We stayed in a tatami room for four, and aside from the initially unpleasant tatami smell, everything was fine. The large windows provided a beautiful view.
Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and I was very satisfied. They had a variety of dishes made with Matsuyama ingredients, and the restaurant was comfortable. The staff were all friendly.
The onsen was fantastic. The water was incredibly clean. It was convenient to use, and the view from the open-air bath was amazing.

"I stayed here as part of my Tokyo Love Story pilgrimage. The facilities, hygiene, and environment were all absolutely perfect, truly impeccable. The only issue was that when I booked, it showed no breakfast included, but the reservation slip provided by the front desk indicated breakfast. I returned the breakfast voucher to the front desk and asked them to double-check, as 3000 yen isn't a small amount. The front desk said they would verify and call my room, but I never heard back, even until check-out. For a hotel of this caliber, I really think this is unacceptable, especially since this was the part I was most looking forward to in Matsuyama. However, despite this minor flaw, the rest of my experience was absolutely perfect."

"I stayed here around November 20th. I chose to stay overnight for a multi-day course for high school boys. I'm sensitive to cold, but the air conditioning seemed to be good so I didn't get cold and my throat didn't get dry and I was comfortable. It was only adjustable with a dial, but I turned it on and off to adjust it to a weaker setting. It was standard, so the location is not outstanding, but it is sufficient. The breakfast was so delicious that both my son and I had a second helping. The taro was light, soft and moist. I was told at the reception that if cleaning is not necessary, you can leave your towel out and they will put a new one in. Every night we had dinner at the Aeon Mall next door. It's very convenient as you can walk and go shopping. The room was kept very clean and there was little noise at night. The Heart Network festival and local news were interesting and enjoyable."

"I really had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and simple, with separate bath and toilet, a sauna, and the bathtub was so relaxing I could stretch my legs out for a long time. I really respect the architect who designed this hotel. I think it was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast was Western-style and excellent. It was delicious. It was so comfortable that I relaxed right up until the last minute before check-out. It's in the Mitsukoshi building, and it's conveniently located along Okaido. I'll go again."

"This ryokan was spectacular in the most traditional Japanese hospitality way. We arrived around 7pm, and the welcoming hotielier made sure we could take dinner in a restuarant next door, even though we were not staying at their facility--such a kind move! The space was peaceful and welcoming, the traditional men/women bathing experiences were so comfortable and well-supplied. The tatami sleeping room was perfect, and kept successfully cool in a VERY hot summer. The traditional Japanese seto breakfast and dining area were equally special. I cannot recommend this wonderful inn highly enough! The location is the only somewhat limiting factor, as there is not much around the inn regarding food and amenities."

Our meals are rated #1 in Nibukawa Onsen. We take pride in our cooking, and in our hot springs, which use 100% natural water from the source.
"And I got the word ”showwa-style.”
The building is a small hotel style with a five-story structure, and the room is Japanese style with tatami floors. In particular, there is a toilet and bathtub on the veranda side, and you can take a bath while looking at the mountains.
The hot spring water is really good. It's said to be the three great beauty baths, but it's alkaline water, so it's slippery and it's kept simmering.
The bathtub in the room also comes out with hot spring water, which takes a little longer. It is recommended to wash in the large bath in the basement.
Maybe it's because of the mood, but after the hot spring, the skin feels soft. The seasonal food is also delicious The reception of the staff is very kind
I was told to prepare a bed after dinner, so I went in for the first time and didn't unpack my bag separately.
After crossing the Seto Bridge and enjoying the view, I heard it at the end of the trip at the break level. I want to go again.
Oh, it was the most delicious craft beer on this trip to sell local craft beer in the restaurant :)"

多々羅大橋のたもとにある大三島BSからは島の反対側ですが、バスで移動しました。バス停からはすぐです。
近くにマーレ・グラッシア大三島さんがあって温泉に入れるし、大三島ブリューワリーさんはすぐ近くなのが気に入っています。
大山祇神社も徒歩で行けて、朝の静かで凛とした空気の中でお参り出来ました。
ランドリーやキッチンもあるので、長期滞在やサイクリングの宿に最適だと思います。
オーナーご夫妻も気さくで、また大三島に行く時には利用したいです。

Booked a single room, there is a bed, to be honest, the room is small, but the price is there. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but the hygiene is no problem, very clean, there is a shared kitchen, there is a microwave oven to heat the lunch, and it is similar to at home. The first time I stayed at this hotel, the level of health was very high, the restaurant location was relatively small, and the lobby was relatively small.
But the room equipment is very new and clean, there is no noise, the location is not close to the city center, so the environment is very good, but there are large shopping malls nearby.
