima. Initialy we went to Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate. Overall, a good experience.

The hostel had a great location. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you had your privacy. Toilets and shower were very clean. All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but it is a good place to rest on vacation. The hotel staff is attentive. As soon as the self-driving tour arrives, the staff will push the luggage cart to greet and help. It feels very good. The welcome products are distinctive and the check-in procedures are detailed and efficient. The hotel lobby self-service bar, 24 hours coffee tea and savoury products, there is a red, white, sake test machine for experience, 10 pm more than an hour, a light supper Japanese curry rice. The public hot spring environment and quality are not lost. There are indoor and outdoor hot spring pools. The hot spring dressing room supplies are slightly less intimate and complete. The dressing room environment is narrower than expected. The hot springs are not only available for hotel guests. When visiting, they are used as noon. Many local elderly people pay to use the hot springs together. Due to too many people's relationships, it affects the experience. It is too discolored. The whole journey has only gone to a public hot spring once. Fortunately, the hotel has two paid private hot springs to choose from. The decoration style is black and white. The environment is better than the public hot spring bath area. The charge is 50 minutes as a one-time period. An appointment is required to make up for the shortcomings of the public hot spring. Four people stayed in a special room type for three days and two nights. The room was very satisfied with the horizontal decoration, comfortable and spacious, with a terrace sea view and a must-have environment. The hotel's stay package includes two meals in the morning and evening. In terms of meals, dinner only provides French dinner, high quality, unique taste, paid meal and wine selection and cost-effective, but the two-night dinner has been defaulted to French, there is no other or Japanese dinner choice, slightly lost choice and monotonous loss of color, As for the hotel's Japanese breakfast is not a buffet form, a single Japanese breakfast, no coffee bread, light and healthy taste, slightly inferior to the average Japanese hotel breakfast, this point is the most disappointing. Overall, hotel services and environment are still a must. . I hope that the restaurant will provide more choices and it will be impeccable, and it is still highly recommended ☺️☺️

Stayed for three nights, sleeping at night is still very quiet, the bedroom is well ventilated, there is no smell, but I feel that there is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom on the 3rd floor. When I enter the third floor, I smell the smell and the smell is heavy. Access is also convenient, 1-200 meters, there are convenience stores and electric railway stations, walk to the original explosion point more than 1 km!
