Nice hotel, in a quiet area and not far from the center (10-15 minutes depending on where you want to go). I missed attention. Both in the restaurant where I had lunch and when I checked in. No explanation about the hotel. (Where is the breakfast room?, WiFi, wellness, what restaurants are there?) What was great, my car was driven to the parking lot. In the restaurant there was no attention. How does the food taste, would you like another wine, coffee, dessert? There are 4 great restaurants in the courtyard. In the evening the cocktail at Saudade was delicious. Hotel carino, in a tranquil area and in distant areas of the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance from the airport). Ho perso l'attenzione. Sia nel ristorante dove ho pranzato che al momento del check-in. Nessuna spiegazione sull'hotel. (Dove la sala colazione?, WiFi, benessere, quali ristoranti ci sono?…) Che bello, la mia macchina è stata portata al parcheggio. 🙏 Nel ristorante non c'era attenzione. Che sapore ha il cibo, vorresti un altro vino, un caffè, un dolce? Ci sono 4 ottimi ristoranti nel cortile. La sera il cocktail al Saudade era delizioso.

All excellent. Totally properly to the guest, all staff super careful to any questions . Mr. Luca is a number one as his receptionmate. Various and abundant breakfast. wide and comfortable rooms. I will certainly return to Colonna Palace Hotel de Via Montello.

Great hotel with an amazing restaurant. I only gave 4 stars because off the location but is still very close to city centre and poetto beach. Very nice that they provide free bicycle s but the main problem is that Italy is not a bicycle friendly country is really dangerous because they drive like *******:))))

This is a unique boutique hotel experience. The concept is a great one for artist lovers and those who crave something distinctive while across from the Port in Cagliari. Our room was stunningly decorated and a treat to come to. HOWEVER, it was unbearably small. I would recommend that you consider the largest room available. We had little room for our luggage and had to climb over things to get to the other side of the room. We are small statured people and it was still a struggle. The hotel is green conscious. Had great food, and the best coffee on the island. If you require dependable WiFi and internet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The connection dropped throughout our 5 day stay and on our last evening, the power went out for the entire evening, over a 12 hour period. For about 5 hours, the power came on and off, but kept kicking off. We were never provided with an explanation for it, just that our side of the building was affected and that they were looking into the situation. At 12 midnight, I demanded an explanation, and the staff person basically said that they were told the matter would be fixed by the city centre by 9PM BUT by midnight there was nothing that could be done according to the staff. By 9PM there was NO POWER to us until approximately 7AM and nothing was offered to us to make up for the situation. I asked for a refund for the evening but the working staff refused to accommodate us, they had no authority to follow through with anything. We had prepaid through our travel agent, who now tells us that we needed to deal with the hotel directly. Our time on Sardinia was a lovely dream come true, HOWEVER, this last night has left a real sour experience to our holiday.

The hotel is very well maintained and is perfectly located in front of the sea, the Noria and the fantastic and free Archeological Museum of Olbia. Exceptional views from your terrace on the 6th floor, accessible with the lift.

Great SPA hotel in Olbia. It is not far from airport, 20 minutes by the bus. Bust stop is 5 minutes on foot. Nice pool and pool bar, pool towels are provided. Interesting architecture. Great service. Breakfast is good enough as for the four star hotel.

Great hotel despite the shortage of staff. Good 30 min walk into town which wouldn't be suitable for some. Very modern. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of gel and staff in masks. Nice outside area. Big modern room with good sound proofing, fridge, safe, good supply of power points, good lighting and lots of mirrors! Black out curtains. Good a/c, very quiet. Comfy bed. Good bathroom with a big bath with removable shower head. Group meal was slow and main course wasn't hot. That's our only complaint and it's probably due to the staff shortage which is worldwide problem in hospitality. We stayed as part of an organised tour. People travelling as individual couples may not notice the service issues but we did have to wait for bar service when there as a couple too.

We find a clothesline or hooks to hang up various things. Steak or fish in salt was absolutely great. Although I would have liked to see you use a very hot stone to cut the steak. Would highly recommend the hotel. The location unforgettable. Right on the harbor and that comes in with quite a few floating villas…

Incompetence and lack of professionalism are the basis of this resort branded Baglioni but there is little of Baglioni except the logo... It is an old resort called Paradaise, renovated as best as possible and used as a trap for foreign tourists who have few demands . Staff not adequately trained and in some cases too pedantic. Room cleaning not done or done hastily, at absurd times like 5.30pm. Leaving a greasy, wet cleaning cloth and a lot of hair in the suitcase… That the guest service provided the laundry for free... I would say the minimum in cases like these. For a 5 star hotel and even more so for a Baglioni there is a lot of work to be done to improve the services. Deserving a special mention are Paolo and Antonello from the beach service who do everything to make up for the shortcomings of the structure, Francesco from the always professional restaurant and the director Victoriano for the upgrade.

Unfortunately, this hotel is situated between a busy road and a very ugly, large stoned beach, which is accessible via a very dirty and unattractive housing estate. You have to cross the busy road to get to the bus stop if you want to go into Cagliari, but first need to buy your tickets from the tobacconists. The road is extremely dangerous to cross, as there are no traffic lights only zebra crossings, and you feel as if you are taking your life into your own hands every time you cross it, particularly as so few drivers appear to want to stop for you at all! This is also unfortunate, because there is a restaurant on the other side of that road, which offers considerably better food than the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was the same thing every morning. Pastries that didn't look or taste fresh. No cold milk for the cereal and 2 types of cheap meat with the same tasteless cheese. Nor was the fruit juice fresh, which is the least I would expect in a hotel that claims to be of such a high standard. The staff in the hotel were always pleasant, but on asking for more milk in my hot chocolate, I was shocked to find that whilst I had been given just that, they hadn't the sense to ensure the drink was reheated! Lukewarm hot chocolate is not pleasant! On another occasion, we asked for tea and they forgot the tea bag! One evening we ate dinner in the hotels restaurant. The price was €25 per head, and once again we were disappointed. A lack of choice. Food items that didn't go well together. Small portions, and no fresh vegetables to accompany our main course. The food was also lukewarm! With such food on offer, and the high cost of eating out at other nearby eateries (I think there were 2), it's no wonder we saw people coming back to the hotel with takeaway burgers and pizza, which of course, they were not permitted to eat on the hotel's terrace, so had to retreat to their rooms in order to consume it! As trying the local cuisine plays an important role for me, this didn't seem like much of a holiday and added further to my disappointment! Thankfully, we were only in this hotel for a week, but this felt like too long! The internal decoration inside the hotel was a bit dated, but there was some lovely art work displayed in the main communal areas, which provided a much needed lift from the look of the rest of it - including the rooms. Our room was immaculate- as was the whole of the hotel - however, it lacked a modern feel and was also lacking in basic maintenance. The shower head holder fell out of the wall on the first evening, and the towel rail looked as if it was soon to follow. We informed reception, and both matters were dealt with the next day. We also used the hotel's pool a few times during our stay, and it's presence was definitely a bonus given the ugliness of the nearby beach. Immerso in una pineta a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed un mare meravigliosi, l'Hotel offre ai propri ospiti uno spicchio di Sardegna di cui poter goder a piene mani. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione nella bella veranda, così come il pranzo nel pergolato; curata la cena alla carta. Personale sempre molto cortese e disponibile. La spiaggia riservata agli ospiti è dotata di ombrelloni e sdraio, mentre i lettini sono ubicati nella vicinissima ed altrettanto amena zona piscina e relax. Le camere sono ampie, curate nei dettagli e dotate di aria condizionata, con un piccolo angolo esterno dover poter sorseggiare l'immancabile mirto. In sintesi: assolutamente consigliato.

We are a family of three, and for this early summer, I booked a week's holiday in Sardegna in advance, directly through the Spiagge San Pietro Resort website, and then kept in touch with a very friendly representative to iron out a few details. I was very impressed and we ended up inviting a couple of friends with a child too. Our flight to Sardegna arrived late, but the staff kindly waited for us to arrive at late night. We were very well received, the hotel has a very peaceful atmosphere, a soft palette, very well lit and good taste on the decoration with simple and naturalistic elements. We chose the premium suite which guaranteed us the first row of beds on the beach just a 2-minute walk away. The room was very cosy with a king bed (unusually comfortable mattress), another small bed for my son, a small outdoor patio and a fantastic, spacious bathroom with a generous shower and a bathtub illuminated by natural light. The wardrobes are very generous, with plenty of hangers and drawers. Cold sparkling water when you come from the beach is the best welcome back you can have. We could see the sea from the breakfast. The offer at the counter is very rich, regional and healthy and the waiters brought the most special requests to the table. We loved the friendliness of the staff and the magnificent weather, with that pleasant warm breeze. The beach is long and beautiful, inviting me to get up early every day for the usual run and finish with a dip in those turquoise waters that contrast with the unforgettable scenery framed by the mountains. It was such a relaxing week for me, my wife and son and so for our friends.

This was an easy stay. A fairly modest comfortable, well furnished boutique hotel in Cagliani. Very well situated near the old town. We enjoyed our walk to the botanical gardens and the main square in the old town, where there are many wonderful, small restaurants. We could also walk from the hotel to the top of the hill and all of the walkways up there that sport amazing views! One caution: be careful not to book a room facing the street. That’s what we had our first night and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise of the passing traffic and pedestrians. Happily Hotel management was able to change our room for our second night.

We stayed 4 nights and the only two positive notes of the hotel are the central and very convenient location and the very courteous staff. From the photos I had very high expectations which were completely disappointed. We were assigned a room with a window that overlooked an extra wall covered by scaffolding which made it very dark. The furnishings leave much to be desired as they are dated and an unpleasant smell inside the room. On the second day we used the room cleaning service and the bubble bath was not replaced. For what we paid I expected a lot more considering that breakfast was not included in the price either.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay in a June through **********. My husband and I were flying into Alghero in the evening and leaving the next morning for other sites in Sardinia. Our flight was delayed and I emailed the hotel from the airport telling them we would be arriving rather late, around 10:30. When we arrived, there was no one there. We rang the bell and no one answered we called the number posted on the door for assistance for over 40 minutes and nobody answered the phone. We had no choice but to leave and find another place to stay - luckily we did. I phoned ********** who spoke with the hotel - they would not refund our pre-paid money for our stay. This was terrible service in my mind both from the hotel, and from **********. I have the record in my phone of the phone calls, and photos showing I was at the hotel. Still they saw fit to charge me for a room I did not use, even when I gave them as much advance notice as I could about the late arrival. I travel a lot for work and personally and have honestly never had such a terrible experience. I will not be using ********** anymore and certainly can’t recommend this establishment.

What an outstanding hotel! Beautiful views, a quiet ideal location and the friendliest staff. We loved drinks by the pool and the peace after a day at the beach or exploring Porto Cervo. The Balocco was truly dog friendly, something our dachshund really appreciated! We’re coming back.

I am very lucky. I am happy to book this hotel. The price of Ctrip is much better than booking. I didn’t have a room right after booking, haha, The lobby of the hotel is average, but it is very beautiful when you enter it. It is much more beautiful than the photos on the Internet. Like Xanadu, it is very cost-effective. The area of Porto cervo in Sardinia is where the richest people in Italy live. The hotels are very beautiful Expensive, this hotel is worth the money. The hotel also has a private beach. The last two are the yacht piers nearby, which are the most wealthy islands in Italy a The breakfast is also very rich. There are many delicious restaurants within a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend it. I am the first review by Ctrip. Haha.

This is my third time at the Grand Baia Resort Great place, right on the beach. Beach is nice and clean, next to sea. Rooms are spacious. Staff is pleasant, always greeting you and makes you feel at home. DJ Alex at the Grande Baia was nothing short of spectacular! His songs were perfectly curated, capturing the essence of the resort's vibrant atmosphere. From the first moment he had the crowd engaged with singing and dancing, effortlessly blending genres that appealed to everyone. The way he mixed tracks created a seamless flow that kept the energy high throughout the night. Alex's captivating performance, made for an unforgettable experience. CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN

This is quite a nice hotel centrally located and very close to the harbour. We had the standard room and it was a good size, small balcony from Which we could see the harbour and water. The staff are lovely and very helpful. As we had been traveling around sardenia for almost 3 weeks, we did some handwashing and I used my travel line on the balcony for it to dry but was asked by the hotel to remove it. ( nothing was draped over the edges). Fair enough. Our only issue here was the breakfast. Perhaps we have been spoilt with previous hotel breakfasts - this was packet cakes and rolls. Average runny eggs and undercooked bacon. Other than that very small issue, we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed coffee in the cafe attached to the hotel as well as late afternoon drinks in the sun. Special mention to our fabulous waiter Fabio (?) There was a lot of noise late at night from the adjoining park so if you are a light sleeper perhaps ask for a room at the back of the hotel. A must while you are here is to get on a boat and tour around the islands. It’s a wonderful day but book early. It’s very popular. Also go on a day trip to La Maddalena. It’s gorgeous. The hotel can advise on the best way to do this.

We enjoyed staying here. It’s definitely worth up grading to a room with a balcony, which we did after the first night. The breakfast was excellent and lots to choose from. It’s about a 20 min walk into the main part of the city, where there are lots of more touristy places to eat and see. Lots of cruise ships dock, so there’s always a lot of visitors, but it gives it a vibrant vibe. There are more restaurants to choose from locally and definitely worth looking for, as more authentic. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and you get a fresh cookie on arrival, which was home Made and delicious. Overall, a nice hotel. Bedrooms were a good size and nice. Bottles of water are provided in the refrigerator but you have to pay €2.50 ea small bottle! Pool area is big and lots of beds.

Absolutely perfect 4 night break. The hotel and its staff are wonderful. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We walked into the town every evening for a meal and enjoyed the opportunity to stretch our legs after over indulging in the many delights on offer. However, there is a bus stop about a 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The hotel caters for all your needs. The breakfast is spectacular with a great array of options for you to decide on. The pool area is the definition of relaxation, and the rooms are expertly decorated and well maintained. We got engaged a day before arriving and are now seriously considering returning for a honeymoon.

The hotel is OK. Good points: Rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfy. The shower was good, and air conditioning worked well. Not so good points: The location is not the best. Some rooms overlook the grafitti walled port and a large carpark, which is used by boy racers in the evenings. The rooms overlooking the nice park have a better outlook. The balconies are very narrow and are unusable and house the aircon unit. The staff on the whole are very nice and helpful. We were part of a large Leger coach party and had breakfast and dinner included. The breakfasts were good, but the dinners were poor to inedible. Drinks were a bit above average prices, but the room has a fridge, and there is a supermarket along the side of the park. Although not a good location, it is an easy walk to the town which has many restaurants and upmarket shops. There is also a bus (4) outside the hotel that is a 15-20 min trip (€1.50) to a lovely local beach as there is no pool. There is a large terrace off the restaurant, which they did let me sit and use even when the restaurant was closed. For a 4* hotel, I think it is more a 3*

Apartment with a beautiful view, there was all the necessary for the kitchen in the house. Clean the bedrooms provided as the rest of the house. As a painful note, the lack of a sun tent on a terrace that does not allow you to enjoy it fully if not from the evening, little space between the fronts of the closet that could not be fully opened and the bed. Lastly, that was a fall of style, on the day of departure instead of at 11 pm we asked for the possibility of exit at 13.30. All was granted to us. but despite the house had no further concerns, we were asked for a plus of €30.....
